This is hands down the BEST Starbucks I have been to! I come here a few times a week for a few hours to do some work. The manager Josh (I think thats this name) is great, hes very friendly and knows a lot of the regular customers by name. Theres always a friendly greeting every time I walk into the store.

I work at Dunkin Donuts at the moment, and to be honest, if Starbucks were closer, theyd steal all of our business.... u never can go wrong with this place.... Yea its a bit pricey, but out damn sure well worth it... I LOVE STARBUCKS!!

When the right people are working, this location is great. Though theres long wait times, the manager is very courteous and the drinks are well worth the wait.

Leland is the best! I was visiting for work and he always greeted me by name after the first visit! Remembered when I was leaving too! Always very friendly!

Really clean, light wood finishes and quick service at this location. Located right on wisconsin ave parking is limited but this location is great for people watching. Very clean bathrooms and google wifi is here

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. I was at the Starbucks for around 6 hours studying for an exam. A young woman, Fefe, was more than professional. She made the whole experience a pleasurable one.

I had a problem at this place but whoever the manager was at this location..He was the most nicest person I ever met .. he took care of the problem right away!!! I always love going to Starbucks.. They have the best infused tea ever.... That the only reason I go to Starbucks... I think the employees can be a little bit more nicer....

Clean & decent place to grab a cup of coffee though get crowded sometimes. Customer service is good just need a lil more professionalism overall good experience.

This location always knows what I want to order as I frequent this area a lot for my hisband’s work. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the long lines and sometimes it takes a while so don’t come during peak hours if you’re in a hurry. Overall great service!

One of my favorite Starbucks! Lots of space, but still very cozy with cushy chairs as well as big tables for workspace. Also tons of plugs! Service is pretty good, not as attentive/friendly as other Starbucks but they move fast and are courteous.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STAR, ITS ZERO OR NEGATIVE. I came here to refill my Trenta Iced Coffee earlier today and the lady stated that I cant make a refill because I had it from the other store. *(which I totally understand)* So I ordered a new Trenta Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and the barista just only put vanilla syrup and not the sweet cream. I told the barista that its not sweet, and he told me to open the lid and just put more vanilla syrup. I was very upset and just leave the store and went to Starbucks at Wildwood. I told them about it and EVEN APOLOGIZED to me about what happened at 7140 Wisconsin Avenue Starbucks, which they dont have to at ALL. They are very professional and pleased to have a new vanilla sweet cream there without any EXTRA CHARGE. GO STAY AWAY from this STORE!!!! CASHIER AND BARISTAS ARE VERY RUDE and Ive been in this store since 2009! THE SERVICE WENT DOWN ALOT.

Good customer service most of the time; the exception appears to come on Sunday evenings, where evidently the courteous and competent servers present during other shifts are replaced with those who will take your order, charge your card, fail to set aside a cup for you, and then insinuate you are lying to get a free drink when you point out that the drink you paid for still hasnt been made.

Poor quality drinks. They are alawys so busy and understaffed. Ordered a Pumpkin spice and he made in about 5 seconds. It tasted like straight syrup. Im so tired of spending $6 on a drink and it not being made correctly. Asked to make again because it was to sweet and he quickly whipped me up another drink in seconds. This time it tasted like straight milk. I usually bite my tongue but when you are paying so much it should alawys be made right. The same drink shouldnt taste different every time. Im sure there is a recipe for each drink. Unacceptable!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I was completely disrespected by the man waiting on me. I was called over to order my drink, the man then called over another woman who stepped right in front of me, he took her order, still trying to take my order. Thought it was funny to write, “Ummmm. (My name)” on the cup, then called it a pun. I will never go back to this location, totally unprofessional.

I placed a mobile order at 4.00pm and at 4.30pm I still didnt have my order! The wait is SOOO long!!! They work so slowly!!!!!!!

Got stuck in Bethesda with a dead phone and a no-show Uber. Popped into Starbucks and asked if they could call the local cab company for me. Man behind the counter disappeared into the back for a split second, came back out and asked if I had the phone number for the cab company. When I told him no he said he couldnt help me. I asked if they had a phone book in the shop and he told me no. Sorry, cant help you. I know this has nothing to do with their product but it speaks volumes about customer service.

OH man i needed some coffee so bad and what pops up starbucks. Jumped in got me a Venti Cafe latte and was on my way great service great coffee and then on my way.

This one is the most crowded. And teenagers are always trashing the seating areas by the couches.

Never open on time, honestly at least 2-3 times a week I stop by here at 5:30am (they open at 5am) and they’re still closed.

Quality of drinks is very poor versus other Starbucks. All the coffee here tastes burnt even espresso based concoctions. Lines and long & staff is slow.

Part of me wants to describe this Starbucks as a Weekday Warriors ideal coffee spot - but this is Bethesda, so its also hip and full of younger professionals with the latest Apple products.Its clean, well-organized and cheerfully lit - and they have a Clover (best coffee brewing machine ever)!! The baristas are well trained, and theyre very good at clearing rush hour crowds. Ive never been in line much more than 5 minutes, even when there are 15 to 20 people in front of me.Matt - the manager - and his team treat everyone who comes in the door like friends. They went out of their way to encourage me to participate in the Gold Card program - thanks to them, I usually get 2 - 3 freebies a month. They usually have my Komodo Dragon brewing on the Clover before I even get to the register (yeah, Im predictable). Theyre the best part of many mornings.

Everytime I go to this location I am sorely disappointed. The baristas never seem to know what they are doing. My drinks always taste either watered down or like straight up milk. Overall, the service is lackluster and leaves much to be desired.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks. Duro and team really go out of their way to elevate every experience and deliver the best cup of coffee every day. Definitely ask for Duro or Rob and try one of the Starbucks reserve coffees on Clover brewer. If it is an African Coffee, indulge and try it iced on the clover system. Side street parking is limited there are multiple parking garages and bethesda metro station is nearby. #CityExperts
