Called Mr. Foundation Expert for a consultation of an existing house. Was very informative and went way above and beyond in helping me figure out what was wrong with a house. I would highly recommend him and his company.

My sister and I wanted to say thank you to the staff and owner Of The company for coming out Tuesday and helping us with our dads house and the foundation crack we had. Wow is all we can say about this contractor. I rarely write reviews but this company deserves a great one after saving the foundation around our home. Our home in Rogers had cracks on the ceiling that started out about a foot long. We noticed the cracks getting worse fast from around March 2018 til February of 2019 growing to almost 30 feet long. It really worried us. After two other local foundation repair businesses come out quoting us steel piers around $35,000 in price I just didnt feel good about it. We then found these guys and fell in love with Mr. Foundation Expert! They were the only company who figured out what caused the actual problem when everyone else just wanted to sell us piers. W had a crack in the basement and cracks on outside where my home was moving off the hill in Bella Vista. Called the company and spoke to the owner Tristian. He really had some great solutions after speaking on the phone for almost two hours. Went way out of his way not asking for any money up front. My husband and I asked him to come out and compared his repair idea with a couple other companies and I have to say, we hired him on the spot. His work crew and manager were very friendly and kept me updated each day what was going on in the repair process. Highly recommend to hire them, they really saved us money. Very professional company. Highly recommend after they repair two homes we had in little rock and Bella Vista. Shane the project engineer stayed with us until 2am the first day we met the company after our fireplace and foundation wall fell into a hole that opened up in the ground. It was very upsetting and they had a solution that night saving our home. Just cant express enough thanks, they are truly the best after talking to 5 other local foundation companies.Lisa

I worked last week for Triston, the extremely unreliable man who runs this corrupt company, and he hasnt answered my phone calls in order for me to get my check for the work I did.I just discovered the Mr. Foundation expert facebook page and there are many reviews on it and unfortunately it looks like this has happened before.From what I have heard from the other people this has happened to legal action needs to be taken to prevent this from happening again.It is illegal and just plain not right to hire someone for work and then not pay them. I refuse to work for free. I worked hard and I will not be used like this.
