I selected KRB Kitchen & Bath to renovate three bathrooms in my townhouse. Two bathrooms (including the Master Bath) were completely gutted, and the third bathroom was a 3/4 renovation.The designer Burak was excellent with helping me decide how each bathroom would be remodeled. I met with him in KBRs Fairfax showroom and we walked through the design and picked all the finishes and other materials. I had a pretty clear sense of what I wanted and Burak easily guided me in making the right decisions.The job was set to begin right when Virginia was facing closures and restrictions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The KBR crew worked throughout this period ensuring that appropriate safety measures were taken. The project was lead by Omer, who kept me up to date on the status of the project as I had moved out of the house while the work was being done. Omer did a great job of managing all aspects of the project. I was able to move back into the house in three weeks and the project was completely finished after four weeks. This was several weeks ahead of the original contract plan.I highly recommend KBR.

Happy with KBR’s remodel of my condo kitchen. Designer Fatih suggested nice materials within the budget. The work was substantially completed right on time in 3 weeks. Technicians Luis and Alberto worked hard every day and quickly fixed small things that arose during the project (eg, leaky disposal, reversing a door, and replacing damaged cabinets). My neighbors said that they were considerate and left the common areas very clean.I have stacked laundry in the kitchen, and KBR didnt install it properly, BUT they reimbursed the cost of re-installation by the appliance company. KBR takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Chose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences.Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and on-site construction technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects under our belts, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team. Every day, they cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. Showed respect for our space as if it were their own. Completed project on-time and within budget as promised. Highly recommend the KBR team and would rehire them in a minute!

We love our KBR-remodeled kitchen! The KBR staff was easy to work with and clearly devoted to excellent communication with clients...which was much appreciated and helped immensely to reduce the stress associated with any remodel. They repeatedly demonstrated that their interest was ensuring a quality remodel, and when unanticipated problems arose (and they always will!) KBR found thoughtful, appropriate, and flexible solutions. The project was kept on time with minimum disruption to the rest of our house. We recommend KBR without hesitation.

KBR remodeled our kitchen in Bethesda, MD, last fall. We bought a 1930s Cape Cod, which had an old galley kitchen and a separate dining room accessed through a narrow hallway. KBR worked with us to design a new open plan space, tearing out the hallway and the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and adding a peninsula. We tore out the old linoleum and parquet floors and laid hardwood to match our living room, in addition to redoing the cabinets and countertops. The result is a totally new space that makes me happy every time I walk into it. Our designer Deniz Somnez was great to work with -- patient, and a detail-oriented perfectionist. Marlon, our technician, felt like a part of our family by the time the project finished. Home renovations are always stressful, but KBR made ours as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

We just finished remodeling our two master baths. One was a complete remodel down to the studs, reconfiguring, and rebuilding. The other was more modest where the original footprint remained intact. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, and we worked with KBR Designer Silviya to design a bathroom that we now love. She was more than patient as she guided us through the seemingly endless options including basic design and selection of materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas that we incorporated into our projects. Once we settled on what wanted, Project Manager Huseyin and his crew took over the construction. Like Silviya, the crew was exceptionally talented and completed the project with a minimum of disturbance. Everyone at KBR was very professional, easy to work with, and flexible. Remodeling can be extraordinarily stressful and disruptive, but KBR easily overcame the obstacles and produced wonderful results. We would highly recommend them.

The project went very smoothly, Adam Sanliturk was a great project manager, and the designer, Gokhan Sim, walked us through everything. The crew showed up consistently and worked quickly and efficiently. The only hiccups in scheduling seemed to be with the island, which I believe was constructed by another company. But everything turned out very well, were very happy with the result. With the exception of finishing the island, the entire project lasted less than 2 weeks, with minimal inconvenience. Great job!

First, let me start by saying that we are extremely pleased with the end result of the kitchen renovation. My designer, Catherine, created a great space to my specifications which was not easy as we were more aware of what we did not like versus what we liked. The project manager, Adem, was professional and kept to the time table. Luis, the head contractor was also very good and his crews were excellent. We were particularly impressed on how tidy they left the work space every day and the quality of their work.Our one small complaint is the lack of communication we experienced. Catherine often promised getting back to us within a day and we did not hear from her for weeks. The progress of the work could have been explained more clearly to us (this was our first renovation ever so did not know what to expect at all): a weekly email would alleviate a lot of the questions we asked.The renovation of a kitchen is no easy project as it is so disruptive to the day-to-day running of a home but we feel that KBR Kitchen accomplished the renovation in a timely manner and we just love how it looks. We highly recommend them.

