Purchasing our dishwasher from Bray & Scarff was one of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had! Andy was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. We will definitely come back in the future!
We choose to give them our repeat business (maybe our 4th purchase?) because of their length of time in the business, great customer service, and competitive prices. And we know that the appliances will be installed correctly. Every time we look at other places, every time we come back to Bray & Scarff.
Very efficient and knowledgeable staff helped me replace a microwave. Would hav e gotten five stars if they had a cloud enabled microwave that worked with Google Home or Amazon Alexa
I had a good experience here. I came in pretty prepared.. knowing exactly what I wanted and didn’t want in a new washing machine. The sales rep seemed very well informed knowing immediately which machines met my criteria. Bought a new machine that same day!
So far I can only share the experience of selecting and purchasing. We have bought all our appliances at B & S over the years and we don’t even think of going to any another place. The salesman (Nick Botkin), was courteous and knowledgeable, as it has been our experience in the past. If everything goes well with delivery as promised we will be completely satisfied.
Always the best service. And always the cheapest prices. Dont go to the big box stores when Bray & Scarf is available. If you go to the Chevy Chase store, ask for Andy; hes amazing and so honest!
Very helpful, no pressure. Good communication, always got back to me. Actual transaction was very efficient.
I have purchased household appliances from Bray &scarf before because of solid reputation and great after purchase service. They offer reputable brands and have true professional team to help you make a choice that fits your budget and need. Once again I was very pleased with the availability of what I needed, the store display and the staff efficiency and knowledge of their products.
The staff at B&S have been great, especially Diana Wright and PaulWalterhoefer,. I am looking forward to an on-time delivery soon.
Michael was highly professional. I enjoyed working with him
The website was very easy to use and I got a follow up call from my local store. I will definitely continue to use Bray & Scarff for my appliances!
Always a great experience dealing with Bray and Scarff. Knowledgeable staff, great products, overall great experience!
Poor communication from the Bethesda store...its like pulling teeth. There is no follow-up after making a purchase and very defensive when trying to get information. A little old fashioned customer service training would do wonders,
We had an excellent experience buying a stove at Bray and Scarff. The salesperson was extremely helpful.
Our dishwasher broke at a time when guests were arriving, so I called and ordered one, not knowing what kind it would be. I was in the midst of buying one and was told someone else bought it, so I bought a more expensive one, (GE Profile). It is fairly cheaply built and I am sad I didn’t come to see what I was buying. I assumed Bray and Scarf was selling well made machines. The inside surface is not cleaned when the very rinsed dishes are washed.I hope it lasts for a while. Not only is the machine poorly built, but your store overprices it. I could have bought the same machine at Home Depot for $448.00. I thought I could get better service at your store. I should have questioned what I was doing when I was told I couldn’t buy a white one until October.I am disappointed by what I did, and will let people know how much you overcharge customers.
Recently, and for over 25 years, we have returned to purchase refrigerators, ranges, ovens and dishwashers from Bray & Scarf because of competitive pricing, personalized service (especially Larry Elmore) and local warranty service.
I bought a GE Profile Range and Microwave for my 84 year old mom from B&S a month ago, and weve had trouble with the rangetop ever since. Apparently B&S could really care less that they installed a faulty product and that my mom doesnt have a functioning stove. (like the other reviewer below, she wishes she could have her ancient range back! At least it worked!)Im now working through a warranty repair process with GE directly, since I wasnt able to get a B&S service call to the house until 3 weeks after the install. I thought I was purchasing local to get better than average customer support, but B&S has made this our problem from the beginning. They told us after that fact that we couldve bought their warranty for $400 more and been able to return the range. We were also told that we couldve returned the range within 14 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. Why would we pay 25% to return an appliance that never worked in the first place (?)Im sure if all works well with your appliance there would be no reason to complain about purchasing with B&S. However, if like us you have an issue with your appliance from the beginning, be aware that it will be your problem to solve, and unless you pay more for the B&S warranty, youll have wait several weeks (or months), the issue is still not resolved, until you can get a properly working appliance. If you can pay less at Home Depot, definitely go for the cheaper price, as there is no value add in going with B&S from a customer service standpoint.
I was referred to Ciera Knox in Bethesda who was quite knowledgeable, patient and thorough. It was a very positive experience and I look forward to working with Bray & Scarff in the future.
