Very nice guy at the front desk. They told me to put aftermarket drls and fog lights on my 2020 camry, it would be between $300-400. With 0% experience, me and my wife did the job in 2 hours. Nice people but way to high on price for the job.

I needed my headlight replaced and the gentleman that work here displayed exceptional service. My car was out of warranty and they fixed it for free. I was not expecting that but I will be forever great full for how nice they were. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know and use them for future service.

I had some audio work done here today and had a very pleasant experience. They listened closely to what I wanted done to my factory stereo system and never once tried to convince me into buying an expensive upgrade. The advisor and installer were very courtesy and professional. While I was waiting on them to complete the work, I witnessed three returning customers arrive and inquire about additional upgrades to their vehicles. This alone proves they do good work and have a good relationship with their customers. My stereo system sounds amazing now! I would give them 6 STARS if I could.

The destroyed my dash, didnt finish the job, and yelled at me. This place is awful. I would NEVER trust them with my vehicle. You shouldnt either. The manager is a mean little thing, Ive never been treated so poorly by a business.*update* IM the one that noticed it, and brought it to your attention. Then you yelled at me saying it was already broken. The dash is broken, the plastic over the speedometer is cracked, and the radio touch screen doesnt work. I never came back, and you never offered to fix it for free. Your response is nothing but lies. I recorded it all, and will see you in court.

Love the new backup lights and lighting system they installed under my tonneau cover. It was easy to find what I wanted, schedule the job and then get it all done, perfectly! I’m sure I’ll be back for more upgrades and add-ons after seeing how well this first visit went.

Took my boat to these guys and had issues from the start. They don’t communicate very well, I always had to call them and get updates. They recommended a new amp and some rewiring to fix my problem, spent close to $1,000 and issue wasn’t completely resolved but introduced new problems. Was looking forward to week long vacation on the water, unfortunately couldn’t use the stereo. After returning from vacation called and asked to speak to Jeremy, he wasn’t available which is standard. Asked that he call me back, after a week and a half and no returned call I stopped in to see if I could speak to Jeremy. Wasn’t available and asked to schedule an appointment where I could meet them at the lake. Instead was told to drop the boat off and they would work it in. Requested they meet me at the lake to determine the issue because of horrible feedback through the speakers when the engine is running. They wouldn’t do that and said that is not a service they offer however they advertise this online. Asked that Jeremy call me back, two weeks later no call. Took my business to Creative Audio and they cleaned up the mess in no time and they came to meet me at the lake. More selection, better rates, excellent customer service. Customer beware!

I have had A LOT of work done on my car here--things that arent considered audio and lighting included. But suffice to say, the custom lighting they did was, and continues to be, amazing on all accounts. Jeremy and his dad (and the rest of the crew) actually act like they give a damn. Theyre not just there to sell you something. Theyre also there to make suggestions based on past experiences with others. My original plan was reworked several times before the final product was completed. The work is show quality, and Jeremy had been painfully honest the entire time, even when it wasnt what I wanted to hear. Trust these guys.

The staff is on point with knowledge however I didnt like that I had to bring everything to them prior to install after just purchased and trying to carry speakers,box, amp, head unit, ect. Bit much to have to load to unload back at home due to the prices are high if you dont purchase from them directly.

Had a JL sub and amp installed by them about a year ago and it’s still sounding great! Recently got some new Ultra LED headlights for my car installed and they adjusted my lights as well. Besides that they’ve always been great with service, fast, professional and friendly. Will definitely be coming back for more work for em!

After having a aftermarket radio put in my 350z at another audio store (mistake) there was a high pitched whining in the speakers. I was feed up with the other guys excuses why they couldnt do anything about it.Took it to NWA Jeremy diagnosed the issue just by me explaining it to him. Told me what the fix was and repaired the shoddy work from the orher guys. Back on the road and it sounds great... Professional service, professional installation and competitive pricing. Quality is on point. They installed a remote start on my wifes Subaru and did a very good job. No issues what so ever after their install and worked perfectly.

