99% of my experiences within Bend Target have always been nice and helpful. Today changed that after dealing with a rude, rude, rude self-identified manager named Dee.I fully understand there is an employee shortage not just in Central Oregon but also in America. I also know that there is a smoke issue lately (and Covid) that obviously limits the ability of the company to send their employees out to the pick-up area in order to keep them safe. What I do not understand is getting a notification via the app, driving to the store and waiting over 20 mins when nobody is in the lot at 8am, calling customer service, and having Dee herself come to my car - without my items - to tell me I had to come in despite having limited mobility. She literally rolled her eyes - twice - when I said I couldnt come in. I even displayed my handicapped pass. I also explained I had neither my wheelchair nor walker nor a child with me or I would have gladly headed in.As a customer, it is not MY job to correct the failings of either the Target app nor the employee shortage nor the mask shortage nor the lack of basic training in simple courtesy Dee exhibited both in person and on the phone when I called to speak to someone about my negative exchange.I was in the store yesterday - in person - and it looks horrible and the lines are shockingly long. I could find nobody to help us find a few items and a male employee told us drive-up was working again. Thats why we used it to find the item we couldnt locate in person.Target is falling short. If they cant handle the bare minimum in customer care, they should limit their hours.I suggested driving up to the door as a solution and eventually a lovely, kind woman came out with my order. Dee - however - needs training ASAP. Target isnt Dollar General or Big Lots which seems perhaps a better fit for her bad attitude....

No longer will this location receive my or any other family members patronage. Online and on the app it says they have certain items and when you go in to get said items they arent there and when you ask an employee they claim theres dozens of boxes in the back with random items in it and thats probably where it is but they cant go look for it nor guarantee that its actually there. And then on top of it they say if someone orders online to pickup in store that if its not on the shelf they dont have it/is in the back somewhere and youd just be refunded. Then they ask you if you can order online to get it delivered and I said no because when a stores site says a certain location has something I expect it to be there when I go in. Maybe instead if roaming the floor you should go get a box or two to set out on the floor, thatd be a much better use of your time.

Convenience, ease of website order, and options for pickup or delivery. If shipping items, they are within a quick timeframe. Most of all, great customer service by phone and in-person at the store.

We are in town on vacation and needed a few items for the day. The store was clean and easy to navigate. One item was defective so we had to return it. The return process was fast, friendly, and pain free. Thank you for a great experience!

Asked 3 differeny employees for help and each pawned me off on another one. Very unhelpful. Quality of employees has gone down! Kinda disappointing..

Would be nice if they on top of other stores would increase there selection of mens wear when it comes to shorts. It doesnt exist here as the mens section is the smallest section in the store when compared to womens and kids clothing etc.

Consistently the worst Target Ive ever visited. The employees at checkout are always really nice, but the store itself is a complete wreck. The shelves are – at best – half stocked. The shelves and racks are a total mess. Out of order, mostly empty. The clothing section is an absolute disaster with clothes spewed across the ground. You most likely will not find what you are looking for due to the inability to keep items stocked.You may assume that this a COVID problem because of the date that this is written, but these problems have persisted long before COVID began. I gave them the benefit of the doubt – especially through COVID – but Ive visited other Targets in and out of state in 2021, and its honestly embarrassing how bad the Bend Target is in comparison.

This pick up service was a perfect experience. I particularly loved that the CSR did exactly what the app said to do. This made is a super efficient experience. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had in regards to online pick-up orders.

Shelves for toys were empty!!! This WAS the best place to get toys... Not sure whats happening but there was nothing there!! Finally picked something and the lady said it was 3x as much as it said on the shelf!!!!

Awesome customer service. Helpful and nice folks. If one person doesnt know the answer, they find someone who does. Plus drive up and pick up are a time saver. Thank you!

Decent store, reasonably stocked with helpful staff

Drove down to pick up a Xbox series s which they have 7 in stock. Get there around 8:45. Am told they can only fulfill through an online order.Okay.. I go to order online, says it cant be picked up till tomorrow.Ask to talk with the manager.Manager takes 20+ minutes of time waiting because shes busy doing something else. After about 20 minutes she radios that they can not fulfill it tonight.I ask to talk to the manager in person as shes wasted my time when he first asked for her approval. She finally comes over about 10 minutes after saying no and proceeds to lecture me how I can learn for next time.Literally turned a customer around with merchandise inside of the store.

Nice store, nice people. Convenient to have.

