Great store, great location, & friendly staff! I came to the store really late in the day and felt safe. I believe it’s 247 and has great food options. The coffee station is pretty generous

This 7 Eleven is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I’m surprised I’m writing this review for this location. I’ve been a customer on and off here since 2016. Today at this location, I witnessed and personally experienced the absolute worst behind the counter customer service I’ve EVER received at any establishment in my life. I just left, so I’m referring specifically to this cashier on shift in this moment. He wouldn’t give me his name so I couldn’t specifically report him which is against better business practices.He disrespectfully responds to customers that politely approach him— three total in the time I was in the establishment line for just one behind the counter item. He snatched from customers and slammed items down. He told customers they talk to much, that he doesn’t care, when they’re trying to remind him of all the things they ordered behind the counter that he forgot to get them in his flustered attitude state. He is absolutely rude and disrespectful and provokes customers into an unnecessary back and forth. Please resolve as no customer should deal with the horrible service.

First off I would like to say that this seven-eleven is the finest family diner in Bethesda Maryland. The food is high class, and my family especially enjoys the prosciutto slurpees. Highly recommend. Make sure to wear best attire. Came wearing only shirt and shoes and was turned down for some reason. Otherwise very good.

She is the only woman who works in this 7eleven, she is the worst cashier you can find, the truth is, I have to say it is not the first time that this happens to me, this should talk with her, it seems she has personal problems that brings them to work, they should Call her attention, she gives poor customer service, I go to that store hoping she isnt attending

Cashier had a very nasty attitude. Also when checking out items to buy, the cashier snatched items out my hand and thew them on the counter. I wish i could had rated less than 1 star.

The cashier is very rude specially the lady. Never coming back again to that 711 lactation. Just bad customer service

When parking is at a premium and in need of a quick chewing gum pickup, this 711 was in the right place and had the right pace. With the familiar chain layout I knew where to find it and so was in and out in under a minute.

One of the dirtiest and unorganized 7/11 I ever see. And they keep expired fresh milk for coffee .

A nice store sell a little of everything but dont get a bag because it cost .05 per bag

Make sure to review your receipt for the items purchased so that you are not incorrectly charged or in some cases over charged...or paying for something more than once when you only have one item. Its worth a double check.

Best part about it is that its 24h if you need something from a convenience store.

Pretty standard 7-11 but a little bigger and cleaner than most.

They need to know better english its really bad if u need somthing specific . They didnt under stand put the bun on the side, they didnt get it at all sux. But other than that its a good place
