I had by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle! The staff at L&N auto worked together to ensure I found best vehicle for me and they didn’t try to talk me into anything just to make a sale. This company has a goal to obtain return business and it shows because they did everything possible on their end to ensure I was satisfied and paper work was fast and easy. I consider them friendly, honest, customer service oriented and a wonderful place of business!

I had bought a vehicle a year ago. A 2001 BMW X5. When I checked it out initially outside looking in there was no problems at first. After agreeing to the financing a week later it overheated. I ended up paying for dealer tow and parts a hose and labor charge equalling to $120. 2 weeks after my X5 cut off in traffic while driving I again sent it back and paid service charges $60 and tow charges just for a mechanic to unplug and replug my vehicle. Their mechanic stated out his own mouth Im not a mechanic. A few times my vehicle cut off on me in m8d traffic with my 7 year old daughter in the back. I went back and forth with this dealer but ultimately ended up taking the car to a BMW trusted outlet who identified my BMW as previously wrecked with a front air bag reset and repair. All in all I ended up spending $1900 for a new ECU, ECU resetting new keys, and window regulator. I had spent $1500 to replace the rest air bags that basically went out in mid year of ownership. This vehicle has spent more time in a shop then my garage. Not to mention still making payments to this carlot as well as trying to keep insurance on this vehicle. This last time the X5 had to get a new water pump and thermostat and engine block test which cost me $1200. This also caused me to be late with my payment by 13 days and insurance as well. Spoke to a lady named Lori and she was not trying to here anything I had to say. Didnt cared for the maintenance issue only wanted her payment and insurance. I pleaded to pay what I owe + insurance not to mention the vehicle had to be inspected and re registered. I offered to stop driving till I get the insurance updated once i got paid in 6 days which I would also catch up with my payments as well .She was extremely rude and difficult and demanded I dropped the vehicle off 20 miles from where i stay to their dealer because of late pay and no insurance. It made no sense you didnt want me to drive, but wanted me to drive 20 miles to their dealer. They didnt offer me ride home so how was I to get back home? Her reply was if they come to repo my vehicle then she would charge me the complete vehicle pay off to get it back. SMDH. Now granted I only have little to pay but it was upsetting to deal with the disrespect. I voluntarily told her to come and get the vehicle. Yes there gonna say they tried to work with me By how? Everything these guys did I PAID FOR IT. They sold me a previously wrecked vehicle and said it had a clear title. I honestly would have NEVER bought that car knowing what I know now.I spent more in maintenance and downtime then payments and actually enjoying the car. Ive never even driven it out off central texas. In all the dealers Ive dealt with this was the worst one. Ive wasted money and time. Im very angry and I will make it my enduring mission and I will use All of my media connections to include My blog page in Youtube. Twitter Face Book and Instagram hood sentinel and fort hood BBB know my experience. So congratulations to L&N Auto. You won.

Went to several carlots from waco to austin and there were always an issue. Either my credit wasnt goodenough or they were rude or alreafy sold what i went for. I seen l and n autos on my way home from work and they had the truck i was truley wanting. They talked with me and let me testdrive 3 different trucks i was wanting to look at. I picked one out and was driving off in less than an hour. Very friendly!!! It has a little bit high milage and the ball joints need replacing but overall im super impressed with this truck.

Beware,I went to look for a vehicle here, and I personally found a few I loved and wanted to get. I ran into a lot of issues trying to get it all because my fiance had gotten one here before and returned it due to having issues with his vehicle, and longer wanted to pay on something he didnt like. (Mind you this was at least 5 years ago if not more.) They told me theyd need a 2000 down payment for a vehicle that is 1000 down, along with larger payments and more comitment, and honestly this vehicle was not worth 2000 down with payments more than 350 a month. I personally didnt understand what the issues was if everything about the vehicle was going into my name. When I called back to get more information they were rude and acted as if I was an nuisance to them. I was going to purchase a vehicle but now that they have cause more issues than what was needed I will not be returning. Or sending family and friends to this car lot. I am very disappointed with what I had to endure.

I purchased my first vehicle from Neil when I was 18. The customer service is excellent and theyve been wonderful. I returned when I decided to get a truck a few years later. I had some things go wrong with it and they were amazing help when it came to taking care of the issues. Now 7 years after my first purchase I went back to them and Neil and Gary were amazing and helpful as ever. I would recommend L&NAuto to my friends and family! Theyre sweet down to earth people that will help you in any way they can.

Beware! Not forthcoming or truthfull about condition of vehicles. Made it a point to ask questions before driving an hour to get there. Once i arrived there was additional damage not apparent on pictures or description. I over looked that to continue looking but was met with the time old THATS WHY ITS SO LOW everytime i noticed or mentioned something not disclosed.Evertime i asked about something he played ignorence. He flat out lied aboud about suspension being new. I pressed down on the rear and it moved like a water bed.Dishonist and shady people with their own shade tree mechanic! Needless to say another one to cross of the list and they just added to the negative view i have of pot lots.

