I normally have great customer service from this store but last night was the absolute worst. I came into the store to upgrade my phone as mine had broken and it was time for an upgrade.There were 2 people in the store, a man and a woman who neither greeted me as I came in. There were no other customers in the store. The woman was closer so I went to her. Her name was Toya. I paid my phone bill and then attempted to purchase a new phone. She kept trying to sell me an IPhone when I wanted an Android. She told me that they dont keep Androids in the store because everyone wants the IPhone even though the store has Galaxy models on display. She did get up and look in the back to see if they had any which they didnt. I was told to go to Best Buy or another store.I left the store with no thank you for stopping in or Im sorry we didnt have the phone. I used to like this store but I will go to another store in the future.
I came to the Bethpage AT&T store for a watch fix that I spent 2 hrs on the phone with customer service and to get no where and got my watch fixed by Latoya and Jessica. I was greeted upon arriving with high cheekbones( cus their wearing masks) and nothing but a good interaction after. I’m highly grateful for there assistance.
I came into the store to open up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Andy was the store rep that helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Andy when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Andy.

This place has one of the worse Customer Service ever. The management team RJ and Jamie gave me wrong information from start to finish. They denied me service and sent me to another location with wrong information. I then return to the store to finish my transaction and RJ (manager) raised his voice at me in defense. I was not given accurate receipts and I had to make a formal complaint with AT&T. This branch is a poor reflection on AT&T service!!

Andy helped me as soon as I came into the store.He was very professional and polite and any question I asked he addressed it and explained everything to me.He is a great employee. The first employee whoever helped and explained thoroughly everything I asked . He is a pleasure.
Adriano was very helpful and explained every step we were going through. Brought a pixel 4xl and a iPhone xr and we are enjoying our new devices. Come here for a friendly staff and great customer service you will not regret how nice they treat you here.
Wish i could leave 0 stars! I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 yrs and this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was sold a new phone and direct tv installation and promised rewards i never received. After numerous calls and texts going back almost a year with the store manager RJ Broege (who also happen to be the person who initially offered me the incentives) I was told today when i went there in person that theres nothing he can do to help me get the promised rebates/promotions. To add insult to injury his advice to me was to cancel my service. This store manager was not only misleading and completely useless but arrogant with no regard to the company he represents. This guy wearing a manager badge and having any type of professional authority over the store or other workers is mind blowing!! By no means am i bashing at&t because the woman who helped me on the phone when i left the store was awesome but I strongly recommend another store.. any other store!!!!

I am not computer literate very much but whenever I have a problem w my phone, or if I dont understand something, there is always someone there. They are willing and very able to help me and seem to help me w their patience. I always leave w alot of respect and appreciation.

I purchased the S10 on October 14th (it took them 3 hours to get the data switched over). The battery had died within the next 3 hours and I was told to Just plug it in over night it will be fine. Everyday I wake up to 100% battery life and by 2:00 I am down to 20%. I have brought it back and forth to them with no reason why it should be dying so soon. I have been calling about the problem and FINALLY today..on the 15th day having the phone the rep says... SORRY TOO LATE TO EXCHANGE IT... YOU HAVE TO GO TO SAMSUNG DIRECT AT THE MALL... Thank you AT&T you made a permanent scar on my SAMSUNG customer service. ONE STAR WAS TOO MUCH FOR THEM...

Came in a few weeks back for a new iPhone. The salesman snuck in protection plans that charges us on a monthly basis. Shady salesguy. Go somewhere else, will report it.
