Im glad to see others have had a good experience, but ours has been terrible. We ordered a full newborn room setup (crib, dresser, chair, and changing table), paying in full, in March 2018 thinking 5 months was plenty of time for delivery and setup for our daughters 8/7/18 due date. Its been almost 7 months and we still have not received the entire order. The crib and chair were delivered quickly, but the dresser took 3 months because they wanted to wait for the truck to fill. That decision was never relayed to us until we inquired about the status of our order at least a month after ordering. The order finally arrived and we returned to the store to pick everything up and did a once over to see the packaging was intact. Upon opening at home, not only did we find we were missing the changing table, the entire back side of the dresser was completely caved in and framing broken. The damage was not the fault of the store, but when brought to their attention, the owner was less than attentive. Thank goodness her employee decided to take ownership of our issues and the ordering of a replacement dresser along with the search for the missing changing table. For the interim, we were offered another, less damaged dresser, of the same model, until the new one arrived. I appreciated the offer, but it would have been more of a hassle to remove the old one to only replace it again later with the 3rd, new one, so I did what I could to make the first one work as I thought it would be rectified prior to our daughters arrival. Even then, its been nothing but having to follow-up and misinformation. We have been told twice that the changing table and replacement dresser were on the way only to then be told something different weeks later when nothing arrived. On 8/1, we were informed the dresser was put on back order and would not be here until early September. Our child is almost 2 months old now. Im a complete advocate of shopping locally, but experiences like this make it more and more challenging, especially when we could have purchased the exact same items online. I fully expected, as the premiere baby store in Bend, that they would be more attentive to our issues, but that has not been my experience. If you do purchase from them, Id wait to pay until you have physically seen all the items yourself. Even then, give yourself plenty of lead time.
Baby Phases is hands down the best place in town to shop for your little one. Their crew is knowledgeable and friendly. The store has amazing selections and quality products! We could not be happier with our experiences. Shop local, support this amazing business!
I went in to look for a gift and Molly was so nice and helpful, let us look and then was there to answer all of our questions and was very informative! Very knowledgeable and kind. Will be back for sure, and love that is local and to support local businesses!
Immaculately presented, with very helpful staff. I would most definitely return here. We were looking to buy a stroller and what they had to offer here was comprable to Amazon but you could go and try it out.
Awesome variety of brands, bringing in a good of goods. Great customer service, knowledgable staff, and if they dont have what you are looking for they will either get it in for you or find out where you can get it

Women inside are stuck up, rude, entitled, and liars. I’m blown away by the amount of disrespect I was shown.MOLLY.You’ve clearly gotten the wrong story. As what you’ve mentioned was inacuarate. I felt upset only when Teresa answered the phone this morning and was rude to me. I NEVER wanted to return my seats, I love them. I was hoping you could REPLACE one of them cause the manufacture date was over a year old. I asked both ladies I spoke with about the seats if they were the 2019 version. I asked Christina over the phone she said “I would have to check but I think so” the at the store I asked Teresa and she also said “yes I think so”. I put this on the life of my children! I’m not lying! I should have clarified. But with such an upscale store I didn’t feel the need to make sure the 500$ car seat I was purchasing was made within the last year. But clearly this is a must. I still wasn’t upset until I talked to Teresa, and she said “no I didn’t say that I never would have said that” I said yes you did, and she was extreamly rude and was very adamant that she did not say that when in fact she did. I still was not rude or disrespectful but I wish I had recorded the way she spoke to me so you could see and understand my point. I Underwood and accepted the answer of “you bought the seat and we can not replace for you regardless how old it is” and even at this point I’ve called it a loss and moved on with my life. It was the blantent disrespect her tone and the lie she told me over the phone.
Molly was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Happy to shop local, getting my next carseat and crib there along with anything else I need that they carry!
