I would have given -0 stars if I could. I was there Saturday to exchange a Birthday gift, receipt in hand unused item & was told because a small piece of tape securing the box had been removed, the item could not be exchanged & I was pretty much stuck with it. The guy working told me their system wouldnt even allow him to do anything due to this piece of tape. The girl working pointed out the return & exchange policy and said they couldnt help me. I was blown away. I contacted the Manager at the store where it was purchased (a 45min drive from this location) and she helped us, no problem & she was so nice. We upgraded to a keyboard, paid the difference & she apologized repeatedly for the service we got at the GameStop at Enchanted Hills. What a nightmare!

This Gamestop is so bad! Never answers the phone, bad customer service, and unknowlegeable. Asked if they had an adapter to connect xbox one controller to an Xbox 360 and they said that not a thing😂 how disappointing.

Its in the title, this place is a hotspot for video games. Never had any issues here. Staff is chill and helped me out with what I need or was looking for. I shop here quite a bit for Funko pops too. If I cant find a Funko pop or game in store Ill just check back or even check online.

Favorite place to kill some time and find some great items. They have a great pre order list for games and funko pops. The store could use an update but the customer service is always top notch!

Great selection of used games. Super helpful and friendly employees! Not the best way to sell your used games since they charge a fortune to sell the used products yet pay nothing to purchase them. They have stayed open during this pLanDEMic though. So they must be doing something right business wise. I am super grateful that they are available to sell the entertainment items that we so need to keep from going insane during this hostile government pLanDEMic.

Nope. This is an ancient dinosaur clinging to life by the dying scales of its STILL beating heart. Their used stuff is rubbish they do not inspect %100! Until the internet, they got away with a lot, but not anymore! Loved this place pre-internet. Good bye ol friend... You were missed...........

Its clean, not crowded n can order online what they might not have there. Workers are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Ordered a game online and it came sooner then expected. Good price for game.

Terrible retailer. Ordered online for store pick up. Get to store and they cant complete the transaction. They call their own customer support. On hold 20 minutes - incompetent person asks silly questions and transfers to another person - they say he was the right person then send back for another 20 minute hold. After about an hour, they clear it up and blame it on me...laughable how bad this service was.

Its a GameStop, easy to dismiss and even easier not to like. However, the workers seem to get a raw deal for corporate decisions. Always a friendly staff, sometimes more on the meddlesome side. The selection of games at its very best, is not good which us a shame comparing it to 2008 or even 12 when you could find what you were looking for. You have to wonder if the GameStop brick and mortar stores will go the way of Hastings. Also I never received a single magazine of Game Informer subscription but it has been like 2 years so I wont hold my breath...

Very organized, the staff were very nice, and the main purpose I went there was to exchange a controller that I got from a different GameStop earlier. Josh got the exchange done within 5 minutes of me being there. He was very polite and respectful.

Very organized for a game spot. Friendly and knowledgeable of each console. Good return policy but not very good with trade in value but that is given with all locations.

The employees are very helpful and they explain to you step by step.

Great place! Staff is well trained and has knowledge of every platform and most games. There have a huge selection! I just picked up an X box One X and they answered all of my questions.

Its an ok place. Just know what you are looking for and what you might want to pay. Some of the staff know they games, other staff just look at you and say something amazing like, Kirby is my favorite Pokemon. So as long as you know what you are looking for, its a good stop.

The employee at the time I was there was very rude and unhelpful. She didnt seem to care to help or even offer to help. I found that the Wall-Mart behind the store to have the same prices and and a bigger selection on some of the newer games.
