Wide selection of food and drink. Household items and tobacco products. Small deli inside in which also serves chicken over rice along w other authentic middle eastern favorites and sandwiches. Just a few spots down he also owns a small up and coming smoke shop as well w a small adult item section and also carries w number of other items such as u may find at a unique gift shop. The owners are amazing family oriented ppl and that neighborhood would be utterly lost without them....
Came here for Indian spices and ingredients to cook authentic chicken curry. I was thoroughly disappointed. They have an extremely limited selection and it’s way over priced. They are literally limited to one shelf of spices and a couple shelves dedicated to rice. The “Best Indian Grocery” store was certainly not the best Indian grocery store. It was more like a convenience store. They did seem to have a large alcohol selection, but I would expect that from an average convenience store. The name is very deceiving here. I even asked the representative if they knew of any other stores that would sell what I was looking for and she said there were no others in this area (even though there was a store right down the street). I guess because of competition, but it would have been nice to help out fellow Indians who are just looking to cook a home cooked meal! If you are looking for a quality grocery store for Indian ingredients, I highly recommend A-1 Halal, we went there after going here and they had everything we needed.
Always nice. Great customer service. Kind family ☺️
Literally disgusting! I am new in this area and went to this store as its the closest from my place. First of all they dont have their own parking lot which is really inconvenient. I was so disappointed after entering the store. It was like any store in gass station. No vegetables, meat, fish, fruits nothing! Only thing they have is a collection of ice creams and frozen parathas. Overall I am very much unhappy.
Best place for grocery. Lesser price as conpared to the compitetiors. The owner is a nice guy. Gives a lot of discounts on bulk purchase and regular customers. I suggest this place for indian groceries. They have started sell fresh vegetables, good quality. You get the cheapest ciggerette on main street. Has a good collection of hookah pots and flavours. They serve beer too. A wide variety of snacks are sold too. Its a good thing they sell yogurt now (dont have to go to price chopper). Wide range of parathas methi roti and rice to choose from. Clearly the best indian store in the neighborhood.
The owner is a nice chap
This place is a joke. The worker believes that all item prices are sacrosanct, meaning they arent up for negotiation. Either that or maybe Ive lossed some of my charismatic NYC charm for persuasion.Literally the point of corner stores are to seve the community. Do better.
Kind and attentive to the habits of customers and always family oriented.
Nice little store. The owner and the other workers are real cool.
This might be the best south Asian store in Binghamton. I was able to find all food grocery at this place at a cost affordable by international student. You might also get occasional discount from the owner. If you want something you can ask the owner to get it delivered.
My brother came in weeks before and was told that they had limited supplies due to COVID, I came 3 weeks later because I had business in Binghamton and I went to the store and they had more tobacco products than actual groceries which was surprising because COVID has basically left the area, I had to go to a different store to get groceries and good service.
I live in hamilton ny (1 hour and 30 min drive) and i really needed indian groceries for my friends potluck dinner. Unfortunately in my village we dont have access to indian groceries so i went on google reviews and read a few good reviews for this store and decided to take the risk and do the long drive to binghampton. Oh boy its a good thing my toyota avalon is great on gas because i totally wasted gas money coming here. They have only a handfull of indian stuff, most of the stuff they have is typical gas station products .
Good Indian grocery store.
New management have made awsome changes and its the best place to buy indian and american stuff, very nice and clean
Very friendly and got some decent items just doesnt take foodstamps
They have most of the things from India or Indian made food, frozen and normal food items. They have good collection, like Masala, rice, rice flakes, wheat floor and pulses...
Good indian store in Binghamton. You get almost all indian products and if they dont have one. You can tell the owner to bring it and he will tell you when its available.
A couple of employees are always courteous.