This review does not reflect the staff whatsoever - they are amazing.However - this is the second worst Target I’ve ever been to. There is hardly ever anything stocked, the home section is subpar. The first worst is downtown San Francisco which has homeless people living in it, so this review says a lot 🤣. I hope this target can expand and become more accommodating to Bend’s growth!

The employees are wearing proper masks, not clear face shield like many of the employees at Fred Meyer.

Dee is manager of specialty sales. Dee also encourages employees with COVID to come to work, causing large outbreaks within the staff. Then, Dee blames them and threatens their job because theyre being hysterical.Dont be like Dee.

Its nice that you can buy groceries there.

This has got to be the worst target. Every time I go here they’re out of everything on my list- I used to love to shop at target and always had to practice a little self control in terms of what I buy but lately I couldn’t buy anything if I wanted to- just aisles and aisles that are totally empty- I went today and they have no Christmas decor, wrapping paper, baskets, rugs, or basic pantry staple items among others. I literally left with nothing because they had nothing from my list of about 15 items. There was also a line that literally went to the very back of the store where the freezer section is just to check out- the wait to check out was 30-45 minutes which is insane. They need to hire more staff to stock and check people out.

To whom it may concern,I have to start off by saying I was thoroughly disappointed with experience at this Target. For starters the staff was rude and werent helpful. Another issue was the mask policy wasnt fully enforced as I saw a couple people in the store not wearing them, which puts not only my health at risk but the others around me as well. Im leaving this review in hopes that some things can change in this location for the better.

Dear Target,Do you want to know how to get more expecting and new moms to spend money at your store? Keep baby items in stock! We regularly visit this store and baby bottles, pumps and parts are constantly out of stock. The baby changing room needs a major upgrade. It’s so white, but seems really dirty, outdated and unpleasant. No mom is going to want to breastfeed in there, and diaper changes aren’t fun either. There’s hardly room to turn around with the stroller in there. Don’t even get me started on your sad maternity section. I had to shop online when I was pregnant. It would have been so great if I could have tried the clothes on in the store before buying them. Bend’s population is increasing daily, as I’m sure you know. With that come more moms and more babies. Time for an upgrade! It’s 2019 and we deserve better.A Bend Mom

Organized and easy to find everything.

This store is never stocked. I used to love going to Target but the inventory is nonexistent. I go to Target a couple times a week because - maybe Im going on the wrong days? Maybe Ill get lucky and figure out what days they get shipments. But nope. They never have anything I need. Its always empty. This store is a major disappointment.

Target has done one of the best jobs during the pandemic to keep their stores feeling safe to shop in and providing curbside services and also keeping their shelves stocked in a timely manner.

I have shopped at Target Stores for decades in California, and now here in Oregon. I cant think of much I couldnt find and purchase at a Target store.

Disgusted with multiple things going on in this store. The main thing is NOT taking any actual precautions with covid at all. Multiple employees have tested positive at this store and they do not require their other employees to get tested who have been exposed, spreading covid to employees and customers. Lines of people everywhere and no social distancing and most people wearing masks incorrectly. I know a few people who work there that have talked about how target simply doesnt care about their employees health or the health of their customers.

I worked at Starbucks and the first thing I learned is that if a customer says that you made their drink wrong, you remake their drink without an attitude. Somehow, three baristas in one kiosk could not make a drink right the first time, fought with us when we said that it was wrong, and still did not make the correct drink. Whoever the three young women who work there are, I’d appreciate if they could stop chatting in their little circle for a few minutes so they could do their job even slightly correctly :)

The WORST Target Ive ever been in and I dont plan on ever stepping foot in a Target store again. I have a medical disability preventing me from wearing a mask and although Target corporate policy allows exemptions for medical disabilities the lady handing out masks and her supervisor rudely kicked me out of the store (even though there were hardly any customers). They said Target was a private business that could do what it wanted and they werent going to accommodate for my disability. So not acceptable behavior. Its one thing to uphold corporate policy (which they werent) but its a completely different thing to be nasty to a customer.

You have great prices and usually I can find everything I need and if not I can order it to the store or it comes to my home. So convenient

Target has restrooms available, clothing for several age groups, mens and womens, a Starbucks inside, groceries, electronics, health and beauty, and generally multiple cashiers. There is also a self checkout that has been added. Employees are generally very accommodating and helpful. Prices are a slight bit higher than a competitor, but then again, so is the quality of their products. Something for everyone!🥨☕🍰👨‍👩‍👦‍👦🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️⛹️‍♂️⛹️‍♀️

This Target is constantly under-stocked. I don’t know who does their ordering, but they basically never get enough of anything. It’s typically very apocalyptic in there with all the shelves stripped down to nothing. There have been many times that I’ve come in to buy something and they’ve been out of whatever it is. I’m sure it isn’t just my experience either, they probably lose a lot of money this way.

