Had these brought to our work today . These are the best donuts Ive ever had in my life. I wished they were closer to where I lived . Hands down best donuts. Everyone loved the donut with bacon on it . Thank u for great food .

Really good donuts good selection some are weekends only. Sometimes really busy and sell out so have to get there early which can be a con. Wish they were open a little later.

Usually great but cronut barely had any filling. The apple fritters and old fashioned sour cream are the best in KC though.

We ordered donuts for an event in our office this week. We called the day ahead to place an order and our donuts were warm, fresh, and ready for pick up the next morning. We were greeted with outstanding customer service too! Everyone at the office was a big fan of the donuts...we will definitely use them for future events.

Best apple fritters Ive ever had!!

Excellent donuts, but I dont think they are made on site. Not sure if this is normal practice or if it was due to recent bad weather. I got there at 9:45 am and there wasnt much left. Ill go again next week and revise if possible.

Excellent assortment. Best glazed donut around! Their donuts flavor rivals Duck, Hurtz, etc. Theyre only open in the mornings until noon or until sold-out.

Donuts are good. Sometime there out of alot of them though. Early bird gets the warm.

We went here for the first time a couple days ago. We were very impressed. The lady at the counter was so friendly. There is a drive through which is cool. The pricing is decent. We got there late on a Saturday morning so the options were limited, but everything we got was excellent.

I love coming here, almost everydayBut they never seem to be open when they are suppose to be. Online says 5am... and no one is here.... also if you open a business at 6am that should mean you have the donuts by 6. The staff is great just wish they would get the donuts there on time.

The elderly lady at the drive through was very rude and unprofessional and I highly do not recommend.

This is fairly new second location. It was on north scott but moved here. The original is in Raymore MO.Our visit that includes 3 of us was on A Friday morning about 9:30. As you would expect at that time there is not much left. Which is usual for a doughnut shop. So we each picked an item. I got cinnamon Roll bites. We sat down at a table. Which was clean and the building fairly open. The lady behind the counter was busy with a person before us and answering the phone but was very nice and polite. We waited patiently. We each got something different. I went to eat mine and I could tell it was doughy. I tried the second one, it was the same. Now the other to did not mention a problem with theirs. Their prices i feel are high for doughnuts but everyone is different. Our visit was ok.

The maple bacon donut is delightful, but often they dont get them or not enough of them are sent.

Donuts are awesome! The older lady who works at the location near Title Max could NOT be ruder. Please coach her up or coach her out.

Was really good donuts the people were very nice.

Donuts are fresh but they glaze everything which makes even a simple cake donut way too sweet.

Above and beyond excellent customer service and amazing donuts. I recently did a tour of the best donut places in Kansas City, and Big Daddys is one of the very best Kansas City has to offer.

Me and my child went to have some donuts and they were awesome especially the Long John there was pudding in every bite and the service was commendable

Doughnuts are amazing and the people are so friendly.

My son and I had actually stopped by to see what the hours were for the ice cream shop because weve been wanting to go to it, but since we were there and I had this as a place to visit on maps, we decided to go in and see what they had to offer. They have regular donut options and specialty donuts for reasonable prices. My son had a glaze and from specialty side, an oreo cream filled with an oreo on top. I had two from the specialty side, one with banana cream filling and one with peanut butter cream filling and a p.b. cup on top. They were good tasting, but not sure if they beat out our towns donut shop but we havent had any down here with those cream fillings either.