Extremely helpful and friendly service. Excellent assortment of products.
The manager needs to wear his mask correctly—it needs to cover both nose and mouth.
Nick at Bray & Scarff on Wisconsin Ave was very helpful. Our built-in microwave died after 10 years and he was able to quickly show us our options without having to do any carpentry or other disruptive construction. He was fast, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommended!
We just purchased a clothes dryer at the Bethesda location and were very impressed with everything about our experience. We were helped by Nick Botkin shortly after we arrived. He showed us to the machines that met our criteria and gave us a total price to purchase that included a very reasonable fee for delivery with removal of the old machine. The entire experience was so easy and we got a great price with great service. We would definitely recommend Bray and Scarff and will return when we need anything else.
Let’s divide the experience into 2 parts: purchase & installation. Installation will occur this coming weekend, so I can only reply to the purchase experience. I called the Bethesda B&S. Mike Strange picked up the call & introduced himself. Our conversation could not have been better. I had shopped around a bit, had both some ?, & a couple of preferences regarding a Maytag clothes washer to discuss. Mike was extremely knowledgeable & well prepared. He answered all of my ? & even provided some answers to a couple of ? That weren’t on my list. It was as though he had either gone to school, or taken himself to school, and took the role of a customer & asked all of the anticipated ? That a prepared customer like myself would ask. I even asked why should I buy from him & not a big box store. He had an answer for that. I couldn’t decide between 2 options & he patiently walked me through that decision. Never a mention about buying a washer from B& S. It was just the right thing to do, to buy a washer from Mike at B&S at that time. The highest compliment that I could give would be this: If I owned a company & was looking for a senior sales agent, or a sales mgr, or maybe even a V.P.of Sales, charged w training & overseeing sales people, the best thing I could do for my company would be to hire Mike.
Great service — a refreshing change from the big box stores!
The sales person at Bray & Scraff was very helpful and the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new dishwasher went seamlessly.
The new dish washer is not as good as the one I had.- It has no rinse feature as my old one did.- It is difficult to add the rinse solution into the door.- The bottom rack is not the greatest design for loading dishes.- The silverware caddy is located on the right and not the left as my old one was set up. It is now the farther location from the sink.- The lower rack is made of such a light metal that it jumps off its rails.- Most disappointing was finding that this model has no rinse cycle.I called to point all this to the salesperson who helped me and his comment was:“Well it isn’t a top of the line model”.THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR !I will remember that for a long time.I actually wish I had my old one back !
Hands down the best experience Ive had purchasing appliances - the prices are competitive and the staff extremely knowledgeable. They have a great selection and the customer service and after-care are unmatched.Ive worked with Paul Walterhoefer for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that I feel like I get family treatment every time. I highly recommend this store for anyone in the market for new appliances - its the only place I will go.
Great service over the phone when I call. I needed installation done within two days, and they fit me in on a Saturday. The on-line tracking system for arrival of the installers is great and very accurate. I knew I was the fifth stop and could follow their progress, with revised estimates of their arrival and a text when they were 10 minutes away. Installation was efficient and the installers were great. Would recommend and use again. Very glad not to have gone to a big box.
Really easy to work with Bray and Scarff. We visited the showroom once and they were very helpful on advising us on different options. From there we were able to get updated quotes and finalize our order over the course of several months as we progressed our plans. All via phone and email, quick response.
Have used Bray and Scarff for many years. Fair prices, wide selection, knowledgeable people, decent repair service. Just bought a new fridge: efficient and pleasant help from Paul in Bethesda.
Great experience shopping for appliances. Our salesman, Jae, was knowledgeable about the options and availability and didn’t try to upsell us. Thrilled to support a local business!
Terrible customer service ! Do not recommend them at all.It has been 10 days since I got my dryer from them and it still does not work. When I call the Bethesda, MD store I do not receive any empathy or cooperation either. It is a very disjointed organization where the sales reps do not speak to customer support and technicians and are unable to work jointly to provide a solution. The sales reps care ONLY about selling the product to you and not if the product works.Avoid at all costs.
I was met with a smile and respect. My order was taken professionally and I await delivery and installation.
I was Looking for a compact washer dryer replacement and had lots of restrictions that Larry helped me resolve.