Staff are extremely rude during this COVID pandemic. I wont be coming back. Workers have an attitude when you ask a simple question. Dont come here unless you like snooty attitudes. But hey its bend so what do you expect.

I am very disappointed with this store because of the issue with my pick up order because I ordered 4 items (baseball mitt, boys boxers, boys undershirts, and boys pajamas) 4:30pm and received an email at 6:30 saying order was ready for pick up but some items were not available. Out of the 4 items only 1 (baseball mitt) was available. When I arrived 30 mins later I decided to look and FOUND all 3 items (boxers,undershirts,pjs) they said was not there. There was multiple of each item in the correct size. And its very frustrating considering I dont like having to take my child into the stores because of the coronavirus and that is why I place a lot of orders online.

Great place love looking at the baby clearance. The place seems pretty clean the remodel is pretty cool. Like that theres a self check out.

Super quick and easy to find what i was looking for. Team member saw the queue for selfcheck was growing and immediately opened another register and checked me out. Great place.

Not pleased with customer service for online purchase. Online e-gift cards that were purchased were somehow stolen by someone. We were not able to use them and were not given any reimbursement even after being put on hold and then having to call back a couple of times.

Very rude about mask wearing procedures and not up to date on the state laws. 2 employees were especially rude right when entering, Melanie the front desk agent, and Michael who I was told was a manager. Both exstreamly dismissive of medical conditions exempting mask wearing.

Went here a couple of weeks ago and ask for help to search for a product, I found an employee that was just walking around for help she rudely said I just work in the human resource department You need to find another associate do you think I kno where everything is in this store? Her name was spelled different Nickole. But I was like wow okay ill just leave instead super disappointed in her and the customer service provided by someone who should kno the store1 star

I was in there shopping today and I was having a heck of a time trying to to scan my items at self checkout and to top it off there were a lot of miss calculated items. The employee working over there (I believe her name was Angelica or something along those lines) came over because she could clearly see I was struggling and she helped me with a huge smile on her face and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Let me tell you, hearing that while feeling frustrated and angry really did make me cheer up. She asked about my day and was just overall very helpful! I of course will be back and when I do go back I will be sure to thank her!

I shopped at Target in Bend this week and was distracted and preoccupied as I loaded items from my cart to my rig. I drove out of the parking lot and did not realize that my purse was still sitting on the ground near where my cart had been. I was headed home three hours away. After about 30 minutes I realized to my horror that my purse was not in the seat next to me. I immediately turned around and headed back to Target, expecting not to find any good news when I got there. As I approached the counter my heart was pounding. When I asked if anyone had turned in a purse the Target employee asked me if it was a certain color and what my name was. And there it was, exactly as I had left it. Nothing was missing at all. She explained that a Target employee had found it and turned it in. I am so grateful and so happy that someone with honor and integrity found my purse and did the right thing. Thank you so much to that Target employee! You are my hero :)

This is for order pick up only. I actually really like this Target store ingeneral.I did my first order pick up to save time today. Ordered and paid online. When I went into the store to grab my order there wasnt a separate line for online transactions. They told me I was to stand in the returns line. The line for returns was literally 20 people deep. How is ordering online saving time?! I could have shopped in a quarter of the time that line took. Or better yet had it shipped to my house. Never again will I do order pick up here!!

Update: they seem to have figured things out finally. Been over a week and they still have stocked shelves. Hopefully it lasts.Never have cheap vanilla ice cream and 3 meat pizzas in stock for more than a day at a time. Every other shelf packed. Been like this for most of 3 months. Can’t afford to keep buying the expensive stuff here, you’re about to lose my business permanently, it’s cheaper to drive a big v8 truck past target to walmart every day for dinner!

Mostly good staff. Guy in electronics helped me for a solid half hour after I told him how best buy treated me. Best experience Ive ever had in target ever. Just wish I could remember that talk kids name...

I think that target has one of the best customer tracking system of any retail store. There is a great story in the book, “Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg on how they can predict what you are going to buy based on your past purchases. Super fascinating.

I live about 120 miles from Bend. I like going into a clean store and the people who work there are nice and helpful.

Love coming here when we are on this side of town... great finds and quality items. Could be maintained in most departments tho, to make it easier to shop and find things.

