I simply asked for 5 Buffalo wings and the cashier illustrated they had some pretty packaged in a different warmer when I genuinely requested to have the ones from the warmer closer to her and she insisted that I take the pre packaged wings. The reason being I am upset is because the customer before me requested the wings in the warmer closer to her and she didn’t give him any blow back about it but when I made the same request I was told to select from a different location which is unfair as a customer

One of the workers has targeted me for a long time and I do not why, all I can think of is racial profiling. I ordered taquitos once, he said they were fresh when they were actually like 2 days old and when I tried to take them he hesitated and held on to them for a bit. I asked for scratch off, he asked for my ID and stared at it for a while. Then he would proceed to say that “actually the age is 20 for lottery but I’ll give it to you this time”. Like no it’s not, it’s 18. Today he told me that I could not pay for a netflix card unless I paid with cash. I say no thank you, go to another 7-Eleven down the road and they accepted my form of payment without hesitation. How is this possible?

On January 5th at 10:00 pm, I ordered a Spicy bite and a cheeseburger bite. To my surprise the rolls were either old as in 1 to 2 days old or stale. This is unacceptable 😤. If you cant have fresh rolls at your store for the grill, please dont serve 2 day old rolls.

I use the 7-Eleven app to get a discount on my gasoline and a free medium coffee.

GAS STATION PUMPS HAVE SKIMMERS ON THEM. my credit card was fraudulently used after I got gas here. I paid at the pump. Please be careful.

They were out of sleeves for the coffee cups so rather then to burn myself I used another cup and the cashier tried to charge me fifty cents. I refused to buy the coffee.

Very poor customer service, I wanted to buy a glazed donut the price posted was 99 cents and when I went to the register the cashier charged me $ 1.09 not to include tax. I told the cashier that he made an error and he tells me that the 99 cent price is old and I have to pay the new price. I told him if you have a price listed on your shelves you should honor it. So then he goes to his coworker and starts speaking another language and making faces.... How Rude!, then the co worker tells me in rude manner, That’s the new price and it has been like this on their register for over a year and I’m not selling at the price on the shelf.” Customers beware of any purchases you make at places like this, and pay attention to how much items are before you go to checkout ... I could only image how many people have over paid for all their items at this 7-eleven. If they can’t discount my doughnut you know they will over charge you on other items and even cheat you out of your gas.

Watch out for a lady name blaze or blize she is sooo disrespectful and rude almost got in a fight with her she got made i sat my case of water in the counter and she told me i should of left it there where it was at because she could of ring me up and then started mugging and spoke to her coworker in another language if you live a peaceful life she will definitely take it away from you
