The initial sign on went great. Had I known the contract explained to us and the offer they presented was far from the actual bill, I would have went elsewhere. Also the promo codes they gave us “5 in total” 1 worked. So if they tempt you with a reasonable bill and promo codes when signing up, I would recommend them giving you a printed and signed copy of a contract and expect most of your promos to not go thru!
Bud was very helpful and friendly as he helped us switch our service from straight talk. Im still wary of if the high price is worth it but the staff is great. They deserve this good review.

Terrible business practices, still requires masks despite MN ending requirements. Bad way to run a business, pushing people away. They were very rude as well. Was thinking of switching to Verizon, not anymore, ever. Go elsewhere for customer service and pro America business atmosphere.

HORRIBLE customer service ... the worst I’ve had anywhere!! After driving 1 hour to get there, I was told that I’d need to wait 1.5 hours to be waited on ... then they would txt me when they were ready. Never received a txt.

Today the general manager let us stand in line for 20 minutes. This was the time he informed us that we would have to wait Until we could enter the store. After 20 minutes he came out and told us that he would only be able to let one of us in the store and the other would have to wait outside. Why didn’t he tell us this information in the beginning. His customer service skills cost him a sale of the brand new iPhone 11 Pro. We left the corporate store and went into the franchise Verizon Store located just down the same street. We were welcomed by the store personnel. Very quick service and we were treated like they were happy to serve us.

Initial day of service great. Follow up service...less than great. I went in for a new phone as my Iphone had stopped working. During that visit they talked me into upgrading to a business account. During the switch my phone number was apparently frozen. The way around this was to set up a new dummy line. Kyle and David were super helpful during the initial process. However, the dummy line has become a big issue. It was never cancelled, I have been charged for it three months and they havent returned my voicemail or my email. It took a call to Verizon myself to get start to get things cleared up and the credit of the three payments I never should have paid back. It will take at least another 1-2 calls according to the Verizon rep I chatted with to make sure everything is the way it should be. I still am not convinced upgrading to a business line was even the right fit, time will tell I guess.
Quick excellent service
I bought an Arlo security camera from Verizon about a year ago. It quit working so I brought it in to have it looked at. They tried to make it work but could not and then gave me a phone number to call and sent me on my way. Ive been with Verizon for almost 30 years. The service has really disappeared. I guess Ill have to look for another provider.
This now my 3rd time working with your store and your customer service is excellent! Bud helped me yesterday with my new phone purchase and my accessories. He was nothing short of polite and very helpful! #givethatmanaraise

While prices can be very high, the service at Verizon is great. When you walk in the door, a representative will meet you in seconds, and ask how you can be helped. If there is a Que, you may have to wait, but you will be taken care of by the person who has the best skill at dealing with the issue at hand.

We went from a personal account to a business account. Phil was nice but was not informed how to complete the process. It could be a training issue or a management malfunction. We have been on the phone for three days trying to straighten out. Some of the promotions did not transfer as promised. Be very careful......

Be very careful. They dont stand behind their products. Its the manufacturers fault, there is nothing we can do. I think if you hand over your money to a company, they should be responsible for what they sell just like every other store I shop in.

They took advantage of my girlfriend and she want to set up account dor prepaid she paid over $55 for a sin card ...she could not use the phone that she bought off online sales Bemidji....she told them that yet they still took her money and told her oh well you shouldnt buy phones ... and now she has a sim card that she cant even use ...bad customer service BAD BAD BAD ...EXPECIALY IF YOUR NATIVE AMERICAN

I was out-of state and had a piece on my phone break. The Verizon employee did some quick problem solving so I could continue our vacation without having to buy a new phone.
Knowledgeable staff but a little to quick on the draw! But the only cell carrier I choose to go with.

This location is awful. We went to the corporate store in bemidji and they are always rude. Ive gone in here a few times for accessories and they just give it to me without saying anything and walk away. The one time I bought a phone here I ordered it online and picked it up in store, they handed me the bag and moved on to the next person. Never asked if I needed help transferring. I worked at Verizon in Minneapolis and we would have been shut down for acting like this. So rude.

Im using a Version phone right now and dont buy their phones! They come with a lot of horrible factory apps that you cant uninstall!!! You can un root youre phone but that takes to much work!

The wait time is ridiculous. We went into the store on the afternoon of Friday 8/3/12 for an iPhone charger and screen protectors. The associate had to wait for a computer to open up before he could ring us up. The charger was out of stock, so we went with a USB connector instead. And the screen protectors were out of stock, so we were going to have to have someone cut and place the universal screen protectors that they did have. We waited for nearly an hour to purchase the items. Even without the screen protector issue, we waited nearly 45 minutes. And Im not entirely sure why. Other people were waiting all over the place, too. You should be able to walk in and purchase something and walk out.Earlier in July we went in to purchase a new iPhone for my daughter to use on a trip out of the country. She would be taking tons of photos with it and needed to be able to communicate with us. When setting the iPhone up, the associate failed to inform us that she should choose an Apple ID and set up iCloud to back up her data. This was our first Apple device and the associate was setting up the phone and shouldve been prompted to set up iCloud. She was locked out of her phone and it was disabled and she lost all of her photos because the phone had to be reset. This would not have happened if the associate wouldve taken the time to tell us about iCloud and simply set it up upon activation of the phone.
