I am giving one star because the inspector who inspect the cars was very rude and I made an appointment at 2 pm when I came 15 mins earlier he told me I can’t take your car now and you have to leave your car. I said yesterday I was told that it will be done in one hour and now I have to drop my car why? I think he don’t want the owner to see what is he going to do in the car and then they call you hey it has this problem you need to fix and and rip you off. If someone is doing state inspection he needs to do it in front of customer. I suggest all of you guys not to come to him he will rip you off. Very bad experience.
They can sometimes be busy but this probably owes to the excellent service provided. Both my wife and I have been very happy with our experiences at Sunoco. James in particular makes every effort to provide an honest and comprehensive service. We trusted James as he seemed willing to tell us what was and was not necessary rather than trying to get as large a bill as possible. I would have no problem in recommending them.
Highly recommend this place for work on your car. I have been getting my car worked on here for a while, and they always do the right thing. About two years ago my car didnt start while I was out in Rockville. I got it towed to shop nearby and they gave me a 750$ estimate. I decided to get it towed here and Im glad I did. I cannot remember the exact problem that he found but it was essentially a something was unplugged we plugged it back...no charge...ended up filling up my tank as a thanks for not charging me 750$ because I wouldve totally not known and wouldnt have thought twice. Overall good work done by good people.

These guys are scammers, who will use MD state inspection to sell you unnecessary repairs.I brought my car for a state-inspection. The mechanic wouldnt pass the car because of rust on the brakes. They said I needed to replace my brakes for $1100 and then they would pass it. I reached out to my dealer where I do all my maintenance and they passed my car without having to replace the brakes. My dealers mechanic said in 15 years only once he wouldnt pass a car for rust on the brakes.
More expensive then a neighboring mechanic for power steering pump replacement. I didn’t take it to the neighboring mechanic because I would have an additional charge for a state inspection re-do.Staff were also quite rude and condescending - I’m not sure what they have gone through in the past, but there’s no need to treat customers that way.I will not be returning here.
Have always had great service from this station..first with the grandfather and now with the grandson.
Overcharge you because you are a woman and they are in middle of nowhere
Has GSTV (ads on TV) at pumps that can not be muted. Will avoid for that reason.
