Extra clean cars I wonder who details them?

They put me in a 2003 Chevy 1500 X-Cab Z-71 and it ran good. Ive been in and out of the Hospital several times for 30 to 45 days then the last time i was heading up there but had to get something to eat and his guys showed to pick up the truck witch i was heading up there after eating but they drove the truck up there and i rode with the other guy and went up there to make the payment which was in my pocket but they wanted me to pay the Truck off or i couldnt take it home so my Sister came to pick me up they said they got everything out of my truck WHICH THEY DIDNT they i guess they wanted the stuff for them self. Just POOR Service with customers i wouldnt do Business with the because they dont care for us.

They will give you a vehicle with no fluids in it and when it breaks down they take the truck and say there gonna fix it but don’t while you make payments on it and there not doing anything to help

Longhorn motors is a JOKE! I bought a vehicle from them and not even a month later it starts acting up. They offered to fix the issue and have had it over a month now. They have been giving the run around and lying about when it actually went to the mechanic! Oh but they were sure to make sure I didn’t miss a payment while they’ve had it! I finally got some answers from the “manager” whom is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He said it would cost $1500 for the repairs and I’d have to pay at least $500 before I could even get my vehicle back! There was never a signed agreement stating I had to cover the cost of repairs! They are the ones that said they’d fix it! And the only reason I rated them 1 star was because I had to give a rating to leave this review! Beware of this place. They just greedy scumbags looking to take advantage of anyone and everyone the minute they get the chance.

Best coustomer service,I will do more business with them again, Gave me a chance when other big brand trailer companys didnt and could have not been more proud of my purchase, great value and will send business their way. Thanks again for your help.

Good selection of cars trucks and trailers

I bought a 14 cargo trailer from these guys and I was impressed by their service, speed and hospitality. Right away, they made sure I got the right trailer for my needs and my trucks capability. All totalled, I was in and out within 30 minutes. The whole time though, the entire staff made me feel right at home. If I need another trailer, these guys will be at the top of my list.

Really good cash car and in house finance options. My sister got her very first car from here and they treated her well. Helped her on her down payment and even fixed a minor issue that came up with the car within the first couple weeks of her having it free of charge. Highly recommend checking them out if you looking for reliable work vehicle.

When I spoke with the manager about available inventory on a trailer he was rude-zero customer service. There are plenty of other dealers that would provide better service. They don’t even deserve one star..

I was purchasing my first vehicle and I was referred to longhorn in Georgetown everywhere else I have been was very rude very pressuring did not want to put you in what you wanted to be in I came to longhorn motors in Georgetown and theres a very best service Ive ever dealt with I highly recommend anybody else to go there theyre not pressuring that will put you in what you need to be in I could not get financed anywhere else I went there and I was finally finance the lady I deal with her name was Elmos is very nice lady if youre looking for a good vehicle at a reasonable price go to longhorn motors in Georgetown

I have been doing business with these guys for years and its funny to read these comments. Any time I have had issues with my truck, they have always been more than kind enough to help me out even though I signed an AS-IS. So my guess is, is that these bad comments are from people who didnt fulfill their end of the contract. I love these guys and most of all the secretary. She is sweet and respectful until you disrespect her or get rude first. Ive seen this first hand!! Love you Longhorn Motors!!!

Absolutely horrible. Dont do business here. They have repossessed my boyfriends vehicle twice now because they dont know how to do business with people. They repossess cars on weekends after closing specifically so people cant get their car back in the same day and have no way to complain or get ahold of anyone to see whats going on.

Bought a suburban from them and have had it 15 months now they were great when we bought it and have been great ever since. We even ended up having to move several hours away and they didnt have any problems with us taking the car with us. Will deffently do bussiness with them again.

People give them Goliad reviews cause they will get u off the lot with a car no credit check but they are horrible people. Don’t be late even a day repo and please I do mean please get everything u talk anoint documented !!! It they will repo and charge u to get back !

I paid $600 down on a Jeep. My grandson had it 12 days when he hit a deer and it would not even start. Had it towed to Killeen. Called Vince at Longhorn and he picked it up and towed to his mechanic . I NEVER RECEIVED A TITLE OR CERTIFICATE OF TITLE. I HAVE NOT SEEN THE DAMN THING. I CANCELLED INSURANCE ON IT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE THING IS. Yesterday I got a renewal registration wanting me to pay for. My guess, Vince sold it, pocketed the money or sold it, junked it or driving it. County registration says it IS IN MY NAME! I AM GIVING ALL THIS INFORMATION TO THE ATTORNEY AGAIN!THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CAR, THE PEOPLE OR ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.Reporting this to the State of Texas authoritiesin Austin.In addition to screwing me over, they even took about $200+ of tools out of it.

Ive brought a Kia from them two years ago.Throwout them two years - Ive never had any issues with them. When there were car problems then - they had no problem trying or actually helping and getting the car fixed. They WILL tell you everything before you sign the papers. Will help you if you have payment issues based on job situation. All cars dealerships have rules and regulations. If you need a A to B driving car then this place will work. Bring a machanics with awesome experience to help you out as well. Btw my kia still runs good.

They repossessed my car after being 10 days late. No late fee or letting me work it out, they just took it. I didnt fight them and was curteous with both longhorn motors and the repo men .Now I just went to pick up my personal belongings and I was surprised to find some of my things missing. They kept the knives I had in my car(small pocket knife and a larger hunting knife) they kept all my change (about 15$), any electronics I had(auxillary cords, etc...)and to top it all off my dead fathers watch. I will never recommend this place or endorse them in any way. The only positive is how nice the receptionist lady is.
