Went into the store today and the lady there let me know we has to send our phones in to get our screen protectors replaced under the insurance plan. I advised her that I went to the San Mateo branch and they did it there on site. She advised me again that they needed to be sent in. Went to another tmobile in Rio Rancho. Got it done there. Awful customer service at this location. Avoid it like I will in the future.
Went in twice within the last week and had excellent service both times. Leopoldo was able to assist perfectly. I appreciated being able to go in get what is needed done without having someone trying to up sell something I don’t need or want. Excellent service and friendly people.
I just experienced the worst in person customer service I have ever experienced. I walked into the store to be greeted by two employees who I thought would be helpful. I asked about upgrading my sprint phone to a better phone. Neither addressed my request but stood there and looked at me. I asked them if that was possible and they finally said they didn’t know if they even had the phone I was asking for. And the fact that I had to sprint would be a problem because I would have to change my entire plan everyone on the plan to T-Mobile. They were extremely unhelpful! Kept shaking their head no. Saying that it was a lot of work to do it. I finally walked out. I was disgusted!
Couldnt help me at all; been a metro,,, mobile for years/. They dont care unless you are buying. I waisted my time and yet have to buy another phone. But, not there.
Very honest helpful staff. Wish my home store had employees like that.
They saved me $75/mo over Verizon with faster speed and Netflix included.

I was the second customer in line this morning. Both me and my wife were going to upgrade our phones. The guy that started helping us didnt know how to do my upgrade so he was asking the manager for help. Eventually he just said he was going to complete my wifes upgrade first and then figure mine out after. So he got my wifes done and by that time the manager had already started helping another couple. Then the original guy started helping someone else too. So now we are standing here for an hour waiting for someone to help us when we were before everyone else in the store. The manager should have just taken over and helped us if the guy didnt know how to. Terrible service. I just hate how tmobile doesnt care about thier customers. They are only concerned with getting new ones, not taking care of their current, loyal customers.
There was a line, but the technician was able to fix a quick trchnical issue.

I had a unique issue and or problem. The store staff were amazing at the resolving this issue. Olivia who I worked with did outstanding with her duties and went a little more than what she is paid for. She kept trying with customer care to resolve my issue. Also the manager on duty at 4/20/19 around 6pm was awesome and did a good job. He also was understanding in the matter and I can be a difficult customer but both kept there cool and worked with me. Happy customer and I will come back now.
I love T-Mobile as a carrier however the customer service at this location is very poor. Every time I go there I receive no greeting just someone questioning me as to what I want. It seems very unprofessional. There are ways to address customers and few in this store know good customer service. Update: Just spoke with the manager, he says that he will talk to his teams about better customer service.
My husband and I came at 7:40 pm (20 minutes before closing) to switch our phone service to them. Olivia and Bri helped us and I couldn’t be happier. They both stayed and helped without a complaint. They were friendly and easy to work with, they made out switching process so much easier. I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and patience. I would recommend this store anyone anytime!

I couldnt be happier with the service I received with this sales office. The switch from Sprint wasnt easy but Jeremy, James, Adriana, Thomas and the district manager tackled it making it painless. I havent seen teamwork like this in a long time. Im so impressed with their customer service. I had lost hope, thinking customer service wasnt a priority anymore to any business or corporation. I was with T-Mobile for over 15 years before I switched to Verizon due to a problem I had with a customer service agent. Then left Verizon (too expensive & despicable customer service) hoping Sprint would be my long term service provider. Sprint lied to me from day one. Wouldnt remedy any problem and didnt value my business. Not until I started porting over my numbers did they make any effort to keep my business. Im happy to be home and the welcome I got from this sales office was stellar! Thank you Bernalillo T-Mobile, it feels great to be back!

I have been a customer for 10 years. T-Mobile Customer service is absolutely awful. In July of this year I traded in an old phone for a new iPhone XR. Per the advertised deal, I was to get the iPhone XR for free via monthly billing credits. After 3 months of giving me the run around, and not applying any billing credits T-Mobile informed me that they are unable to honor their promotion. I was told by T-Mobile tech support that this store gave me incorrect information and that I do not qualify for the promotion. So since T-Mobile was unable to honor their promotion and I was going to have to pay full price for the new device anyway, I requested my old device back. T-Mobile stated that they were unable to locate my device essentially stealing my trade in device. Instead they offered me a $50 billing credit for my device. T-Mobile has lost a loyal customer. I’ll be switching to Verizon.
Had an absolutely great time at this location. The representatives here were on point. From answering questions to getting me checked out and on my way. In the short time I was there I received top notch excellent customer service and was very pleased with my purchase!!! Thanks guys!!!!

We had been going to a T-Mobile store on the corner of Unser and Southern for a long time and recently that store proved to be no pleasure trip at all. The service is horrible, the employees are very rude and judgemental and the idea of doing business there was not an option any longer for me. We walked into the store on 528 next to the Wal-Mart and found this to be the exact opposite! This is where you will find the kind of people that the company should be proud of. Here is where we will do business from this point on! What a breath of fresh air these folks are!
