Such a helpful, cheerful and hard-working manager in the store today! There were a LOT of customers needing his attention and he was racing around trying to attend to all of us just as fast as he could. He helped my husband and I find something as silly as a different color top to a soap dispenser but it was important to us so it was important to him. The other employees were equally friendly but some were a little less experienced. I think he would be a great boss to work for if you are looking for a job!

Came in today to purchase a few items, was met at the register by a disgruntled worker. I believer her name was Pat or Pam. Anywho, she was beyond rude and wouldnt help and then started bagging on her own coworkers and how they didnt know how to do their job. She ragged on me for not having downloaded the BB&B app. Finally another worker, Andrea I believe, came over and helped me immediately without hesitation or attitude. Andrea - you get 5 stars. Pat - you should get another job.

I would have rated a my shopping experience in the Bend Oregon store much higher except for the following 2 issues: 1) Store is no longer carrying My Pillow products.2) Store is not offering a no mask status at the door for staff or customers who have had COVID vaccine. I purchased one small item this trip, but would have purchased more had it not been for the above two issues. Not likely l will return until the issue with masks and My Pillow changes.😥

As a former employee the managers here do not care about covid at all. They will have people walk in without masks and when employees say something the managers will yell at you. They have no back bone. They let the customers get away with pretty much everything. The managers make you feel bad when you have any/all appointments or you need to take a day off for whatever the reason is

While its sad to see every store short on stock, they had what I needed which was a good feeling. Staff is respectful and nice to talk to.

Had been looking for a metal shelf for quite some time. Found it right away at Bed Bath and Beyond and was very affordable as well.

Little disappointed with the kitchen towel and hot pads selection, however we did find AMAZING deal on kitchen runner rugs!! Take your time in this store and youll find really good deals on nic-nacs and fin stuff!! :-)

I have only shopped here once. My husband and I bought a couple of items a year ago and they were new and still inbox but no reciept. The male store manager and his staff were so Nice and helpful with the return. Will definitely shop here more often. Thank you for such a positive experience

They didnt have any ravioli cutters - very unfortunate because I had a 20% manufacture coupon.

I had several gifts to buy and the enormity of the store overwhelmed me....but the clerks there were very helpful and cheerful. They took me to every item I was looking for. Has a large variety of products and are very good quality.

Each way you look you will want to have everything in your house 😁🤔so many options for decorating, updating, exchanging old stuff for new, also the price is good. You can basically spend all day there just to make sure you got everything, but next time you come back you will go through it again 😊😲😁

Not enough personnel to help find things in Avery cluttered and confusing store. I do not like it. The store seemed deserted with only one person at the front register sometimes and aparrently only one other person in the whole huge store to help customers and she had to be called from the back of the store.