Thanks for a very positive and hassle-free experience. Cathy helped me choose the best appliances for my kitchen. Delivery and installation were organized, efficient and timely.I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.
Working with Michael at the Bethesda store via online was GREAT!!!We have a 15 yr old Kenmore washer that started leaking as water was coming into the machine. Of course, it wouldnt be a simple fix to replace the supply hoses. NO, it had to be leaking from somewhere in the drum itself that was inaccessible for a DIY fix. After looking for a replacement washer and comparing prices with other stores, we settled on a washer from Bray & Scarff. Michael arranged for delivery and well have our new washer at a BETTER price and SOONER than any of the other stores. We bought an oven from Bray & Scarff about two years ago. Well come back to Bray & Scarff when we need other major appliances in the future.Thank you, Michael, for working with us.
I was in a major jam and getting nowhere with a larger store and connected with Paul at the Bethesda location who assisted me and placed the order super fast. He advised that with the pandemic, the order may take longer - but I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered in a week. The delivery and installation went smoothly and the guys handling it on-site did not make me feel like i was just another stop on the delivery route... they walked me through my machine and did tests to make sure it worked. Communication was huge here and I couldnt recommend the store more.
I really appreciated the near immediate follow-up to my inquiry about product availability and the great recommendation for another viable option. Nick at the Bethesda location provided great customer service!
I had a wonderful experience at this Bray & Scarff location, the representatives were very kind and helpful. Everyone was wearing masks and following safety procedures, and on top of that they are very knowledgeable in this area of expertise. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here for any of their appliance needs.
The knowledgeable specialists really know appliances and the prices are fair, but it’s the service and installation that keep bringing me back. Have had bad experiences with discount home improvement stores that outsource installations to outside contractors that are often clueless and don’t take anywhere near the care that Bray & Scarff do when they come to do the install.
Recently bought a washer and dryer and the sales representative, Nick, worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He kept us informed when the item was shipped and arranged a delivery date. The delivery was outstanding by Carlos, Walter and Jose who took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and both products worked properly. Excellent overall experience, I would recommend.
At Bethesda location the salesman Jae was very knowledgeable and quickly identified all the model refrigerators fitting my specifications. Decided on a model and ordering process went smoothly. Chose this local business over a competing large box brand due to service considerations. Salesman answers when I call and responds to email. No bots. Love that!!! Shop local!!!!
I ordered a dishwasher online and was contacted shortly later by Bray and Scarff to let me know that the item might not be available, and he was confirming with the warehouse. He recommended another model which was similar in price with slightly better features and we agreed that if the ordered item wasn’t available we would fall back onto his recommendation. I thought his proactive reaching out was fantastic.Installation is coming in just a few days! Thank you Bray and Scarff!
Salesmen were very courteous and customer oriented. We had purchased from them before and they came up with a solution which fit the price point we were looking for and which had not been suggested by other vendors. Installation was going to be within a week of purchase. Very good experience.
First time I ordered an appliance via text. Nick was a great help with my purchase.
I had a great experience with Bray and Scarff yesterday. We are experience a bit of an appliance crisis and the team was affirming and very helpful. I am excited for my oven to be installed before my son’s wedding this weekend!
I had great service at this bray and scarf location. Paul was very helpful throughout the entire process and I love the way my kitchen looks. Thank you so much for the great service!
Our GE Profile broke down after 18 years of good service. We call Paul, who has served us well in the past, and within minutes he sent us a link for a new GE Profile which will be delivered in 3 days. That was the fastest transaction we could imagine! We were lucky that the fight brand and size refrigerator was available due to shortages in supply chains but we also were able to talk to a sales person who knows us and was very responsive!!
My dishwasher ‘died’ unexpectedly. When I called Greg at the Bethesda branch, he immediately began to look for a dishwasher that he could get as the supply chain is in chaos. He was able to find the brand that I wanted but not the color. Most manufacturers are producing stainless steel - and not colors. I then purchased a stainless steel dishwasher on a Thursday and it will be delivered on Tuesday - 5 days from purchase! I am not looking at 3 months of hand washing dishes!!
Jan Spence from the Alexandria Store screwed up our kitchen, I have beenforced to go to a local builder to finish the kitchen. Other people that attempted to help could not. They just dont know what they are doing.i did hear there appliance division is OK. One star company.