I bought a 2008 Nissan Titan from Gary when I test drove the truck it did have a mechanical issue. They fixed it without even questioning it. I pick the truck up a few days later and discovered the problem still existed. Much to my surprise they were more than happy to fix it and asked for no money from me. I got a great deal and I will be more than happy to do trade with L & N Auto again. Great people with great integrity! Gary is a great sales person and their mechanic Shane is a stand up guy so thanks to both. I have read several reviews on here and I honestly don’t understand the negative feedback.

An honest Used Car dealer! I helped my son buy a vehicle here from Gary and Neal. Over the next 24 hrs an issue came to light. The took it back with no argument. Because of that, we found another one with them. Happy campers. I have no past relationship here, was just looking for a reliable used vehicle and found it.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! My daughter bought a Jeep Liberty ( 2008 ), It wasnt worth the price and was a BIG HEADACHE !! The so called Mechanics are a JOKE ! They would allegedly fix the Problem and something else would go wrong.BEFORE getting anything from them, get a CARFAX report, take it to a mechanic that is well known.

First off I used to be employed with L & N and have seen first hand experience that these guys work their tails off to try and please customers. They try to work with everyone with reasonable expectation. Unfortunately what people do not understand is that a used car or a new car can break down the next day. Where a new car you have warranty and a used usually doesn’t. This is a risk anyone takes at ANY used dealership. The employees here are great, honest, and helpful. My husband and I just recently bought a vehicle from them even though I’m not working their anymore. If any of these bad comments were actually true I wouldn’t have. That is what kind of faith I have in this company.

I have bought 4 cars over last 15 years from l and N they have went above and beyond for there customers . Every car was worth it sales price . And when one died even though it was a 10 year old car, after 1 year if use they came paid it off and let me pick a new one. This is a 5 star place all day long.

Worst car lot ever. Even had an employee tell me to tell everyone to not buy a car here. He said they get cars with problems and knowing they have problems they put it off until it breaks down on the customer then the customer has to pay for it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE VERY CROOKED. Ive never had as bad of an experience as I have with l and n. The whole time I had the car I was fixing stuff that was not cheap. They do not care about their customers they are just there for money

They refused to fix my truck with a new motor and transmission and they said there wasnt anything wrong with it when they sold it to me but they never checked the fluids cause there wasnt any oil or transmission fluid in it when I drove off the lot when I went to get oil change, radiator fluid was black and no transmission fluid in the system....so now I dont have a vehicle and refuse to send anyone I know through them.

Ever sense i got this car ive only had problems. First 3 weeks my fuel pump went out my boyfriend had to fix that. Within the first 6 weeks of having the car go out i had to replace my throttle body, battery post, a new battery as well and something else small i believe i cant think exactly what it was at this time. Ive had this car for BARELY 4 months now (which its been broken down for a whole month, has been at shop for over a week), my whole clutch has gone out, i have a coolant and a oil leak, now theyre saying basically something with my motor is going wrong, and they dont know exactly what it is and its been there for OVER A WEEK, & the mechanic told me today he wouldnt know until the end of this week or next week. That means my car sits there for ATLEAST 3 weeks before getting fixed. Theyre putting all the cars that have a simpler problem before mine and cant even get the car diagnosed in a manerlly time.This dealership is POOR customer service and all the cars are sh*tty as hell, why do you think NONE of them have warranty? I shouldnt have to worry about my car messing up every couple weeks!!!!The person who sold me this car was gary, and basically when i try to talk to him about whats going on why is my car taking so long he has not much to say!!! At all! PLEASE do NOT buy a car from here, WORST customer service ive ever had & the receptionist has a nasty little attitude as well!

Got a 2000 Honda civic lx from them. The one good thing is they did let me defer part of the down payment which due to my job and there hours I was not able to get in on time that was my fault. Shortly after I got the car the radiator blew out on it they would not fix so I fixed it myself. Then two days later they came and took the car cause I was one day late on the payment which I told them I would be. When I went to get my belongings out of it the guy the was watching us get the stuff out said I could take the radiator if I had the old one, then after I stated taking it out they said I couldnt and got very rude. After that my wife went in to talk the owner about the radiator and he started cursing at her. I would never recommend this place to anyone there polite until you sign the contract then its a completely different situation. And there vehicles are extremely over priced and are a mechanical nightmare.

They are dishonest and a rip off. The dealer would not refund my $1000.00 deposit.Would not recommend buying any vehicle from this business
