Brought my phone in to have the port fixed worked for a day and wont charge any more

I cracked my screen to the point my phone would not respond to touch, I’m not from Minnesota and so was in a big jam, I came into Bemidji to the Cell Phone Doctor and had the issue fixed, they use high quality glass to fix their screens, the price point to have a cracked screen fixed was very reasonable, and they had my phone fixed within a couple hours, if you are in or close to Bemidji and need your phone fixed in any way, I highly recommend this business!!

I brought a vansco mobile computer out of a rogator sprayer into the store and one of the techs had the board soldered and repaired in under a minute that repair saved me 4 grand for a replacement computer from agco. Theese guys didnt even have any information about this computer now thats best service Ive ever had.

The folks here are super helpful. I got great customer service. They’re friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and have fair prices. I just got a new battery installed in my three year old iPhone 7 for $61. It took 15 minutes. It makes me really happy to know I can make my current cell phone last a long time because it minimizes waste and saves me money.

The little red bearded leprechaun behind the counter was very rude and didnt know how to take charge of the situation and handle with customer service. Just because of difficult circumstances, the customer or in this case customers were dealt with prejudice and overall poor service.

My cell had overheated. I thought battery related. Within a minute it was found to be the WiFi reader chip. They worked so hard to try to fix it that day. They had to order another part. I came back the next day and again they worked to fix it. In the end they got it and they totally undervalued their services. I appreciate the lifetime warranty on parts and services. Thank you for taking that extra effort to fix my cell phone. You are all appreciated.

I Personally have to say I have never had such great service here. Sabin not only helped me with my new phone he saved me the hassle of going to the local AT&T Store and was a great help and saved me more money that I didnt need to spend and really was on top of his game with info! I recently had a screen and display repair to my Galaxy 8. Fast and perfect repair. Very satisfied.

I went through my phone insurance Asurion and they had me go through here. At first, I was supposed to schedule when a technician would come to me which is pretty cool, but made me a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, they ended up calling and said they didnt have a technician to come see me and I could drop it off. That was better to me. It only took them about half an hour to do my Google pixel 2XL

I realize its not Ryan working there right now so I cant give a review on him. The ladies running it right now though could really be doing a better job. Theyre quick to snap at you. They had my computer for almost a month, had to order more parts which took another week. Not very polite, and sadly overall a bad experience. If I had been able to go anywhere else to get it done I would have. I realize I started to get short with them towards the end but still.

So far every time that Ive stopped in there theyve been able to take care of the problems that Ive been experiencing. I have to say that I feel theyre somewhat overpriced, but thats their prerogative and mine as well if I want to have my electronics serviced. I have no problems telling my friends about this place.

2 days to fix my phone screen worked at the shop went home to charge it problem not solved. finger print scanner broke in the process not gonna complain about that because its to be expected given how fragile they are utter wast of 65$

Bought a phone from him by giving my phone to him to sell and cash. Cash was given to his wife who was working at the store. I have the phone the box and a receipt from his wife. Due to their split up he is personally attacking me and blacklisted the phone.

BUYER BEWARE! You dont get what you pay for. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called to inquire about getting my Samsung tablet fixed, I asked if they had any new Apple iPad and the girl said they had 2. Dropped my tablet off and paid for the iPad. Got home and turned the iPad on and nothing worked.I called and was told that I actually bought a Class C pre-owned iPad (for the price of a new one). I would not have bought a used iPad. Brought it back and they would not refund my money. I picked up the Samsung, that was supposedly fixed, got home and it would not turn on or charge. I called and was told they hooked it up to a meter that said it was charging so they called it fixed. They did not even try to charge it, turn it on and check to see if it was working. Again, I called. I spoke with the technician about the problems with both tablets and he said they would refund my money on the used tablet and fix the Samsung. Half an hour later, Ryan called me and said that the technician gave me the wrong information and he would not refund my money just because I didnt like the iPad because it was used. I DIDNT PAY FOR A USED IPAD, I PAID FOR A NEW ONE. NOT TO MENTION THAT THIS IPAD DIDNT EVEN WORK. He asked me why I didnt buy from a Big Box store and I said I was trying to support local businesses. He told me he didnt want me as a customer. 😡 They are dishonest and have NO ethics.
