This is THE WORST customer service I have ever had in my lifetime. They were rude and did not know what they were doing. Just wanted me to be out of there. For this reason I will switch services to another company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITG THIS STORE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER

My daughter went tonthe bent on location to start service for 4 lines. This location had a sign posted in the store for LG STYLO 6 $0 dollars if you transfer your number. The sales person told my family that the stylon6 would be 149$ each. But I went tonthe website and it shows the stylo 6 for 99$. My issue is IF A STORE HAS A SIGN POSTED FOR $0.00 AND THEN TRYING TO BAIT AND SWITCH MY FAMILY. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

They were so helpful. I drove all the way from little rock for a specific screen protector. When I got there it wasnt the one I was wanting. They called me when they found the one I was wanting.

Had my phone checked and nothing was wrong.

They stole 240$ from me then even tho we had proof we paid it still wasnt good enough i spent 6 hours on the phone with cricket with them making excuses talking in circles hanging up on us laughing at us and telling us lies like they didnt have a corporate office and couldnt give us the number.it was by far the worst experience of my life,their was other pple at cricket on military road in Benton Arkansas that had money stole from them up there also!!!
