Booked online, staff greeted and helped me with my rental. Store was clean and trailer was in good condition.Only comment I have is when I dropped off trailer, the one male associate obviously smoked weed prior to work and smell was strong on clothes. It was not only obvious to me and another guest, but also to other store employees (1 being either Manager or Shift Leader) as they chuckled when they noticed too.

I wanted to rent a cargo van for a total of 10 hours for the last trip of an out of state move. They said they do not rent cargo cans for these moves. I asked the rate of the smallest truck they had available then instead and they tried charging me $388 for 100 more miles than I needed and for 2 entire days. They refused to adjust the rate for only 1/2 a day or even for 1 day. I understand that I am passing for mileage and I was driving the truck 210 miles but went am I paying for 2 days and 310 miles? $400 is simply too much for a one day truck rental. Insane.

We had to temporarily relocate from Toronto, Canada to Binghamton. Drove a large truck with our car on an auto-transport (car trailer) towed behind the truck. The car trailer was such a difficult equipment to be towed behind the truck for us and we so badly wanted to drop it off as soon as we arrived. For those who have towed this equipment, you know it is virtually impossible to steer it when reversing unless you have a lot of experience. Driving this thing through small roads is worst than chewing broken glass.Jaison was so kind enough to arrive early at the location and do it for us. Great guy and it was such a joy to deal with him. Will comeback to this location for sure to return the truck after we move to our apartment.

They lied. Said first month free on phone get there its not. Everyother storage sold out. Stuck there. Supposed to be climate controlled its not. Size also not right. No adjustment, take it or leave it.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment online over a month ago to have a hitch installed, only to arrive and be told that the pro was on vacation and that the part was on back-order. But for some reason I was still charged! They were prompt about that. Currently on hold to try and get a refund.

Not impressed. Quite unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff. Charged me for protection I said I didnt want then didnt know how to undo it, waited ~20 minutes while associate tried to figure out how to fix it on the phone with someone who knew, while complaining and swearing about the other staff members. Then one of the turning signals on the trailer didnt work but I had to take it anyways cause I didnt have time to try to figure out another option. Will definitely look hard into other companies the next time I move.

Excellent customer service and product pricing if you do your homework in advance. I recommend you thoroughly check the vehicle for damage before leaving though .

This experience was kinda terrifying. The uhaul truck we had received had something seriously mechanically wrong with it. I only had 1 day to do this due to work and had to do it quick. Truck pulled to the right and i had to countersteer to the left the whole way. Rattled and shook the cabin so bad I thought my door was falling off. Returned it and let them know about the issue and they took a look at the issue and said they cant put it out for rent again and that it was barely holding on. No discount on my price for the unsafe ride. Would not recommend as this isnt the first time I had a sketchy truck. Never a serious issue until now. Will not be returning to this location.

I had to urinate. However, upon lifting the toilet seat, I was greeted with the most hideous specimen of human feces Ive ever seen in my life. I literally dont even want to pee anymore and Im still holding it to this day. Other than that, it was pretty sweet.

The most entertaining Uhaul crew you could ever wish for. Mike is a fantastic juggler, and when Jim does his impersonations of rap singers, you will spit out your gin and juice. Just dont ask them what they keep in that box under the front desk!

Poor quality customer service. First when we got the truck the guy acted like it was a bother to help us. Then upon returning the vehicle there was 1 gentlemen there that was very nice. However when we went in to tell them we were there and pay our bill the same guy from the morning and a girl were sitting there discussing something un business related and completely ignored us. They could have said he (referring to the gentlemen who was actually pleasant) will be right with you. But no, we were completely ignored. Then when my husband asked a question to the woman she just shot him a dirty look and didnt respond.

The staff at the facility are very helpful and nice. Its not really the people there but ive been having issues with u haul since i put my stuff in storage about 6 months ago. Check ur bank statements to make sure the money was taken off ur card if u paid over the phone like i do. They didnt once and i didnt know until the next month when i went to pay and was charged around $70 for the month i thought i paid, $70 for the month i was calling to pay, $30 late fees plus $50 late fee for it being over $30 days.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although we came from Owego, it was worth it because the locations closer to Owego clearly didnt want our business from their attitudes (Im looking at you, Royal Automotive). Definitely call the Binghamton office first!

SHITBAGS. Especially a worthless piece of human garbage named Tyler who decided -- WITHOUT EVER CALLING THE CUSTOMER -- to have me drive TO ANOTHER STATE to pick up a truck reserved 20 minutes away. I only learned that UHaul changed both the size of my truck to 26 feet (Yeah, try maneuvering that in NYC) AND the location for pickup TO PENNSYLVANIA because I called to request a pick up closer to my home. But no. Uhaul decided to screw around with my entire move and assume itd be just fine NOT TO CALL and complicate my move even further. Moving is stressful enough without worthless pieces of garbage like Tyler and UHaul making it more stressful. Not ever using UHaul again unless the entire company becomes a roll of toilet paper in which case I will wipe my a** with them. I would recommend you use a company like Budget which is not only cheaper but they dont seem to hire worthless pieces of human garbage like Tyler. Their employees are actually helpful.

I was told on the phone i could pay in cash since I put the deposit on my credit card online. I went to get my trailer and pay cash and all of a sudden it was $110, they needed an extra deposit for my cash?? couldn’t even understand the worker who kept mumbling everything, then swore right infront of me. unprofessional and total bull.

It works for a storage facility, but it is a little inconvenient to access the units. With one small elevator and a set of stairs that you must walk around the building to get to, it doesnt make for a ideal storage facility at all.

Computers are always slow. Youd think with all the money flowing out of here theyd upgrade their operating system.
