For mothers, buy them flower seeds, baby chickens, new clothes, etc. Tractor supply also supplies the best food for different creatures. The employees are kind and welcome. Bathrooms are up to keep and well maintained.

This store is absolutely filthy. We drove from Independence because they were the only store that had ducklings left. The had them in the back and their tank was smelly and the shavings were soaking wet. It looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. And there were tons of flies. After picking our filthy smelly ducklings we went to the feed aisle where a mouse was running back and forth under the bags of feed. We couldn’t get out of their fast enough and won’t be going back.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. If they don’t have what you want in stock they will order it for you. Bought my cub cadet from them and I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the price. I definitely will be a repeat customer!!

Great customer service. Employees actively helping your find products. They have a bunch of different supplies for farm animals, including horses, bovines, and poultry. They even carry dog, cat, and ferret food. Love the selection of boots, gloves, and clothing. Tractor Store is a great addition to town and they do a great job!

I usually go in and get dog food. I like to look around they have interesting items in there. The bags of dog food is rather large and they always help me with taking it to my car.I appreciate that.

Always great customer service at this location. This particular visit was for VIP petcare traveling vaccine clinic, which weve gone to at this location now for 2 years. So glad they provide this discounted cat and dog vaccine clinic at this retailer. As always, great vet and vet tech. Low cost vaccines help us house our 3 fur babies. 😻

The staff is really friendly and helpful! I used to shop at the Independence store on 291 and was sad when it closed but the Lees Summit will be my only store. I bought the TSC brand of clumping cat litter and it is as good or better than the name brands. I will be spending my Christmas cash on the markdowns!!

Lots of great things such as clothes, boots, gloves and other misc for your house or farm, including well priced dog food. I havent had a bad exerience yet in the few years Ive been going there....and my kids love when the chicks come in.

They were very nice and had a lot of supplies that were not overly priced. Their bulk items were the best deals.The cashier, Joyce, was very helpful and great at juggling multiple customers at once. We needed a certain guinea pig feed that they specially order because not many people buy it. She even asked me how often I would be needing it so they had it on hand when I needed it!Very personable and fantastic customer service!

I love the old school feel of this store which sells everything from boots and blue jeans, to tools, horse feed and live chickens and ducks, seasonally of course.I love the smell of this store and the lemon drops and licorice on display by the registers.Very relaxed atmosphere and staff.

I cannot express how disappointed I am in this store. So Ill just tell you my story. I went to the TSC website on Facebook as they showed their Chick Days advertisement. I found a coop I liked. It gave me store options in my area. It showed that coop unavailable except at Belton. I called and inquired, they didnt have it either but said they could order it. Ok. Please do so. I offered to pay, cannot accept payment over phone. Gave them my name and number they said they would call when it came in that Wednesday or the next. I called 2.5 weeks later on Thursday said it was in. Traveled there from KCKs only to find absolutely no one had put in an order for me. NO ONE!. I wish I knew who I spoke to! That was totally unacceptable! Horrible business practices. Terribly disappointed. Its not like they are swamped at this time. With the stay at home order in place.

This is the first of many visits where I left disappointed. Worked with 3 different associates. Only one of the three had the knowledge and skill to help me. He was also the only one to know the stores inventory. Unfortunately the store failed to supply parts to a product that they sell. I still gave them a 4 star rating as in the past theyve meet my needs and the employees were more efficient.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Seems they still have most things that folks go to their store for but more of the leading stuff which takes space from the hard to find items I usually go here for.

The staff tries hard to be friendly and helpful but the store seems understaffed in busy times and their knowledge of products is limited. Inventory can be spotty at times.

Tractor Supply is a fantastic store..It offers so much more than your basic hardware store because they offer horse supplies/feed and farm/ranch supplies and clothes and the prices are amazing! ..they just need more stores in this city.
