The wait was kinda long but employees were great

The associate who helped me had awesome customer service skills and certainly knew his field! He helped me find the most economical battery for my car and also helped me select a pair of jumper cables. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Ill shop here again.

They were nice. I got annoyed when they gave me the wrong part. They gave me the right part and the guy told me bye which is not professional but I forgive him.

Thank you all for being so nice especially when I come by myself. You all are so helpful and never make me feel like u r just trying to sell me something. I drive 15 minutes past the mcadory location that is 3 1/2 miles from my house just to see u all and be treated like a person instead of a bimbo who doesnt belong in an Auto store

Good and organized store with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have rebuilt 2 engines with their part knowledge.

Never went inside this particular location. More accustomed to the one in Centreville. Still Bessemer is my hometown. More Power to Them!👍

Over the phone customer service gentleman was very rude as if he was having a bad day.He wasnt patient at all .

Jared checked my electrical system with no problem. This is after OReillys stated they couldnt, b/c of COV-19. Theyre so concerned about that, but no one in there were wearing a mask. So, I take it that they were to lazy to assist me. IMO.Oh, you would like to know the location of the Auto Parts Stores involved?Okay, cool! ~Bessemer~

George, was great. As was his assistant cannot recall his name at this time. But it was a very pleasurable visit with them spent right at $300 on car parts. Strongly suggest this auto parts store for anyone for any reason.

I was sent over for a will call which means to pick up parts that werent at the store I was at since it was closing time I was told they didnt have the parts, so as Im walking out on the cart of parts that are to go to other people the same exact brake pad that I need it was there what are the chances of that happening and then magically they become the ones that somebodys been waiting for for forever so I was sent to get brake pads and I never got them

Terrible. He left to get my battery. Answered the phone two times and took their order. I was already there and ordered. The phone should have been put on hold. I went to OReillys and found the same battery $10 cheaper. 3 attendants working instead of one. Out the door in no time