I recently spent thousands of dollars to have my truck worked on. I had the car soundproofed, installed new speakers, radio, subwoofer, and an amp. Whoever does their installs smells badly of cigarette smoke and each time I picked up my truck the next couple of hours, my vehicle smelled like smoke. Its very unprofessional. Also, they dont follow up well. I brought my truck in for the sub, and amp installation which it was and the install was great; however, some part didnt work and they had to order replacements which werent a problem, but they didnt follow up with me when theyd have the part in their store.Once the part did come in, they called the wrong number and I followed up again. Jeremy explained they called the wrong number we got it changed in their system and I went in on the next Monday. They installed the part and it works fine now. These smalls issues werent a big deal at the time, but in retrospect, it does sour the experience there. The one-star review comes from two things. One is the fuse for the system. Instead of being mounted somewhere, its secure. Its zip-tied to the battery cable, but the fuse has two holes in it so it can be secured, and they chose not to do that. I could understand it if they asked if I minded them screwing into the truck or something, but they didnt ask. This is just what they chose to do. Finally, on the front passenger door, theres a small piece of plastic to hide one of the screws and its been broken. Which if thats all it was, Id be okay just to go get another one and install it, but Toyota makes you buy the whole door handle for $110 and you have to take off the door panel to fix it. Someone then tried to put some black putty on the back of it and jammed it back into place. Ive owned the truck for several years and this morning, the part just fell off the door. I called them this morning and told Jeremy about it and he said hed need to see the truck. I brought it up there and he said it was already like that and asked one of the other employees if it was both doors, but made no mention of it even though Ive come back multiple times in the last month for work. Then tried to justify it and say that it would have fallen off if they had to remove it and work on the truck, but theyve removed the door panels multiple times, and its never fallen off before. I told him I didnt believe him that it was already like that and he set the part of the counter and said have a nice day and I left. Since he said it was both front doors I checked the driver side and its not broken. Its perfectly fine. I would have expected better customer service after having spent as much money as I did at their shop. I wont ever use them again and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know never to use them as well.

Ive mulled over the recent work I had done there, and decided to leave a review. Im pretty easy going and like to joke around, but I do have to agree with others that I have talked with (before I had any work done) that it is pretty annoying to have someone talk over you and mock over simple questions asked. Anyhow, I had a small system put in a few months back. I had the bulk of the components (and had for sometime), just didnt have time to install them and took them and the car in for an install. I decided to go ahead and upgrade the head unit to the Alpine Halo 9 (regretted it ever since, it constantly freezes up) while they had the car, and besides the installation of components, I asked for a rear hatch cover to be trimmed so the subs wouldnt be covered, and that the antenna be looked at because the radio wasnt able to pull in most stations. Neither of these were done (though it was able to pick up 93.3 easily since they are pretty high power). Also wasnt impressed with how unused components were given back to me, and that my in-line fuse under the hood is zip-tied in place. They did do a good job on installing the aftermarket headlamps and re-pinning the plugs to make the drls work properly. I had these swapped out while they were installing the new bulbs Id bought. I had to make 3 separate trips back to get the bulbs to work correctly. The shop said they were calling the vendor for troubleshooting and theyd get back to me - each time I had to call them to see what theyd found out, and get on their schedule to get my car back in to finally get the pricey bulbs Id bought to work right.Overall, these guys know what theyre doing. Not completing things asked or even mentioning them, and lack of follow up are what put me at a 3 star review. I will likely just complete my install myself as I used to, instead of rushing to get things put in for a road trip as I did this time.

The shop looks humble on the outside, but the quality of both the equipment and the people installing it is a solid 11 on a 1-10 scale. All of the staff are professional yet friendly. They treat even minor upgrades and small projects with the same level of respect and care as projects that cost more than the original vehicle. Turn-around time is lightning fast, despite how far out theyre usually booked.The only negative I can come up with is that this is a national-competition-tier shop. This isnt Best Buy or Car Toys. A basic setup here would include stuff you cant even find in other car audio stores, and youd be hiring people who get name-dropped in industry trade publications to install it. The prices are calibrated for that level of work (though for this level of service, I found the prices to be quite reasonable). That said, if you want to install your dream setup, youve come to the right place.

