Nice enough dudes but not great customer service. Called twice today and emailed last night (they’re closed on Sunday) about a Subaru, the second time I called was to let them know I was 20 minutes out and would be there shortly. Got there on time and they had people looking at the car. I was ready to buy it when I pulled up. The couple (who didn’t know how to drive a stick) ended up putting a deposit on it. They made money either way, but it would have been nice for them to hold it knowing I was on my way.In response to the owner: clearly you missed the point of this review.

Magnificent service!! I got a great deal for a Mini 2015 that is in perfect conditions. The staff was really helpful, particularly Ned was an excellent salesman. They were very efficient and made the car buying experience painless.

This small used car dealership was really great, the employees were very friendly, they had a several nice vehicles to choose from, and the lobby was kept clean. The pricing was very reasonable, however be sure to pay in cash or with a check because the app the dealers use charges an extra 3% to debit or credit cards, which when dealing with thousands of dollars for a car, adds up quickly, I wish they had told me beforehand so I could have been prepared and made fewer trips.

These guys were fantastic! I had spent 3 weeks looking for the car I wanted. It was an awful 3 weeks spent almost buying a car a couple of times, until the dealers would tack on CRAZY amounts of extras. These guys were straight to the point. Very helpful and friendly. No high pressure sales. And the ONLY fee was the $199 dealer fee, which literally was the lowest anywhere I had been. (Some were $699!!!!) Rez was awesome! I test drove in the morning and had a car by close! Thank you guys so much!! I LOVE MY SORENTO!!!!

They know just how to bandage it enough to get it off the lot with an “as-is” contract.Sad.

The guys were very nice. Almost every car on their lot did have some cosmetic issues. I did not like the Dodge Journey I drove. It was a clean car but was not for me.

My husband went to look at a car at this lot today, and the wiring under the hood was reattached with duct tape. Seems like it would be a liability to have something like that on your lot. I would make sure you look under the hood before you test drive a car from this lot because they claimed to be totally unaware of this issue prior to my husband pointing it out to them.

No guarantee, a lot of risk, I bought my car on Saturday and the next Saturday it is in the auto repair about transmission problems 🤷‍♀️ totally sorry! At the end of the deal they said they did not have the title that they would send it, but they took all the $I have called you many times and I have visited you and you only make me wait each time you say call me next month, you did not give me a guarantee but you told me that the car had been checked by a mechanic and on the day of purchase on the way home the transmission was heated. I bought it in December, today is April and you tell me to call you in May

I would not purchase a vehicle from these crooked people, they want your vehicle for free so that can make a couple grand off it, they strictly go off KBB, they do not take into consideration the money you actually have in your vehicle even with receipts proving it. Would never buy from them, good thing I knew what I was doing!!!

A year back I bought Audi A6 from these dealers, that car made me to buy another...Fully recommended.. 👍🏻

I bought what I thought was a beautiful car here, three miles after driving it off the lot the check engine light and oil light came on. They reminded me multiple times that I bought it in as-is condition but assured me that they take care of their customers and would fix the issue. They did an oil change and said there was a block up of oil but it was fixed. I left, no light came on. The next day I started the car huge amounts of smoke came out of the exhaust. I didn’t think much of it because it was cold. The next day I started the car, same thing. I checked the oil, it was completely empty. Just two days after an oil change. This happens the next day too. I take it to a trustworthy shop where they look at it for the next week - they tell me that unfortunately there’s an internal oil leak that’s flooding the engine and spark plugs. It would be $3,000 minimum just for parts. I reach out to Kc automotive only for them to read my message and not respond. I reach out again and they finally reply. At this point I’ve owned the car for 3 weeks, two of which they were being looked at (one by KC auto and one by my mechanic). I’m reminded over and over again that I bought it in as-is condition - that is as-is condition with no disclosure that it burned oil and would need a full engine rebuild. They told me it was fine and would be fine because the car still drives fine aside from smoking (true) and that they could help me by trading it in for a car of the same value or by doing the labor if I buy the new engine. First off, I didn’t want another car from this place. These people were so nice and it was really upsetting to find out that the whole time they were screwing me over. Second, I don’t care what condition I agreed to buy the car in - they shouldn’t be selling people cars that they know are broken and insinuating that they are perfect. Every time I came out the car was waiting out front already started (so I wouldn’t see the copious amounts of smoke when it started) and this has been the most stressful two months trying to find out what I can do to not invest an additional $3,000+ to fix a car that I just bought. Also, this is apparently frequent as when I was in the shop they were fixing another recently sold car for free since the guy bought the parts TO FIX HIS ‘NEW CAR.’ Shop here at your own risk, if you do decide to shop here please test drive it to a mechanic to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen to you. The people are nice, their money making tactics are not.

Cars were advertised on craigslist as for sale by owner. Yeah, no. It is a dealership teasing low mileage cars and they dont respond to text or phone calls.

If I could rate this dealership at a 0 I would. At first I was very impressed with their service they said they would help me out by not charging the extra fees that go along with using a credit card. Not even a week later the check engine light came on. I tried calling and calling with no answer. I ended spending $3000 to get the car fixed. It has been in the shop every week since I bought it. I still can not get ahold of them and I very disappointed. This company is fraud and does not care for their customers. They sold me a bad car and I’m about to get lawyers involved.

