Its good experience just paid my phone bill

I didnt have money for my bill on April 22 so my phone was cut off, then I pay my $30 for a month of service this morning(may 1st) and instead of getting a month of service I only got 19 days... So I had to pay for over a week of service that I didnt even use??? I will not be renewing my service next month, Ill go elsewhere. Other companies dont rob their customers like this...

Awesome customer service. The representative made sure I left with the best deal for my needs. I got me an upgraded phone with new service as well as some accessories. This is the best year yet!!!

Very smooth experience switching from one phone company to Metro. I might add that they have inexpensive phone options. The higher tech phones feature exceptional cameras and plenty of memory, but I dont need those features. It cost less per month for my new monthly plan than I had previously.

Switched day of Black Friday and even with all the people inside I still got great service amazing staff always and was not in there but 10 minutes and I was buying a phone amazing service if you have any problems you won’t after you talk to mo always has a great attitude and wants to give you the best deals possible thanks mo

People come and go there.you never see same people.they change their plans like I change panties and Ive been there over 3 yes a ND Ive had the worst luck with this phone ever.i want to run over it.after 3wees couldnt even dial out for over 2wreks.took it to metro and they were lost.i knew more than they did.if I ever can afford to leave there Ill never go back.im hearing this from slot if people.
