Only the best for German Automotive service, repairs & thing else you need for special Automotive vehicle.Great service, friendly staff & knowledgeable about your vehicle needs...
Brought our car in for repairs and in the process the car was found to be completely dead. Rather than charge me for the work done they didnt charge me at all. 100% RECOMMEND this shop. Going anywhere else would be doing yourself a disservice.
Always excellent service by John & crew at Autobahn. Theyve taken good care of my midlife crisis car for several years now. Quality shop & great group of guys.
Most time you go to a mechanic, you feel like you are going to get taken for a ride. John makes you feel like he will treat your car as his own. Never plus selling you services that arent necessary. Great service, fair price. If you have a European car, this is the only place Id take it.
My BMW has been having acceleration issues for years, but the dealership couldn’t diagnose the problem at all. Autobahn took about an hour to figure out the problem and then actually referred me back to the dealership because it was a problem that BMW should fix for free even though my car was out of warranty. They didn’t need to do this at all - they could have simply told me what needed to be fixed, and I’ve have been out over $4000. I can’t recommend Autobahn highly enough. Trustworthy, reliable.
When youre done with the dealership after the warranty expires, bring your BMW to Autobahn. Good customer service and very knowledgeable with BMWs. I have an M5 which is unnecessarily complicated, unreliable and expensive (BMW issue not Autobahn) but still love the car. Autobahn has no problem identifying issues, fixing them and doing it at a reasonable rate. They are a no-pressure shop and give you a list of issues but also make recommendations on what really needs to be done and what isnt critical that can be skipped.
I came into town to visit family for the weekend. I had a service light come on during my trip. I dropped by to see if they could help and although they were extremely busy the owner took personal interest in my safety and had a technician check it out. They provided phenomenal honest service. One of the best auto shop experiences ever. Highly recommend!
As a new customer I I am pleased with service
I had just bought a used Mazda CX-7 (I know, not a German car, but this is part of the story) the day before and that night realized the headlights went out. I was driving to Pittsburgh the next day, which was a Sunday, so I needed them replaced before I left. I went to 3 other mechanics on River Road and none of them would help me because they said the Mazda was too hard to change the headlights, so I would need to wait until Monday. I drove over to Autobahn Motor Works and popped my head in to find out they were closed too, but the mechanic told me to pull my car up anyway and he would take a look. Even though he doesnt work on Mazdas, he replaced my headlights, diagnosed the problem that it was actually probably a loose socket, and then checked my oil, and filled up my tires. All on a day when he closed! Still helped me out unlike any other mechanic in the area. I was highly pleased with the service and would recommend Autobahn Motor Works to anybody and everybody.
Great service.
Honest, trustworthy and well priced. Had my car assessed and repaired and never felt that I was taken for a ride. John, the owner, was professional and courteous.
Ive been going here for a few years to service my two older BMWs. Always great service, prices and advice--I highly recommend.
Been a customer for more than 10 years. Always great work.
I have been coming to Autobahn for several years now, for work on my older Boxster. They are a pleasure to do business with.
