I was coming to try to switch from at&t to metro and bring my 4 phone numbers over but I went there and the door was locked for like a hour.This was very unprofessional, I will be looking into contacting corporate over this.
Had to bring Gramps in today for a new tempered glass because he broke his. Mary greeted us when we walked in and helped my Gramps out. Customer service was outstanding and we both left happy! Thanks Mary.
DNA long-term customer of MetroPCS you would think that upgrading your phone did you get a decent price but their phones have become outrageously priced overpriced and so Ill just have to stay with my old phone rather than to spend 300 400 or $500 for a phone thats rather ridiculous
Dont go to the Ogden Ave store in Berwyn. The Manager Joel has no clue what hes doing. He told me they do 3 month financing at 0 interest and then just pay it off. I made the 3 payments and called the # he gave me for the payoff turns out its smart pay and they wanted $60 more then I owed. When I called Joel ( THE MANAGER) he said he didnt know they charged. If I would have known it was through smart pay and not Metro I wouldnt have done it. BYE BYE Metro. PS They never answer the phone anyway.
Today is 3/14/2018I went into this location to get an upgrade phone for my daughters Birthday. Jocelyn & Paola were very helpful & professional. Answered all our questions on all their products. They also gave us a great deal and made my daughters birthday awesome. Thanks girls!!! I recommend this place and give the staff 2 thumps up.
I brought a SIM card the 13 of March the sim didn’t work since activation paid a total of $81.63 even though the sim wasn’t compatible with the device imei number used to activate the sim with. Paid for a phone service that I never used since timing of activation & can’t receive no help on anything that would satisfy the customer who’ve already paid money for phone SIM card plus activation metro pcs is no good & definitely money hungry because all they talk about is buying buying what about what I already paid that no customer service representative is able to properly help with . I’m very upset & metropcs should be sued cause at the time of purchasing the SIM card & activation I wasn’t properly informed the sim was activated with the first incompatible device imei number & I couldn’t just put the SIM card into an actual metropcs phone because the sim is tied to an incompatible imei number. All I’m saying is metropcs & cricket at certain locations is crooked & is not properly professional or helpful the manager is even careless & doesn’t care or consider what the consumer is out of.
Not a good experience. Never going there again.
I’m not sure what everyone’s problem is, but I went here and was treated like a queen! I received nothing but respect and the best of service and had great conversation from an employee by the name of Amaury! He also called me a couple weeks later to come claim some pretty awesome prizes I won! Again I really do not understand what everyone else’s problem is! Thank you Amaury!!!

Very very friendly staff. I went in looking to add a line with a girl named jocey and moe they right away welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. They took a look at my fathers account and mentioned they could lower his bill on a monthly basis and get him a new phone. I was shocked and confused. They broke down how the promotion worked and answered all my questions. They made sure to transfer his contacts and pictures, going above and beyond to make sure we were being well taken care of.
Amazing, love their customer service and they give the best deals! Would highly recommend this place
Switched from Boost family plan to try out Metro family plan on $40 per line bad decision Boost on unlimited family of 4 beats it even on price 4 lines for $100 internet super with Boost. I did podcast videos now i cant even watch one video disappointed
This store is garbage! All they know how to do in there is to rob people when they come in to buy a phone my father went in there to buy two phones that were supposed to be free and ended up with a $470 bill from some financing company!!!! 300.00 in cases and memory cards And when I went back with my father to get a refund, the unprofessional sales rep handed me an 800 number to call, Karma will get this these people!
Do not come here to buy a phone. There is a Puerto Rican girl who works here. Wears fake contacts and she is frauding people to pay more for a phone than what its actually worth. I went in yesterday to get my upgrade, Lg stylo 4 and she tried charging me 399. for the phone when the phone is only 208 with tax. She also wanted 64 down. The other location charged me 41 down. So glad I went to the location on Ridgeland and Cermak rd/22nd street. This location will rob you and they are really rude.
Avoid this location as they have shady bussiness practices. I was told I had to buy am accessory pack to receive the free phone. When I contacted corporate they said that was not the case and opened a case for.my refund for those products. When I came in and asked Muhammad to provide the policy in writing he said that it wasnt I. Writing but it was the p0licy. It didnt state that in amy fine print or anywhere in the store. All policies are written and if not then its not a policy. They just want to increase sales and they lie to customers to do it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.

The worst lieing staff I ever dealt with. No guarantees on accessories so if it fails your screwed. The owner, from India, has obviously trained these people in deception. I wont be going there again