TARGET Bend OregonPerhaps if you only have a few of an item in stock, do not show it in stock when we are ordering on line for pick up. Several times while shopping on line, (we always mark available in Bend) we add to our cart only to have it say limited quantities in stock, to come into store to purchase item or check another store. We live about 45 minutes from Bend, and my husband works in Bend, so I ask for him to pick up items I have already chose and paid for.We would also like to see Target have grocery pick up available.The PROs are this is convenient way to shop and we still get our 5% red card discount.

Kristina in Starbucks today was incredible. She was personable, had great customer service, helped get a coupon code I had to work when it kept showing up invalid even though Id just received it in my email this morning ... and it made me sad when I asked about a tip jar when she said they couldnt accept tips. Its people like her I WANT to tip. She was friendly and Ill definitely be back.

I always go to Target for there little dollar section in the front part of the store. They have almost everything you need that you could think of and the prices arent crazy high like it can be at other shops. Plus they now have self checkout which is super nice.

Quick and easy return. I did have my receipt and I.D. ready, but the associate was very kind and thanked me for having it all ready, but that it wasnt neccessary to have my I.D. for the return. He asked me if there was anything else that he could help me with.

Not interested in patronizing Target any longer based on their policy of allowing males to use the bathrooms that my 14 year old daughter would be using when we shop (used to shop) there. Get real. People have been coping with their chosen identities for decades without every maladjusted person being openly encouraged to be in a restroom where women, and men too, need some sense of privacy and comfort.

Your associate Chrys in the Bend, Oregon target showed concern x 3 when I had a bandage on my nose. She asked me if I was ok to lift the case of water, she asked how I was doing, then she went to fet me a cart and asked if I needed assistance out the door. Now that is exceptional customer service!

Terrible customer service. Waited in line over 8 minutes for the cashier to say they were closed with nothing indicating it was closed or then just telling us rather than ignoring us. Pathetic. You had one job.

Not a very good place to grocery shop, but staff are helpful.

When i arrived at target i used the womens restroom 1st before proceeding to do my shopping. The restroom was a total mess, toilet paper all over the floor, not just a little either, and only 3 stalls avail for use, ( the other 3 were locked including the handicap one and no one in it). I suspect the tp is from people having to line the toilet first so they could use due to no liners avail nor a dispenser to even hold them. This has been going on since the bathrooms were remodeled last summer. After elimitating i proceeded to wash my hands only to find no soap in dispenser and water freezing cold. I immediately proceded to customer service to make them aware of the situation. I was assured it would be taken care of. After an hour of shopping i decided to see if anything had been done and sure enough NO NOTHING was done. I abandoned my cart only purchased 2 items and left the store in disgust! This is very unprofessional of Target and i find it unacceptable.

Not so big you cant find thing but big enough to find most household items. Geared towards females. Now that they have a small grocery section it often times saves an extra trip.

Cashier put in wrong amount, had to use calculator to find out my change, gave me back wrong amount change, she shorted me $10. Didnt know that until half way home, target is in bend and I live in lapine 40 miles away. Very disappointed

I know the employees work hard, there were clearly a lot of employees who were doing their best to clean up, organize, and get people through the store as pleasantly as possible during the chaos of Christmas shopping.

The people working here are always nice and smiling. You can tell they get along well and are always willing to help. They will ask you if youve found everything alright and are genuinely kind and want to help if you have a problem. I really like our Target so much better than Walmart... God I cant even stand to go into that place! Gimme Target ANY DAY!

I was so lost in this store. I didnt know where anything was. The employees were vey helpful. Even though I could not find them, they seemed to shoot me and ask if they could help me find something. I wish the people in this target were at the stores where I live. They were so friendly and helpful. They also made sure to keep an eye on the front to keep the lines moving as best they could so nobody was waiting a long time.

I went in to the Portland target to grab a couple items and use the restroom. Upon arriving one of the restrooms (women’s) was closed, after my girlfriend tried to use a men’s room stall we were asked to leave. This is completely counter to the publicly stated policy of having transgender restrooms (to be clear my girlfriend is a woman) with that said it is a freakin restroom, the women’s room was closed for cleaning and no option was provided for an alternate option. Needless to say I will never visit a target again.

Classic target store with upscale inexpensive stuff. Service was friendly and fast and prices are what you expect. If youve been to target before you know what to expect.

Target is superior to any store on the earth

Target is one of my favorite places to shop. Unfortunately, the Target store in Bend is a mess. The womens bathtoom is dirty and poorly stocked. Normal Items are often out of stock so I have to make a trip to another store to get things I use regularly. The store is often messy and cluttered making it hard to navigate the isles. I travel a lot around the US for work and Target is my go to store when I need something on the road. Our store in Bend is in sad shape when compared to other locations.