I had a complete kitchen remodel in mind and they blew my mind with their professionalism and promptness. It included taking out the whole flooring, getting rid of a popcorn ceiling and demolishing a wall. The whole process was estimated to take about 6 weeks but it was all done in a little over 4 weeks. They were extremely responsive to all my questions. The whole team (Maryahm, Adem and Luis) were nothing short of amazing. Maryahm helped me putting my view on paper and sorting through all materials, Adem made sure all measurements were correct and Luis and his crew made sure everything went as planned and they left my house almost cleaner than when they started. If I have another project in my house, I will definitely go to them again. Wish I could give more stars. I included before and after pictures and cannot be happier with the end result. Thank you!!

After reading reviews online, we decided to go with KBR to help remodel our guest bathroom. We were in a bit of a time crunch as we have a baby coming in February, so the work had to be taken care of promptly, efficiently and correctly. We also didnt have a whole lot of time to devote to overseeing the project. KBR ended up being just what we were looking for.We reached out to KBR through their website and Cemil (the designer) called us within ten minutes. I figured we were off to a good start! Two days after our phone call Cemil came over for a free estimate. Shortly after that we were in the showroom picking out finishes. We had, of course, given Cemil some direction in terms on what we liked stylistically, and he did a great job narrowing down finishes he thought wed like.The work started shortly after our showroom visit. Albi, the lead designer, was the individual who completed the majority of the work. I cannot say enough good things about Albi! He was timely, competent, knowledgeable, and respectful. He completed the project on time while paying close attention to detail. On an unrelated note, he was also good with our dog who can be a little skeptical of visitors...Adam was the project manager who oversaw everything from start to finish. If ever I had a question I knew I could e-mail him and hed get back to me promptly. In fact, a few days after the project was completed, there was an unfortunate incident (our fault, not KBRs) in which a large/heavy candle was dropped in the brand new sink, creating a crack. I reached out to Adam to see what could be done about it, and he was out at our house right away to assess the damage. He was able to schedule one of the technicians right away to come out and fix the problem.If youre looking for a company that will take care of all aspects of a remodel correctly and in a timely manner, we cannot recommend KBR enough.

I usually dont write reviews but wanted to mention here. After various visits to different remodeling companies, we finally decided to go with KBR. It was great experience all along from very beginning, through design process and project deadline. Our designer was very helpful and knowledgeable to every question we had, and answering them all. Daily updates were sent and delivered by PM, questions were answered all the time. The days we were not home he sent us pictures every day. Very clean and professional team. I do highly recommend KBR MD team.

I am very happy with my new bathroom by KBR Kitchen & Bath, Bethesda. From the start, I felt that the showroom manager and designer, Fatih Beren, was listening to me and understood what I wanted and needed. I wanted a contractor to provide overall project management and work in a very timely way since I live in a small community condo and have only one bathroom. The project came in ahead of schedule, on budget and is a beautiful, well-functioning bathroom. Adam Sandliturk, the project manager, was on top of everything and responsive. Living in a small condo, it is important that the needs of neighbors be considered; Adam made sure that demolition debris was disposed of immediately and cleanly. Fredy Andino, the primary builder-technician, has a good design eye, was meticulous and hard-working. He had two levels, not one, of both wall tile and floor tile to remove before installing the new wall and floor tiling. KBR had a good cleaning company come in at the end to do a thorough cleanup. Communication with everyone throughout was very good. Thank you, KBR Bethesda!

These guys did a great job! We had a REALLY tight time-frame and limited budget but we ended up with a beautiful new kitchen. Designing the space with Cemil went smoothly and he was very thorough. He showed me a number of different options to accommodate ranges in timeline, budget, and style. Working with Omer, project manager, and his crew was seamless. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and so quiet- sometimes we didnt even know they were here :) Everyone I worked with was helpful and very responsive. Consultant was HORRIBLE did not follow-up no email nothing stated she will send a quote but never did so we did business with people who wanted to help places like this should not be opened and people like that shouldnt have jobs like that if they dont want to serve colored people

KBR just finished my kitchen remodel and I am so pleased with the end results. Catherine, the designer, created a great design that makes good use of a small space and was very patient with my slow decision making. Adam was the project manager and he did a good job of keeping me informed throughout a somewhat complex renovation and worked hard to get the necessary approvals from DCRA. He was also very responsive to any issues that arose during the process. Isaac, who was onsite the entire renovation, is meticulous about his work and clearly takes great pride in what he does. The KBR team was great to work with and I am so happy with my new kitchen!

