Had green wire wreath frames .and candy cane wreath frames. We made our own wreaths this year they looked like a 100 bucks!!!

I enjoy shopping here. The staff is friendly and the selection of products is good. Like most places they are short staffed and sometimes dont have in stock what I need or want

Bought some Christmas bulbs for our tree today. Packed so tight that two broke just trying to remove them from the packing. Now cleaning up glass and small cut. Avoid these Robert Stanley products. Some bulbs felt that they were packed with out the coating drying completely.

Great place always love their comic book prints. Got a small computer toolkit and noticed it was missing a piece and exchanged it no problem in 5 minutes.

They offer a wide variety of everything crafty! Love to come and spend time browsing. Pricing is good, there is usually a coupon available if you look it up on line. Customer service is negligible, lines are long and very very slow.

I am here often! I love this place for several reasons. Selection- very good! On just about everything. From materials, wall art, craft & art kits, holiday & summer items and just about everything in between! Price- again, very good and comparative to other local places. Online if always a 40% off one item, show the bar code to the cashier, done! Its Clean! Very well organized and clean. Staff- staff are always friendly and helpful. I dont know about you, but for me, thats plenty to keep me coming back.

Buyer Beware!I have loved Hobby Lobby to this point and spend thousands of dollars there yearly with my kids. Unfortunately I just had one of the most negative shopping experiences of my life. My daughter wanted to make a patchwork quilt and we couldnt find my sewing machine so I bought a singer there while we bought material. No one in the sewing section or at checkout mentioned to me that sales are final on machines. I opened the machine and looked at it and then my husband found my old machine so I reclosed the box with all the parts included. I took it back today, four days later, with the box re-taped and the original receipt. They asked if I had opened it and I was honest and said yes, but reclosed it. They showed me the tiny microscopic print next to an asterix on the return policy for machines (next to checkout, NOT on my receipt). They called the store manager, Steve, over and he didnt make eye contact with me, just said No, and walked away. He wouldnt even respond to my request to open the machine and make sure it was new and original with all the parts and packaging. I was told by the clerk, Sorry about that, youll have to see the manufacturer will take it back. So now I have a machine I dont need and the knowledge that they truly dont care about their customers. I would have gotten better customer service at Walmart, which is appalling.

Hobby Lobby is great here in Bend. On a regular basis they offer 1/2 off sales, rotating different popular items. Supplis are always plentiful.

I found almost everything I was looking for to do a glass etching project but had to compromise on the style I was going for. Staff was very positive and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged and interested in what I was going to do and helping me find what I needed. Checking out was a pleasure and the cashier balanced doing her job and talking with customers to keep things flowing and not creating a bottle neck at the register :)

I like hobby lobby its a good place to get fabrics for projects here you are working on.

Always spic and span. I love that they always have what I am looking for. The workers are always so helpful and there is no end to inspiration.

I go here for model supplies. They actually have a really good selection of modeling stuff. Employees are always polite and helpful. Cashiers actually have personalities. HL is very employee supportive and will always go here.

What a giant warehouse of a hobbyshop! Friends had told me I needed to check Hobby Lobby out, I finally made it there and I was astounded at the vast array of hobby products on display. Prices were very good, the products were of good quality and staff were very helpful. My only negative experience was that I purchased a clock which turned out to not work once I took it home and unwrapped it. Sadly, I live too far away to check out their return policies. All in all, a very positive experience though.

The selection is incredible, but the organization wasn’t necessarily intuitive, and for the amount of space they have I felt bad for the few employees trying to keep everything running.

Shopping for 2 items. Found neither. Usually find all Im after. Just an off day. Love this store.

Lots of stuff, clean public bathrooms, employees are very nice, very large store very clean, a lot of items at this time are on sale 20% to 50% off especially in the school area and picture frames, thats why I recommended hobby lobby.

Went to hobby in Bend Or. never shop there because of their policies and anti women. 2 unmasked customers. Non bendites refused to mask. The employee asked them, but didn’t enforce it. We have a surge of 115 new cases. 3.7% increase. 35 covid patients. Bet they were out of state or trumpster.

Bring back the coupon as the sales & lower prices havent been seen as employees state that why no coupon.

I strongly disagree with the Hobby Lobby personal principles however they have 50% off sales every week of different departments. You can get some really great home decor finds.

Store is always clean and organized, but new fall merchandise in June is NOT OK!!! Summer hasnt even started!

The best place for crafters!!

Huge selection of crafting, art supplies, home decor, artificial flowers. And the business/building is as huge as their inventory. Like warehouse size. It can be physically challenging for older customers or those with very young children. Easy to wear yourself out if you dont know the store layout. If you dont (or cant) plan a strategy ahead (like Me!) to purchase items in each department, you will frustratingly find yourself hiking from one side of the store all the way back to the opposite side (where you had just been). They offer a huge and varied selection of artsy-crafty items, home decor (really nice pieces), etc. Their weekly ad usually features a coupon for 50% Off a regularly priced item. So if you have tons of time on your hands to wander about exploring each department or need a pretty unique or specialty type item theres a high probability Hobby Lobby carries that item. The staff was beyond helpful whenever I had a question. I recommend this place as an experience.)

They dont carry the paint brand Golden which is what I was looking for... Other than that great deals on canvas and learning science projects.

Im always able to find exactly what I am looking for! And, I love being able to find Christian themed items!

This place was hopping when I visited! Busy, well stocked with roomy isles. Very Covid compliant. This store was very clean. I noticed constant employee in store doing wipe downs!

Purchased a frame here and while checking out I was informed of a 40% online coupon that is “always available” I didn’t have my phone on my and had waited in line for about 25 minutes and so the cashier said that I could bring it back with my receipt andy Mobile coupon and they would give me a refund for the difference... and so I did. She unfortunately did not tell me that when I did that I would need to go back to the same register. So I went back and waited in line another 25 minutes just to get shut down because I was trying to do the return at the wrong register. Are you kidding me?? Is this 1996 and we don’t have a point of sale system smart enough to figure that out? Absurd.

For being a craft store (hobbiests should know what 1 foot in measurement is) and the floors being laid out in 1X1 tiles, ZERO people know how to social distance, or even give breathing room...the square cinnamon lollies are it the icing on the cake.

Its my husband n I favorite place to shop ...even if we dont need anything.. we always find something...a project to work on together or just add to our home inside or outdoor or his man cave...

Took in a return with a receipt. They couldn’t figure out how to give us our money back because they messed up the original receipt. They got the item back and kept our money. Great customer service!! Maybe that’s how we all should run our businesses. Thanks
