Awesome tents. We are already on our second FSR tent. From the High Country series into the Odyssey. Tri-Layer is King!! I should also mention Mr. Tim Daiker. He has been great with answering all of my questions and replying to my e-mails.

First off these rooftop tents are AWESOME ! super easy to brake down and set up. I purchased my tent online and drove down to Bend and had Tim and Casey install it for me.! These guys are awesome they make you feel like a VIP. I cant thank you more FSR love the new home on wheels !

What a great company! I recently purchased the new Evolution tent for the top of my Jeep Wrangler from FSR. Really easy to put up and take down! That’s important when it’s 20 degrees outside, and the wind is blowing 30 mph! I travel and back country camp/boondock 24/7, after retiring almost four years ago from a high stress corporate job. My first FSR tent was an Adventure series tent. Another great purchase from FSR!I want to thank Abraham, Renee, Casey, Jacob, Cheyenne, and Katie for their excellent customer service! They are professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly individuals. They are prompt in addressing any issue you bring to their attention. What a great group of people to work with! Purchased the 49 Odyssey. Delivered within two days to Denver CO. The tent was easy to set up on my Yakima overhaul hd truck bed rack. Mounting kit worked even with the thicker cross bars Yakima has. It took only about 20 minutes to get it up there and set it up. The tent is extremely easy to open and set up in under a minute. The material is breathable and yet still warm at night. Tested it when the temp dropped to 33 degrees. Both Tim and Renee were extremely helpful with my purchase and all the questions I had. I purchased the 55 Odyssey as well because of the high quality product they produce and cost comparison to other hardshell RTTs.

Nothing but good things to say. I picked up an Adventure Series Roof Top Tent, Ready Light, Camp table, and awning back in August and they have all been great and exactly what we were looking for. The quality and durability of the tent is what we needed out of one as we travel through the mountains and are deploying the tent several times in a row!

I purchased a Freespirit High Country 55 RTT about a year ago. This was my second RTT as I was replacing a Smittybuilt RTT I had purchased about 6 months earlier. When the Freespirit arrived, it gave me an opportunity to compare and contrast the two RTTs first hand. I was extremely impressed with the differences. The quality of the aluminum framing and the ladder was the first thing I noticed. The heavy canvas material used to make up the tent shell was a pleasant surprise. I really had no major complaints about the other RTT that I was replacing. Its that the simple design, ease of set up and the high quality of construction of this Freespirit tent, is what really checked all of the boxes. It sets up and takes down really quick. Its very spacious and comfortable.A couple of weeks ago I had an issue and I thought that I would call Freespirit to see if there could be a fix. I spoke with Tim, explaining my issue and he quickly said were going to take care of you. About a week later the issue was 100% resolved with excellence. I couldnt be more impressed with how Freespirit values their customers. Tim was very friendly, respectful and went above and beyond to provide extraordinary service. For as long as Freespirit continues to value their customers and offer high quality products at a fair and reasonable rate, Ill forever have brand loyalty.

We love this stuff. We just received our ready light and it lights up the whole camping site. We also like the security that comes from knowing that we will have light in an emergency situation. It even charges our cell phones... Best buy of the year..

Was a great trailer when I purchased it new in 2016. However, my axle brackets have warped and cracked and since I am barely outside of my warranty they want me to upgrade my axle to a newer axle which is going to cost me over $1K to replace verse just replacing a $250 part. I have serious doubts about the longevity of these trailers and even bigger problem with the fact that customer service isnt working with me. They quoted new axles well over $150 more than what I could get them on e-trailer for. For a company who claims to be Off-road friendly youd think theyd at least stand by their products. Pics will be in comments of the damage...keep in mind ive not once had this on a off-road trail; only DOT maintained roads.

I love the selection of tents they have to choose from. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable about all the products they have to offer. If your in bend go check out their showroom. Its amazing!

Their customer service is terrible. They don’t call back and when they have picked up the phone - at best their attitude is apathetic, at worst its intentionally uncaring.

Hands down the best roof top tent out there. Best materials and nicest people. If you are looking for the easiest and most comfortable way to camp, this is what you buy.

Cant believe I used to sleep on the ground. The roof top tent Ive been using is awesome. Adventure Series M49. Its Warmer. Cleaner. And Easier to set up. The thing is SOLID. Couldnt be happier!

We have the medium canopy tent with annex and Readylight and we cant be happier with the tent and light along with the outstanding customer services we received from everyone we talked with from Freespirit! The tent is easy for us to set up and pack up! The annex makes things easier in bad weather so you have a place to sit and eat. The Readylight has saved us from having to set up camp with little to no light at night. It lights up our whole camp area so we have no problems setting up! We cant wait to purchase more products and Im sure well be just as happy with those when we do!

Awesome experience with FSR all around. I ordered a RTT from them last summer. I chose the 2-3 person extreme series canopy tent. Great product that has held up extremely well and a great customer experience. The staff had always been friendly, prompt, and helpful with me.More details about my experience below:After ordering my tent, I received a prompt follow up phone call and was told that the tent I ordered was not in stock. FSR gave me the option to wait it out or to select a similar model and they would throw in a free annex (which is the route I chose). It was nice to have the flexibility so I could receive my tent in a timely fashion while also receiving a little something extra for the trouble.I’ve used the tent over 30 times in the past year, through all seasons and types of weather. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the tent. Recently, the PVC tent cover has worn a couple of holes underneath the black straps that go over the top. FSR showed concern, requested pictures to show the manufacturer, and sent me a repair kit to get it patched up. All this was hassle free and was handled very quickly.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the people who stand behind it. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes.

I bought the FSR Series Origional Large tent last week. I am very pleased not only with the quality of the tent, but the packaging it was shipped in and more importantly the customer service. I went to CVT as well but was not pleased. Free Spirit answered all of my questions same day via email. The quality of the tent was also better than CVT and a lower price. I am very happy my friend told me about Free Spirit before I bought from the other company.