Our microwave advantium oven conked out on us and the model and parts were discontinued. I called Bray and Scarff in Bethesda and spoke to Greg. He was most knowledgeable about their products and was very courteous. I had researched options before calling, and Greg recommended a cheaper option of the same brand that did all the things I was looking for. He saved me several hundreds of dollars! Greg arranged for the prompt installation of the new oven and the removal of our old one. Greg made this whole experience a breeze. I highly recommend Bray and Scarff, and when you call, ask for Greg in their Bethesda location. Five Star service!
The only reason why I took away a star was because:It was NOT noted on line that particular refrigerators were not available for several months. I understand this is a result of covid19. However giving the buyer only 1/2 of the details on your website for a purchase was not nice.My salesman Nick Botkin was very nice and explained what was available in the size and style we wanted.
Andy went above and beyond the competition! He discussed options, gave advice, offered suggestions, and even advised a knowledgeable second opinion source. We used Bray and Scarff 23 years ago when we built the kitchen, and have returned when old appliances needed replacement or repair.
Mr. Michael Strange was a consummate professional and coach in the process of buying our first set of appliances from Bray & Scarff. His knowledge of the buying process, appliances and delivery were very comforting and gave my husband and I a realistic understanding of what we were paying for. We will be back to see him and continue our business with Bray & Scarff! Thank you!
Michael researched all the options to replace our old range hood in order to get the best match and best price.
Ciera was great. Loved working with her.
We highly recommend Bray and Scarff Bethesda! Paul Walterhoefer was a pleasure to work with. We purchased several GE appliances and he helped us during the whole process. We definitely would use him and Bray and Scarff again!
Loved working with Larry Big Guy Elmore at the Bethesda location. He is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to turn around quotes and place orders. And very informed about delivery times!
Larry provided excellent product information and recommendations as well as Great customer service
Over the last 15 years, I’ve bought many appliances from Bray & Scarff. I keep going back for the great service snd value. Larry is super knowledgeable and very patient so I always go back to him.
Mr. Thoman was recommended to me by my contractor. He was very pleasant and well informed. He gave me additional information on the appliances that I did not have access to previously. He was also very helpful in discussing the Maryland requirements for gas appliance installation that Home Depot sort of kind of forgot to tell me about until my scheduled day of delivery. The delivery did not happen of course due to my not having fulfilled the requirements . He was able to approximate the Home Depot prices using various promotions. After my experience with him I cancelled my Home Depot order and placed a new order with him . It was a very good experience .
Easy to work with and very responsive.
Found a great refrigerator which was delivered the next day. Everyone wore masks. Great experience.
Michael strange helped me to buy my appliances he is very helpful and knowledgeable great customer service experience and very friendly and welcoming. I recommend anybody to go Michael Strange .
Sale representative was professional and very knowledgeable, I was very pleased with my service especially in a virtual environment. However setting up appointments for measurement prior to installation has been slow and lacks communication with purchaser. I hope installation is better?
Stay far away from this company. Their customer service is deplorable and basically non-existent. They dont deliver on time and they dont know how to communicate even when you spend tens of thousands of dollars with them. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and shop somewhere else. The worst!Live Update - adding insult to injury. After spending tens of thousands on appliances and waiting a year for them to arrive I was given a $100 gift card for my troubles. REPEAT $100 GIFT CARD for my troubles. Donate it and lose my contact info.
Mr. Childress, the salesman, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Those qualities were necessary to answer my questions and concerns before making a purchase. He was a no pressure salesman and I was appreciative.
Andy is our go-to guy. He knows everything about every appliance. No pressure. No hard sell. He’s very professional and reliable. Just purchased our fourth appliance with his assistance.
I was so happy to find good customer service at Bray & Scarff. Michael Strange can sell me appliances until the end of time. When I’m ready to outfit my summer home I’ll be back.
Very informative and helpful. Ade my purchase so easy. Thank you!
I worked with Paul, W. He was quick to return quotes. Made my selection and the washer and dryer were delivered and installed in a few days. Delivery crew, was on time and careful when removing old appliances. Will be using again when I need another major appliance
Had a great experience with Nick today who helped me find a washer/dryer that would fit a small space. He was very helpful and responsive --answering many questions via text. We are having our new washer/dryer delivered this week. I will report back!
