Worst customer service ever. They are just fine when you are there buying something. But as far as keeping an on going customer client relationship they are the worst. They promise things and then they dont provide the service they say they will . Rude, irresponsible,and unprofessional!
Esperanza did not provide me with correct information. Esperanza does not care about customer service and only cares about providing false information and lying just to make a sell. Everytime I go in to pay my bill they try and hussle me into buying either a new phone or accessories. Please do not deal with Esperanza. Esperanza definitely does not provide any solutions she only creates problems. I dont know why they have someone working there that does not care about her customers.

The worst experience i ever had at bernalillo metro pcs on 1/15/2019 the two female employees had no clue on how to help me all they did was play games on there phone i will never get on this service ever again never felt so disrespected in my life
FYI for the Store Manager Wendy, since no one answers the phone here, I am going to file with the Attorney General Consumer Complaint Division and possibly Small Claims court if need be. Its not ok to hustle me, then dodge me. The associate here told me my phone came with a free accessory, then charged me for it. And actually charged for a different accessory than what I was even given as well. Called the store to try & resolve, called 3 times before anyone even answered and then was told by Felix Oh, its bundled not free. You agreed to the price though, so.... He informed me there are cameras with a mic on them however, so its easy to prove, which I told him except then suddenly they dont answer the phone at all.... Shock. The only receipt I was even given was a Re-Print. Scam alert! Id be shocked if they arent pulling this on people regularly, watch out for this place.Update: This place refuses to even respond to the Attorney General so I will file in small claims court. It isnt ok to hustle money out of your customers and then ignore when they try to address the issue. Employee Devin will tell you things are free when they are not, dont shop here.

Horrible experience. The older lady as soon as I got there said What do you need?! Like she wasnt supposed to help me. I told her I needed a charger. She just looked around the place and said she cant find it. Then the younger woman told her it was in some dirty old cloth shelves, so unprofessional.The first charger I bought was okay but broke too easily. The box was for car charger and the charger was not a car charger. It did not fit in the box. The thing you connect to the wall was not for the cable, they modified it. But this time it didnt work at all she said I cant return it because I didnt have a receipt but last time I asked her she said she doesnt give receipt s. This is not the first time she treated me this way. Dont buy them chargers. The phones are good because they dont come from them, they come from the company but anything else is crap.
