Got a chance to stop by to get 2 new phones with Tmobile and what a great experience we had there, Rosabel was such a good help and made sure we leave with everything we need to know. Always will go there in near future. Have had very bitter experience at AT&T stores. I am glad I read reviews on Google before I went there and got the best as expected.

Had an excellent experience at Tmobile Bethpage Store, Manu the store manager walked us through each and every step on our First Android phones, appreciated his patience, spent almost 2 hours with us. Must go there for his expertise.

L recently switched companies.i was treated very professional here staff is very good here.i got helped by manu ND preeti.i recommended everyone to visit this store.

When I bought I phone 12 with 120 space at this store, asked about return policy and the manager said 14 days exchange.I decided to return and exchange it with bigger space and pay the differences.I was told that I must pay $70 to exchange plus the price for new one I said that nobody told us this when we asked for return policy then he said that is on the receipt.This is what they do, not enough info provide by the staff when you purchase. They are not honest with customers.I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Not a great experience. I went into t-mobile to inquire about their so called great plans. What a mistake that was. As it turns out one of the salesman their opened a phone line in my name and about 6 weeks later and a few phone calls, I was able to resolve it. It was very clear that when I handed him over my ID and gave him my personal it was ONLY to check my credit and see what plan I qualified for. I declined their offer and walked away without purchasing anything. So please be careful who you give your information to.

Its a T store, but parking is the worst, half the time parking lot is full when the store has no one in it.

Great service!! I switched to T-Mobile from AT&T and they guided me through the whole process and were very polite. Definitely will go back whenever I need something!!

Thomas was great. New people very helpful so far. Prior experiance horrible with theft of services and incorrect pricing. Todays visit as far as I can see was outstanding. Customers were acknowledged at all times despite being busy with others.

Its really ridiculous people have to be so prejedous these days but I went in this store, the workers are like gentle giants, very patient, considerate and helped me with everything I needed. I will recommend anyone that needs help from tmobile to go to this location.

Came in for a replacement phone, left signed up for two $10/mo. services I neither asked for nor authorized. Scammed me plain and simple.

Good store have good deals all the time

When I walked in, both employees were on their respective phones. They completely ignored me until I pestered one of them. Then as soon as he thought hed done the minimal amount of work required for his job, he went right back to the phone call that he apparently never hung up.

My experience was just fine, got what I want in timely manner.

Trash. No courtesy and smug attitude on top of that. Id rather spend my money at almost any other T-Mobile retailer.