KBR Bethesda did an excellent job renovating our kitchen. All the personnel we interacted with were professional and courteous. Sims was the designer who helped us develop the concept for the kitchen with ideas and a few rounds of edits from us. Adam who was the project manager was on top of things; in particular the time line of 3-4 weeks was maintained. He was always available to answer any questions we had through the process. He also worked with DCRA for getting the permits and inspection process. The crew who was there on duty including Ahmet were clean, thorough and friendly. They truly deserve a 5-star rating.

This was an awful experience, the designer took forever to get the design and estimate to me, completely undermined my ideas, never returned any of my calls, hasn’t responded to my email.

It is ok to go with this company if you have time and knowledge to supervise the work, resolve the problems, including technical - the supervision was non-existent, emails were not answered, and most calls were not returned. The two guys, who actually did the work, got grade B, not A. We cancelled the contract for the second bathroom.

After interviewing many companies and contractors (approximately 12), I decided to entrust the Bethesda office of KBR Kitchen and Baths with my project. The designer that I worked with, Cathy Harvey, presented me with a design and project budget that broke down all of the elements of the project. I knew exactly what I was getting and what I was paying for. As someone who works in contracting and procurement, I was very nervous about cost overruns and change orders. Cathy made sure that changes were minimal and due only to last minute design changes.The project director was Adam and the project team lead was Grover. They did an amazing job. Before the project started, the owner, the designer, project director and project lead all came by for a walk through. Adam set up a GroupMe group including me and the project team and communicated details about the project so I was always informed about what was going to be happening during the day. It was quite comforting for me to know that I could reach the entire team with a quick text.I can’t say enough about Grover and John and all of the workers. When I initially started thinking about remodeling my kitchen, I struggled with the idea that I would need to take off from work to babysit contractors. In the end, I decided to take off the first three days of the project and my significant other and I decided that one of us would go in late each day (around noon) and the other would come home early each day. After meeting Grover and being home for two days, I decided that I didn’t need to be home and that I could trust them in my home and cancelled my leave plans. (I get to take a summer vacation. Yipppee!)During the remodel, which included replacing my kitchen subfloor, Grover noticed a few issues (unforeseen site conditions) that were addressed (some without additional cost to me.) In the end, they delivered a project that was much better than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend KBR.And did I mention that the project was substantially completed in three (3) weeks???!!!!??? I still can’t believe it. After meeting with four top (A) rated companies from Angie’s List for kitchen estimates, KBR was the only company to provide an actual (kitchen design –in 3D format), while other companies submitted worded descriptions devoid of any creatively or imagination.KBR sent kitchen designer Catherine Harvey to my home, who immediately offered functional design ideals, sketches, material guidance, and budgetary advice to support the best design. Mrs. Harvey’s knowledge of construction and materials was beyond impressive, to include her artistic design execution. As a result, Mrs. Harvey submitted a 4-page kitchen design estimate complete with a 3D design illustration, pricing, and additional sketches. The type of professional estimate you would expect after watching DYI television or the Home and Garden channel (awesome). Our experience with KBR was excellent. We started the renovation process by contacting multiple companies for quotes and designs. KBR was very prompt in response. KBR was always courteous and available at the agreed meeting times. Fatih, our designer, worked with us over multiple visits to help us design the new kitchen and pick out the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. Over a couple of weeks and several meetings, we were able to finalize the layout, cabinetry, countertops and outlets. The final design was set in a walkthrough at our townhouse with Fatih, Adam, the project manager, and Francisco, the technician. The on-site contractors were very courteous and tried extremely hard to keep our house reasonably clean. KBR lined the floors in the kitchen to protect our existing hardwood floor and lined the carpeted stairs from our ground floor to the second floor kitchen. The quality of the final renovation was excellent.As we discovered issues, Fatih, Adam and Francisco were readily available and helpful in resolving these issues. In the end, each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The project was complete ahead of schedule. Despite the unanticipated issues, KBR was timely, efficient and professional. Furthermore, KBR paid attention to every last detail, including the final repaint of the entire kitchen. We are very happy with the finished product and we highly recommend KBR for those looking to renovate their kitchens.

This place is a joke. both the estimate and the rendering were laughable and low-quality. when I pointed out a mistake with the quote, they didnt respond for 3+ days. Dont waste your time.