Amazing staff and great selection of appliances and competitive prices to match. The installation went flawless, the delivery suited my schedule, and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!
Great service both in-store and delivery.
The sales person, Larry Elmore, was very knowledgeable, listened to us and patiently answered our questions. Did a very good job of explaining the differences in the various models of washing machines we explored.
The staff at Bray and Scarf were so helpful when I was choosing a dishwasher. I could not decide, and they walked me through the features of multiple dishwashers. They even suggested I bring in some dishes to see which worked best for me, which was brilliant and helped me make my final decision. I am currently waiting for delivery and install of my new dishwasher. I will definitely visit Bray and Scarf for future appliance purchases.
Deliverymen had to deal with a doorway that was an inch too small. They got the job done. Very pleasant and no hassle. Really impressed.
Website was easy to use, but many items listed were not available. I have tried several times to call your store and got no answer or ability to leave a voice message. I tried to text your Bethesda phone number, but it was a land line.
Bray & Scarff always practice high end service. They have huge know how and solve most of my issue. Specially Jay Park do the best service and always found of my needs. I love salesman’s help and their own delivery/installation service.Remember, you will get what you pay for.
I want to especially thank the repair tech, Eddie, who was terrific in figuring out an issue with my washing machine. Eddie was professional and thorough and very impressive !!
My husband and I were looking to replace an oven that we had had for 18 years. We went to the Bray & Scarff in Bethesda. Immediately we were greeted by Nick. Nick was very helpful And knowledgeable in helping us pick out the stove we needed. He answered all our questions we had and never felt pressured at any time. After our selection Nick made sure our delivery and installation was set for a date that was convenient for us. His professionalism and knowledge of the products made the decision less stressful. We would also like the delivery team as they did a great job with the installation. We will definitely recommend Bray & Scarff to friends and family. Thank you Matt Pifer
A very sincere thank you to Bray and Scarff Tech Edward (Eddie) Hinson. His help in repairing our Kitchen Aid refrigerator was very much appreciated! Eddie was thorough and careful, not to mention extremely friendly throughout the duration of the service call - simply a pleasure to deal with. The refrigerator is working wonderfully now as a result of Eddies skillful work. We thank him again for going above and beyond expectations!
Mr. Strange made it very easy to order a new washer over the phone--a new experience due to the pandemic, but very efficient
After finding my prized GE Profile Slide-in Gas Range and matching microwave on sale at an excellent price during Bray and Scarff Bethesda’s Veterans Day Sale, I finally pulled the trigger and had them delivered and installed by Oscar and Oscar, two pros who let me hover over them while they did a bang-up job. I’m so glad I went with Bray and Scarff. Excellent selection, value, service, and sales. Well done!
Meka and Edox were great!! Very polite, prompt, and removed all the boxes and packaging with be smiles on their faces!!
I bought washer form bray scarff. JAY Parkexplain all about waher . Very detailed. Excellent service.
Met with Greg and he helped me narrow down my appliance options. He was very knowledgeable.
Paul was very helpful friendly and knowledgable.
We will NEVER buy anything from Bray and Scarff again. Maytag washer broke after just a little more than a year. It was a very easy part to replace. We have been waiting for over 4 months to get it fixed. Finally, spoke to a manager who said the part was coming in at the end of the week. That was nearly 2 months ago. Still living with a broken washer. Now I have been on hold with the service department for 45 mins. To say this unprofessional service would be very charitable. We are about to buy a Viking range and oven and there is no way we will be going to Bray and Scarff.
I had purchased a couple of kitchen appliances such as gas rang, chimney wall hood and dryer for my laundry room from Bray & Scarff Bethesda Maryland branch in the past 12 months. Mr. Paul Walterhoefer has listened to my needs and he provided me with multiple options for each appliances with details specifications and their cost. I am pleased to say, I had a great experience with shopping at Bray & Scarff and working with Mr. Walterhoefer.
Cathy Ruppert is an extraordinary Kitchen and Bathroom, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Always always excellent service and selection. Andy is fantastic and always goes the extra mile... have been a customer for decades and referred clients and always been very happy... there’s even service after the sale!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Competitive prices. We have bought our major appliances from them for over 11 years.
