I normally really like the service I get from here as it is really close to my home. But I did not have a good experience today. I dropped my car off at 1 and asked them to call me when it was done 4:30pm rolls around and I have not heard anything from them. I call and ask if my car was ready and the guy said yes it was and that they have been busy as that is why they had not called me. Normally, when I go to get my oil changed they do not move my car seat but they did this time. I also walked in to to pay and I stood there for about 5 minutes for someone to come. No one was coming so I opened the door to set the bell off to get someone. Finally, someone came though he forgot to get the mileage so he has to go back to my car and get it. When, I finally get in my car the seat is moved, not that big of a deal really but thats not the point. When I look to see when I have to get an oil on the sticker it was the old one! I had to go back into the store and ask for one. Yes, I understand that places get busy but I am busy as well! I do not have time to sit around all day for a phone call to say my car is ready to be picked up. I normally get a call saying it is ready to be picked up as soon as it is ready. I am not very happy with the customer service I got today. Furthermore, when I arrived both times no one was wearing a mask. I do not know what was going on there today.

I will never go to Buttita Brothers ever again. I took my Toyota they are for two new tires and an oil change. My car was returned to me with a broken back tire sensor. It was not brought in with a sensor light even on. They had to have accidentally broke it in the process of fixing my car and they are denying it and refusing to fix it. I had spent over $2000 there over the last four months. I called the dealership to see how much it will cost to fix the sensor they told me $250. needless to say I will never ever go back there and hope that no one else does!!

Always a pleasant experience. I needed a ride to work one morning so I could leave my car and they were kind enough to drive me.

My husband and I had a great experience. My husband brought his 2001 Prelude in for a custom job. All the bolts on the exhaust were rusted. Faron expertly used the torch to remove the bolts without damaging the custom stainless steel exhaust. They ordered me all new hardware and replaced the bolts. He even broke loose my 02 sensors. The price was very fair. No other shop would help me. The receptionist, Ashley, was very kind and helpful. I was able to view all the work through the window. We highly recommend this shop. I didnt get the name of the guy who helped me but he was extremely helpful in helping with some aftermarket modifications on my car. The price they quoted me was very reasonable too. Great service, great price.

Used them for many years back when Tom was the manager. Gave the newest manager one chance and thats all hes getting. Made a mistake on my car, and when I brought it back to fix it, they made another mistake. When I called to get some info about this, I never got a return call. They know they messed up. I wont be back and I will no longer refer people there.

They do amazing work for a decent price. I even had to come back the next day and when I was running late Nate called me to make sure I was ok because it had snowed! They do amazing work and are amazing people, I highly recommend this place!

For anyone who are like me, i like to do my own work on my car for the simple fact i never had the money to pay a shop and i used to have the tools and garage for any work i needed to do. Anytime i have taken my car to a shop it has been a bad experience and i have trust issues, especially being a young woman, they try to pull fast ones on me, get my money and to fix unnecessary things at the moment. Recently my used car needed a clutch replacement... let me tell you... Tom is unbelievably AWESOME! He listened to my rant of anxiety about even walking in there and my situation... I also work an hour away and had to wait almost a week for a day off... Tom stated that if anything happened in the mean time he would make sure i got to work and everything... I cant write enough to explain how grateful and happy i am with this shop! My day off came, they got it done within the time they stated and now my car is driving like new! Tom stands by his work too and i can see why. I will always recommend this shop for anyone in the area! Thank you again to Tom and any mechanics that were working with him!

Every time I brought my vehicle there they would screw something else up, also took a special tool from my vehicle so I couldnt change a flat tire! Will never go there again!

I have had, at best OK Service here 2 times before I say OK cause it came at a very fair price, as the saying goes you get what you pay for... This week I had to replace my ball joints, after I took it in for an alignment car sits for that hole day and into the next no call ( I did drop it off the day b4 my appointment) when I went in to check on it they said my nuts where frozen to the tie rods so they couldnt the work! Asked for my keys and they where in. The ignition with the passenger window cracked down and it was -5 ° out ... I have since told every one I have recommended there this ....*** It wouldnt have been a huge deal but the next shop I took it to had it done in hour 30

Buyer beware! I would not recommend taking your car here they will rip you off. The service manager rusty was rude as all when I came in.
