Rico is the guy to see here. He has always been beyond amazing. He answers every single question you have. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this store just because he is there. This guy needs a raise. I had a rough time with T-Mobile experts over the phone with my claim for my broken phone and upgrading at the same time. I walked in the store and was out with my be iPhone 12 within 15 minutes! Fast service I’ve ever had. Never lose this employee. He is a major asset to your team. Great job Rico!!!
This is a very good store. As Ive aged, my grasp of current technology has dwindled somewhat. The people there took very good care of me without judgement and had me turned around with a new sim in under 15 minutes. Thank you very much Tiffany.

If I could have given them 1 star I would have. My girlfriend went into that Binghamton store and told them her phone was broken and she needed it fixed. Apparently Naz told her they couldnt fix it and she then told them she wanted a new phone. They gave her one and signed my name to the docs. She was not listed as an authorized user on my account. When I spoke to Rico, the Store Manager, he said, we should have called you but we didnt and thats on us. Thats an admission of guilt to me. I was with T-Mobile for 13 years when this happened and I have since left for Xfinity. Nobody at T-Mobile seems to want to do anything and all I want to do is return the phone with all the original packing and get a credit for it. The phone was less than $200. T-Mobile has lost a very loyal customer over a fraudulent purchase that Naz signed my name for without my permission or me even knowing about it until several hours later.
Naz is very informative and helpful. He treats customers with the utmost respect. If I owned a Company, Id want him working for me. We purchased an iPhone 11 today and he was multitasking with another customer. Will only come back to your store, instead of the Mall. Thank You.

Had a horrible experience- told us the entire T-Mobile site was glitching- so we would have to get our new phone via online. Seemed not interested in helping us. Went to another location immediately- took care of us and received our phone. No glitch at all. Sales person helping us at the the end did not wear a face mask the entire encounter.
Best store in town. Guys are great, they explain everything and not try to take advantage of me. Made the mistake on going in the mall location was told I can get a sync up free but Im paying $25 more a month, never going there again! Going to Binghamton location moving forward.

Horrible store (T Mobile Binghamton). Every time I come here they give me a hard time. First customer 10am back when they were giving out socks. Told me they were out. I have 2 phones and was told I could only get one spatula today. The same man is very rude every time. He sits outside in a chair in front of the store and today the other employee was sitting in his car. I believe the manager is the one always giving me a hard time unsure of his name.The T Mobile Johnson City on the other hand is amazing. So nice and helpful. Never giving me a hard time.

Nas & Ricco are the best . In all the years that my husband and i have been dealing with getting new phones/ switching carriers this was by far the best experience . They had us up and running in no time .They were very knowledgeable and had quite the sense of humor!

Yesterday morning I went to this store to have them speak on the phone with my phone insurance company, to verify that I could have my replacement device sent there instead of to my home address. After getting the insurance on the phone, the insurance informed me that my deductible would be five times what it normally was supposed to be. This was particularly frustrating because the device I was trying to replace was in fact the phone that they had sent me a few weeks earlier that was not refurbished properly. (The screen had separated from the phone on its own!)Both the manager, Rico Vega, and the other store employee, Michael Bolynn, had gotten on the phone and confirmed to the insurance that there was absolutely NO damage whatsoever to this phone- and tried to advocate on my behalf to convince them to wiave this steep deductible. After observing my frustration with being on the phone with this other company for almost thirty minutes, Rico finally just told me to hang up with them because he would take care of it, and proceeded to order me a replacement phone right there, at pretty much zeto cost to me. I have never been so taken care of by a store and valued as a customer as that, and was absolutely floored. I also need to mention that employee Michael was soo wonderful to my two year old daughter, playing with her and keeping her occupied and happy as I tried to plead on the phone with the insurance company. These guys should be commended for their amaizing customer service skills, and have definitely made me a T-Mobile customer for life. Thank you guys!!!

Went in for a new phone and plan with no frills or extras. Somehow ended up with two device insurance policies and an extra line that I didnt ask for that added up to an extra 35$ a month.Online and call-center support has been good. Do yourself a favor and just buy the phone and plan online, not here.

Went to the store in the mall in johnson city and purchased a phone and had a problem with the phone and they refused to help me and would not allow me to speak to management frustrated I went to the tmobile in Binghamton and not only did they address my problem but also gave me amazing customer service. I will never return to the mall. My new home store is tmobile in Binghamton by price chopper. Thank you for fixing the nightmare tmobile Johnson city tmobile created.
