Our family has been bringing our vehicles to Mr. David Chang for nearly two decades now and we don’t ever intend on stopping.Sure, I may get my $25 oil changes at a local shop since I live in Rockville now (~30 minutes away) but our family always brings anything major/serious/significant to Mr. Chang’s. The prices are very fair and the service is consistently great.In times where people are looking to make quick buck and/or hustle you, Mr. Chang’s has been a constant source of fairness and professionalism. Highly rec if you need anything auto repair related in the DMV!

When i went to do the inspection i did not need appointment, and they told me to fix the issues and come back for the inspection form pass, but when i get back with my car fixed they told me to make an appointment, this is because i paid the inspection at the first time and this time they had to sing they paperwork for the same money as should be. Make me waste my time and the guy at the office was son mind. This is my 5th veicle that i inspect with them, but will be the last one. NO GOOD SERVICE.

Best shop for safety inspection. Taken 2 cars there, they failed us once for a back up light, but it was a quick fix. Very polite and thorough.