Product choice and quality was excellent. Installation of gas cooktop was professional. Opted for the advertised 2-year guarantee rather than the extra cost 5-year guarantee. The required installation inspection that we paid $110 for was never performed, due to COVID-related delays - out of Bray & Scarffs control, yet still frustrating, and still a part of the payment that they received.10 months after installation we noticed a gas smell, prompting an emergency Washington Gas Co. inspection. The cooktop was the source of the gas leak, and was shut off by the inspectors. We reported this immediately to Bray and Scarff, who referred us to the manufacturer (GE.)A GE repair call required about 2 weeks to schedule a visit, with the warning that I would need to pay ~$100 for the visit, unless it was judged a warranty visit. The 2-year warranty coverage required a call to a different division (Mon.-Fri., business hours only, plus 10-15 minutes waiting times.)This new division located our product registration, yet said the 2-year warranty also depended on my original receipt/proof of purchase. However, the service guy came and did his thing, could not detect any leak (and we no longer smelled gas). There was no charge.
Having work done, my repairman recommended Bray & SDepth. For new ac/ heat unit, I am assured from him good reputation with staff thats enough for me seems like Andy is the go to Guy in sales Dept.
The kitchen cabinets are really nice. Their products are nice. The experience was not great. The person who measured our pantry cabinets, Cathy Ruppert, apparently did NOT use the architect’s drawing we provided for her. This has resulted in a pantry shelf that was built blocking the fuse box that is CLEARLY not blocked on the architect drawings. Her measurements and her drawing was wrong. We had to “butcher” a hole into our beautiful new cabinet because she measured it wrong.I did sign off on the proofs but my husband said she also came by and did the measurements herself but apparently screwed up anyway. They didn’t bother to use the drawings we asked them to. That we paid a professional architect to measure and design the cabinets. All his precise drawings thrown out the window. They have offered NO RESOLUTION to the poor outcome. I am extremely dissatisfied with the pantry construction which costs too much to redo not to mention the countertop delays, the oven being told it’s NOT SUPPOSED to be flush with the cabinetry and then being told upon installation of the cooktop that YES THE OVEN IS SUPPOSED to be flush with the cabinetry. The installation required us to hire electricians to install extra junction boxes when Bray and Scarff came to put in the oven. It took many many emails to even understand what was needed by the electricians because of poor communication. Our kitchen was not functional for over 4 months: October to March. It was mostly because of the delays in the appliances which I understand was due to the pandemic but the poor communication was not helpful. Also the rebate that we were given when we bought the appliances in AUGUST expired months before we got the final appliances in March. The whole experience was disappointing. The products ARE nice though but I expect more competency measuring expensive cabinets.
I have now had 4 visits from their technicians to resolve what should be an obvious fix. I was told that after 3 visits if the problems are not resolved, we will replace the item. This item is a Bosch dishwasher, 800 series- a good one, that is flooding the kitchen floor after each use.How many more visits do I have to endure before they give me what I paid for? Next time, ABW.
Great place to shop for appliances. Our salesman Mike, was knowledgeable and helped us to choose everything from a range and range hood to a dishwasher.
This is review is for the service department only, but in all honesty that department has been so bad folks should really think twice about even purchasing a product from here. For the last 4 - 5 weeks we have been trying to get our dishwasher repaired. The service department is abysmal at communicating, rarely if ever do they follow up with a customer even when they make assurances that they will. Frequently provide incomplete and/or incorrect information. Its next to impossible to talk to an actual person when an issue like this comes up.They really deserve an F and its a shame because I think this reflects poorly on the company as a whole. If you are a consumer who values customer service I would recommend you pass buying any appliances from here. Its likely at this point well purchase an entirely new dishwasher from somewhere else. Ill update this review if and when this issue gets corrected either by Bray and Scarff or if we write this company off completely and make a new purchase elsewhere.New day and here is another update. The sales people were kind enough to get me the corporate number, guess what, they dont answer their phone either. Ive left another message with the service department, still no call back. This seems to be one of the most poorly run companies Ive come across. Ill keep adding updates so people can be aware of the low level of service and be in a better position when deciding to purchase through them.
Courteous, efficient, and detailed in explaining the differences between products.
