5 stars for the district manager who was working the store alone most of the day and handling a large influx of customers all at once. He was very calm, good natured and knowledgeable.

Be careful when doing the trade in or upgrade at this store. What they dont tell you is that AT&T will give you INSTANT credit for your trade-in phone at their AT&T store. Instead they want you to send it because HOW DARE YOU INCONVENIANCE THEM. Then 2 or 3 weeks later you will might get the value they told you, just so long as its not damaged in shipping or while sitting on pallet of thousands of other phones.

You cant create an account or activate your device without calling or visiting the store and theyre closed on Sundays without 24/hr support. Id rather use a potato with an RC antenna sticking out of it because THAT wouldnt require me to leave my house to have someone do an equally simple task for me. what a joke.

Had a great experience getting upgraded yesterday. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, I felt like I was given plenty of information to make my decision. Switching to my new phone was easy and painless. They also helped fix my husbands issue with his phone charging. As well as showed me how I could save money on my current bill. Highly recommend using them for your wireless needs

Went to this store to switch to my boyfriends account to save money. Decided to get a new phone so I ordered an IPhone 11 pro max, the girl that was helping us said it would ship in the next few days. Later on come to find out she knew nothing was shipping but still told me it would be. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

All three were SO helpful......even though we didnt purchase r phones from their location... they helped me transfer my info to my new phone.....it took almost 45 minutes to complete the task..much appreciated... they were very fun to talk with while info was transferring...😄

Wow... simply wow. This place makes me wish that zero or NEGATIVE stars were possible. First thing walking in the store, greeted nicely. When I told them I was looking for two specific phones I was berated and made felt like I was very incompetent by the manager. Immediately and loudly from across the room being argued with about why I shouldnt get the phones I wanted and how I would return them or hate them or otherwise immediately regret my decision. The phones I wanted were of less quality but i knew that and told them so. Still they insisted to argue with me about the phones in a very belittling and extremely aggressive tone. I had went into this store two weeks prior to my latest excruciating visit. two weeks ago they did not know what the price of the phones would do to my bill but now almost magically they knew; and knew it was going to raise my bill. I was told the first time I went in there that getting the phones would lower my bill.Long story short, none of the employees are on the same page or even the same book, I left feeling very belittled and taken care of as if I was a nuisance, I was told 3 different stories, and aggressively argued with by the store manager.I wish I could explain how bad going here made me and my wife feel. We will never return to this store again.Also I had ordered these phones for my wife and myself a month ago; they still did not have the phones or knew when they would be getting more. Only told that there popular right now.

This is the worst staffed At&t store I have encountered. The store is tiny and most of the time is staffed by two or less employees. Always have to wait over a half hour. I have had much better experiences with other locations.

Easy this time, others not so much.

Can not recommend going to this store. I was sold on the buy back program but was not described accurately what the program was. I was expecting a $600 rebate and got $150. I was also sold a buy one get one and waited 9 months for it and never got it. I went into the store and they forgot to hit the button for the deal. They are supposedly getting it fixed but I havent heard anything yet.

I feel the phones here are overpriced they wont accept people with bad credit under the phone plans you always have to have someone else sign with you there TV service is good for the first year then they charge you an arm and a leg after that once I have you roped in so to me an overall is a joke
