If you need help with anything or have any questions they say they dont know. Its hard to find an associate and when you do they are wearing pajama clothes. I will not ever go back to this cvs!
This pharmacy definitely raises our blood pressure. They blow up our phones that our medication is ready and when you go to pick it up, it is not and you have to wait or come back.I called in a prescription on Thursday, actually spoke with someone in the pharmacy to have it refilled. I requested it to be ready for pick up Friday after 12.My son went by this evening a about 5:00 to pick up my medication and guess what .... it is NOT ready. He was told it would take about an hour.Needless to say I am out of a needed medication and my son cant get back there until tomorrow afternoon.I called and asked why it wasnt ready, should have been ready on Friday and they didnt know why. Didnt even apologize. We use this pharmacy because its 2 miles from us ... but I think the convenience of it is no longer worth it. Definitely looking for a new pharmacy. One with better service, better customer service and doesnt make customers wait for hours or days to very needed medications. They are truly inefficient and lack all the qualities needed to serve people.
The CVS on Morgan Road is the best. Ive actually seen the pharmacists running while hustling to fill prescriptions. Ansley and Christi are both very conscientious in satisfying the customer. Ive used this pharmacy for over 20 years. Ive actually moved 5 years ago and have kept this pharmacy although I have one three miles from where Ive moved. They are the best.
The website said open till 8 PM. Needed very badly an OTC medication. We got there at 6:30. CLOSED . Not happy CVS.
Literally wish that I could give a 0 star option!!!! Rude lady checking out using MULTIPLE transaction with MULTIPLE cards and MULTIPLE coupons- holds up the whole line with out so much of a thought to the MANY of us waiting in line and the cashiers was moving at a turtless pace!!!! I am DONE with this CVS- I will drive
CVS is not only my pharmacy,I can drop my prescriptions off in Drive Thru&then pick up an hour later in Drive Thru if Id like..Or I can take them in 2 Pharmacy& shop while I wait or speak 2 pharmacy or 2pick up my every day meds.ive had problems a couple times with CVS losin my prescription&I havent had any issues in a good while so its Game On!
I shop here often and it seems about every time I’ve went in lately, both cashiers at the front are beyond rude. I have a medical condition that makes breathing normally difficult (the reason why I don’t wear a mask) when I tried to explain this both time, they didn’t take it seriously and were very rude about it. I will be taking my business else where from now on.
These people are just a joke. They wont tell you whether they have an Rx in, the price or whether they take GoodRX or not. They just say whatever to get you off the phone.
Not enforcing the face mask ordinance. I saw several customers shopping without one. They were allowed to continue shopping.
Very slow pharmacy will act like your not even there
Worse pharmacy I have ever visited. Pharmacy staff is unfriendly and lies regarding contacting you about prescriptions. Prayerfully, I will never have to use this pharmacy again.
Overpriced and toilet was nasty for the pharmacy store
I went today to get some vitamins and the old lady at the front with glasses was SO RUDE TO ME,never going again. I went to go pay for my vitamins and she asked if I had a cvs card and I said no and she rung the vitamins up and they were supposed to ring up as buy one get one free but didn’t and she got an attitude with me and was like “well that’s why I asked if you had a cvs card “so when I try to get the vitamins to see witch one I would prefer to get then buying two ;she snatched them away from me. Never going again; very rude there.
I just got home from taking my grandson to the doctor. He had cut his foot on a piece of glass and had to have a couple of stitches. My daughter uses your pharmacy for she and her children, so I ran by there to pick a few things up along with filling his prescription. He only had socks to wear, plus a shoe would have been very painful for him to wear. Almost as soon as we entered the store, the girl at the front told us to leave because my grandson only had socks on. I felt humiliated and embarrassed to be called out like this in front of another customer. I left and drove him to Walgreens where I get my prescriptions filled. They were nice as always and didn’t even consider making us leaving their store. I got his prescription filled along with other things I needed.I WILL have my daughter change from your pharmacy ASAP as well as we will BLAST your store all over our FB pages to try to get other customers of yours to leaveThe ONLY reason I gave you 1 star is because I think I have to rate you something !!You sure could use, as well as your employees, a little course on customer relations !!I would think with all of your competitors that you would have nicer employees that actually LIKE people, work up front.
Refused to let a pregnant girl use the restroom. I will not EVER use CVS again.
They are very unpleasant!
Go to Walgreens
