This store is running low on several items. The prices are ridiculous. They do have plenty of candy for the trick or treaters. The prices for them are reasonable. On a better note, the wine and beer isles are full. Felt like opening a bottle just to lighten the mood at the checkout. Think the next time I will get a bottle first. Then, maybe the shopping experience wont be so bad. Awww, my happy place.

My wife and I are big fans of HEB. This HEB used to be a good one but even before the pandemic they started cutting the amount of name brand items and only having HEB brands. It’s gotten worse over the last two years. They hide the name brands sometimes and have their mimic products in their place. It’s a shame. I really like HEB but not the direction this one is going.

I couldnt find no one to blow up my daughters balloons. I was very upset due to having to cancel it in the first place cause she was sick. Your staff was very kind and helped me calm down. I was a little disappointed that my balloons was deflated by 9:00 p.m that night. But my daughter loved them anyway just hated I paid so much and they still fell down that night. Love your staff they was very professional all 3 of them. The 4 is still good but the others I just hung from the celling to have the effect of still floating. I cant remember there names but I came in August 28,2021 morning and there was two ladies and 1 gentleman working. Thanks yall!

Exceptional quality, store brand, food products. Very reasonable prices. Store is always neat and clean. Fresh local produce when in season. In my opinion they would better serve their customers with more checkers and fewer check yourself out stations.

Used the car wash today. There was NO SOAP and the dryer did NOTHING, pulled out with a soaking wet car which will now pick up every bit of dirt and debris on the way home. Very disappointing.

It was missing supplies. The outside was dirty. I love HEB. It was not used to like that. I think it needs new management or the people that shop their need to take care only Market in town. Take care of your town.

I love this location, H-E-B in general is just an amazing grocery store. But the people here are especially kind. I came in the other day and forgot my card, and they were very accommodating. They froze my order, stuck it to the side for me, and let me come back an hour later with my credit card so that I could pay for my order and still without having to grocery shop again. Everyone has a smile on their face, it’s a clean location, and well stocked. If you come in at 10 o’clock on a Thursday night, you may not get absolutely everything. But all the staples are still there.

This is more on the people shopping there. The people are so rude and have angry looks on their faces. The older the people shopping the more rude and pushy they were. I have not dealt with this many rude people since visiting California. And that’s ironic on so many levels.Veterans and current service-members speed out of those lots (I see the plates and the hairstyles). I’m not used to seeing the elderly and others so rude or lacking of bearing as I have with this H-E-B. I’ll be going to Temple. People, regardless of skin background, seem to be significantly friendlier there. Like the Central Texas I remember growing up in.

I really enjoy this HEB. I do curbside with them and the service is always great. I also enjoy the indoor shopping and theyre variety of different foods from other cultures to include wholesome and herbal items. Plus they keep Haagen Daz Vanilla Swiss Almond ice cream 🍨 😆

The Belton HEB is fantastic! Overall wonderful customer service, great variety, prices, and cleanliness.It would be nice if the card readers accepted Apple Pay. I stopped by to grab lunch today, and I didn’t have my wallet with me, so I tried to use Apple Pay because the reader looked like it accepted it. The cashier informed me that the readers only accept Samsung Pay. I had to leave my lunch and go without. I know it’s my bad for forgetting my wallet, so I wasn’t upset, but it would be really convenient to be able to use Apple Pay in the future!

Always clean and organized. Lots of selections available. Fast service and friendly!!

It wasnt the best place so thats why I rated it four stars I would have rented it five stars if they had what I needed but they did have a bunch of my moms energy drinks so yeah

Shop H-E-B all the time their service is excellent I usually have to go there and at Walmart because one place has one thing the other place has another but HEB usually has everything that I need a shop there most of the time for everything that I need that excellent service excellent customer service only thing is can always find someone to help me to get what I need off the shelves better than that HEB is my number one store

This is my favorite HEB store. They have foods like salmon burgers, one that is made with bacon and cheddar cheese. The prices are good and lots of savings. Friendly and efficient employees. My favorite food shopping store.

Great shopping for anything you need. Fresh produce, bakery, meats and cheese fresh cut to your choice. Hygiene products of all types. Pharmacy priced are the lowest rates for all prescriptions and accepts all insurance plans. HEB I call it is crowded because theirs everything anyone is shopping for anything. Definitely a 10+.

This is MY H.E.B. I have shopped at this store for at least three years now.I never have had a problem with them. Everyone is friendly, produce is always fresh, and meat is always good looking.The reason why Im writing this review now, is because after years of shopping here, today I went to stock up as I am 36 weeks pregnant, due anytime now. After filling my cart to the brim, begun to check out... I realize I dont have my card to pay. My husband whos an hour away working has it. (As I am high risk and cant walk long and havent gone in person in months)I was even more embarrassed to have to tell the checker Id forgotten my card and that my husband might have it....I called up about 30 mins after leaving just to inform them, that in fact my husband did have my card and hed be off this evening. That then hed come pay for my cart.I got two phone calls from the store manager asking my address and if I was home.They brought me my whole order. I about cried.Ive never been so moved or thankful for such a nice jester.I love this HEB and this is why I choose to keep going back to only this store. Thank you so much.(Ive included a picture of my cart before I went to the cashier. As I was embarrassed by how much Id actually picked up to stock the house)

They have the best deli.Their plants are beautiful.Ive bought 4 🍉 from them this year and they have all been nice and sweet

Very quick service and the young lady that brought my order to my vehicle was very pleasant. Very satisfied.