Got a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon Se for less than asking price. Very good service. Went back about a month later to get it inspected and they did it for free that same day. Also customer service was great. Was in the area looking for some used cars and KCMO automotive on google showed up that was just down the street from Walmart so checked there website out found a really nice sedan that was in my price range went over there and met guy named Rez who already had car pulled up and the A/C goin, Rez was cool to just talk to and work wit so was easy process getting the car.

Love the atmosphere - so laid back. No one telling me you look great in that. They were honest & up front. I got a great deal, will be back in spring for graduation.

The guys working here were very nice to deal with and were helpful in making the car buying process easy. However, the vehicle sold to us should have never been sold in its condition as it couldnt pass a vehicle inspection. After a few conversations, they did work with us and helped to make that situation right. We very much appreciated their cooperation in that. Moral of the story (as with all used car sales) is to have someone you truly trust inspect the vehicle before purchasing.

I purchased a great diesel pickup from the guys at KC MO. They helped me out with a couple of things that I found wrong with the truck after I drove it for a few days and even offered to give me a deal on some tires if I wanted to put some better rubber on the truck. I am currently looking for a new car for my wife and will definitely shop with Ned first. Other than than very pleasant experience.Heads up $199 fee for paperwork ECT.3% charge of the price of the vehicle to use debit or credit.Total cost to me including vehicle which we did get down to $5600 from $5900. Was $5972And then the morning comes ... Along with a visit to my mechanic. Salesperson swore their prices are firm because they make sure their vehicles are mechanically sound. My mechanic and wallet would disagree. $2597.49 later.Breaks, calipers, pads, rotors, break lines and flush $907.28Leaking HosesPower steering hose & flush $526.68Transmission hose & flush $471.23Wiper blades torn and needed to pass inspection which they gave me a slip of paper saying it did $25.90And 4 new tires 553.Plus diagnostics $113.40Total cost of vehicle $8569.49Recommendation if you are planning test drive spend a little extra to take it you mechanic before buying.Lesson learned.

I purchased a vehicle as a secondary from you. You guys lied to me about the brakes being done which I was pretty sure they had not been. Worse than that the check engine indicator was reset before purchase. It came back on and has a misfire and other issues. Lastly I had the car reinspected because I thought something was fishy and it failed but you had your mechanic give me a passing inspection at the dealership. I should have turned you in honestly but I have been quite sick.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!I moved from Arizona to Missouri last week and needed a cheap reliable car asap, I am a single mom and am on a tight budget. I saw they had a couple decent affordable cars listed on there site and was eager to go check it out!RED FLAG#1: Car I was interested in they informed me right away that it was a rebuilt title they said thatt how it was listed. THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED ON ANY OF THE LISTINGS.RED FLAG#2: Car needed an oil change and new tires which I feel like should have been taken care of on there end before the car was sold to me! NOPE I had to pay for those things out of pocket.RED FLAG#3: They sell there cars as is.. so if you have an issue with the car as youre driving away.. tough luck! NO WARRANTY.LONG STORY SHORT..I ended up buying the car. .took it for an oil change and It needed a new motor mount, power steering fluid was contaminated, there is an unknown oil leak + the tires that I had to purchase, and many other arising issues. They assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that there mechanics had looked over everything, and that everything was good to go before driving off the lot... WRONG!When I called to express my problems Max was very argumentative, andcondescending.ALWAYS get a car checked by someone reliable before purchasing or else you will get taken advantage of like me.. !!! LOOK FOR A CAR ELSEWHERE, THESE CROOKS DONT DESERVE BUSINESS!

Wish i can experience like others did. Cashed out Subaru outback. When we test drive the car, it was AMAZING. But 2 days later when we went to pick up our car because they were doing an inspection for the vehicle and changes the tires. Saturday came along, picked up the car. Drove the car and it was not a right feeling even with the sounded like a wheel bearing, which it could be too. Bought a new battery & break back light on the right on that day cause it needs a replacement, which i didnt mind. Monday, today i did an oil change, i didnt mind... i was told from the oil guys that the break fluid was over flown over the maximum line. I didnt mind.. i drove off car and it completely died on me right when i exit the highway. No, it is not the battery. Not the oil change. But because the fuel injection system is not operating properly. I need to fix that thing and it will cost me 500 to 1,800. Called them up and see if they can fix it. But said IT IS SOLD AS IS and i will have to pay them to fix my car. NO THANKS! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Especially cashing out a 7,600 car, on top of a battery, light, oil changes that i have to put in on my end ... close to 10G. I say... down a car and make payments. Not the cash out kind of way.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from this place!! Got a 2005 volvo suv, and the day after we got it home, the check engine light came on. Took it in for diagnostics, nothing. The next morning, its completely dead in my garage. Had to have it towed from Grain Valley back to Belton. and the best they could do was replace the starter labor free? Oddly enough, the check engine light was off after that - for about a week. Then, the sunroof stopped working completely .... stuck open. Took it in locally, only to find out its an aftermarket sunroof and has been worked on in the last 3 months That has thrown off every censor in the computers, that cant be reset. It says coolant low stop safelybut yet the coolant is fine. Next the front right headlight burnt out, however in replacing it, turns out the bulb is fine, but alll the wires are melted due to the makeshift sun roof that fried all the computer controls. After researching this vehicle more, we probably paid over $1500 more than we should have, even though for the age there are low miles (IF thats even accurate) and as of today have another $2000 into this vehicle. Im sick and disgusted!! Please steer clear of this place!