I had a remote start system and a backup camera installed in my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Mike even put a switch relay on the backup camera so I could turn it on any time. That really helps with positioning behind a trailer or backing into (or out of) tight spots. They showed me how to use the remote start system and demonstrated the features. Very professional work and good guys all around - a great local business.Highly recommend; will do business with them again.

I researched what door speakers would fit in my BMW being there is very little room and most speakers won’t fit. They assured me the very expensive illusion audio speakers would fit without modifications. Well, they don’t. So my very rare car (1 of 364) now has cracked trim. Instead of telling me the tweeters don’t fit, they just forced them in. My driver side 5.25 inch driver crackles at low volume and half the time doesn’t even produce sound. If I play over 40% volume there is a very annoying “white noise” that comes through the speakers. The highs are loud and clean, the mid bass is non existent. Keep in mind these are “quality” components. Illusion audio components powered from a Mosconi amp. My head unit installed drained my battery, they kept telling me it was a bad head unit and I should purchase their recommended head unit. After months of new battery’s and finally paying a shop in Texas to figure out what the real issue was, (their wiring) I finally got that issue fixed. Very unhappy. I have used them before for installs and was happy. However after this experience I won’t recommend or be back. If you’re looking for a good audio shop in this area..unfortunately there isn’t one. Go to Dallas and have a proper stereo installed. No one around here does time delay, or any sort of tuning. They install components, and send you on your way.Update: it’s not an eBay head unit lol. It’s an $800 dynavin that is MADE for that car and Land Rover. Regardless of that, it still doesn’t explain my door trim being cracked or my door speaker not working anymore. The trim was cracked right after the install. You can see the tweeter pushing out and that’s exactly what caused the cracks. I love that a business bashes a customers car instead of owning up to their mistakes and attempting to make it right.

These guys are great. My truck is currently being painted but when completed, they will be the ones to install the Emergency lights, fog lights and spot lights. DO NOT ARGUE AND TALK OVER YOUR CUSTOMERS! In an attemp to buy a stereo installation kit for my 1989 c3500 CREW CAB Chevrolet truck I had an employee argue and tell me I was wrong when I said that it MY truck had the same dash and stereo location as all square body Chevrolet trucks manufactured from 1973-1987!!! He said there was post 1994 and pre 1994! He said I should leave my factory stereo in and instal a touch screen below 2 vents in the center of my dash... I tried to explain that he was mistaken that there is only 1 location on those old Chevys and only 1 vent in the center of the dash with no other space for a single din stereo let alone a TOUCH SCREEN. He said he has owned 3 and that I was wrong... If he would have slowed down LISTENED, LET HIS CUSTOMER FINISH EXPLAINING and looked it up he would have seen that he was mistaken. Tried to calmly explain and he continued to argue. I finally just told him to forget it and hung up. 1st rule of customer service is to listen to your customer and then talk to them! DO NOT ARGUE AND TALK OVER THEM!!!

Installed HID low bean headlights in my toyota tundra and replaced my fog lights with plasma leds. Lights look great and the night vision is so much better.

I brought my 2017 Silverado to Mike and Jeremy after a bad experience at a different shop located in Springdale/Lowell area. Mike was very knowlegable about the offroad lights that had been installed by another shop and not hooked up, as well as the interior leds and rock lights that they installed. Their communication was great and the install is flawless. I had interior leds, rock lights, and a ride controller installed with them. I am going back soon to get new audio installed. Learn from my mistake and take it to NWA Custom Audio and Lighting before you go anywhere else!

Had to wait almost 3 moths to get my Oracle light, but they were nice and relayed information as to the update of my lights. Knocked some off the price for the problem.