The store had everything I needed. Services was very good and all produce is fresh and reasonable. My family stopped purchasing chicken at Walmart and opted to purchase meat from HEB because they keep with constant content of ten pieces of thighs for the same price while Walmart began to give nine and charging the same amount of money. The mini cucumbers are very good and always fresh.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I call in prescriptions days in advance I’ve even started ordering the refills online but each time I go in I have to wait 30-40 minutes because it’s never ready. I’ve had it with this service. Switching to Walmart’s Pharmacy.

Clean store and the workers are helpful and friendly. They have nicer products than Walmart.

I often stop at this HEB when on trips between Waco and Austin, though my most recent trip stood out amongst all of them thanks to an employee named Lia. She really went out of her way to make the checkout process easy, accommodating, and her bright personality really helped cheer up my day!If you happen to see this Lia, thank you!

Love the sushi, I stop there everytime Im in town. I have an allergy to avocado and they are always really sweet about making it for me, without it.

Love to go to the deli, there and the meat department are my favorite places. Just wish everything was not so expensive now.

Great place to shop. They of course have nearly everything you need but they also have a parking lot large enough for the business the have which can not be said for all HEBs. The staff at this store is particularly helpful and curious. They keep the store clean and well stocked. They also do an excellent job of keeping lines down in some of the busiest times of the day.

This is my go to store. Belton HEB is really nice and clean. The bakery works with you to deliver anything that you might want or need. Same with the seafood section. All in all it is a great place to shop and the staff really work hard to see that you get what you need.

A man that was working in produce dept was super helpful and friendly this was my 2nd time in the store and and I was impressed by kindness of the employees I I will continue to come to this HEB

Always seems busy sometimes cant park real close..Also scooters are always gone or not charged enough but can find more products here better selections. Like shopping here but there really is never a down time except 6am.

Great selection of fresh produce! I love getting my fruits and veggies here. Wonderfully helpful staff at the deli counter as well, I especially enjoy their sliced whole milk mozzarella.

Always sit in line and get told 30 minute wait. Came back to back days and still get told it will be 30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions, that I pick up every month. Absolutely ridiculous

I Love going to HEB better than Walmart. You definitely do not have to wait in line very long to check out. They always have more registers open. That makes a big difference. The workers are more friendlier, also!

Great store! Found what I needed. Cashier and bagger were very kind.

Checker and bagger talking to each other. The bagger obviously was never trained, how to bag groceries I had everything sorted, on the conveyor belt. She mixed cold stuff in with paper goods. Found refrigerator stuff 6 hours later.

No masks on staff. Few checkout lines open. Otherwise, love HEB!

Love this HEB! They always have almost all the registers open, and they have just about anything you could need from a grocery store and much more.

This HEB is a hidden secret, tucked away in Belton. They literally have everything and fast check out. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Typically my go to HEB but there was a lot of empty shelves in store on Friday. Went to the HEB in Temple, bad choice. They may have had the product I was in need of but the sacker ruined that experience all together.

Had a great experience in the bakery make sure that my cake was right everything was very good Sonya was a great person seem to be working very hard and making you very happy to do anything she could for a customer very pleased with service

I never shopped this store because I live in Temple but I will never go in there again ever. It had nothing to do with any of the employees. The greeter was so sweet. I mean he made sure he talked to everyone coming in or out the door. Very nice.The problem with that store is it was way way too crowded. I only got very few things I had to have. I could not even get in to look at any of the meat or dairy or anything. I normally shop in Temple instead of Belton. But I had to go somewhere else in Belton so I thought I would just stop there. I could not see me doing my weekly visits to the grocery store there. And I thought Temple was overcrowded!

Products I was looking for was available. Cashier and slacker were very courteous. I like shopping at H.E.B. because of low prices.

I ordered a cake for my sons bday... when I picked it up they were busy. But the bakery attendant gave me the cake & walked away before I could tell her they spelled his name wrong 😑 it’s always frustrating when things like this happen but oh well, guess we’ll live right 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopefully it tastes good enough to make up for the disappointment

This will always be my favorite Heb, been with it since it opened and even worked here a bit. Doesnt even really feel like I am home unless I stop here to grab some stuff as Im visiting family. 🙂 I was able to gather everything for this cheese board from heb deli, always interesting treats to choose from.

Wr drive over from Temple 2 or 4 times a month to shop for the extra variety thst it has compared to ours. It also has a g o d selection of outdoor plants.

I am disappointed right now because the bananas look good but they have lost their taste and are bad on the inside. If I have to pay 3 times more for groceries then I want quality too.

I love this HEB! It is very nice, clean and they have a ton of products! Great meats and veggies. I like the grill up front where you can buy freshly cooked chicken. I also love the cooking connection. They always have something yummy to try. I love that you can take home the recipe, spices and sauces to make it yourself.

When the wildest weather was affecting many they still opened for a couple of hours. My mother said in Austin they were closed. So they deserve an award for this. I love this store! The staff is super friendly, you never have to wait long to check out and they have an unbelievable selection of meat and produce. Even though theres one closer to my house, I go to this one because its so much better!

I got a cake done here and although it wasnt what we had agreed upon when I put the order in a month ago, it was still cute and it did the job. I did randomly pick out a watermelon and it was great! However the two cantaloupes I picked out were spoiled and I returned them for some strawberries. Overall the produce is almost always great!

They had what I needed for a really good price.

Went to order flowers. They were so friendly and help and their prices can’t be beat!!!!

I like this HEB. They dont enforce illegal mask mandates like some liberal towns do. I ONLY spend my money at places they dont discriminate against people with mask exemptions like some liberal stores. So Ill keep shopping here unless something changes
