The sale girl was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and sweet. She also looked out for my best interest with choosing a phone and adding newly added services that Metro by T-Mobile. I am very thankful.

Would not come here again. I went there to switch and the guy claimed that I couldnt, claiming I had to pay for another month with my previous prepaid service to switch, then when I looked up that information I found out he was completely wrong, came back he claimed the same thing had to have him call the owner and the owner set him straight that a person DOES NOT have to still be using their previous phone service to switch to metro, plus it doesnt make any sense, before he was proven wrong he tried to lie on me claiming I said it differently like I didnt pay my previous phone bill which also doesnt make any sense seeing how you have to pay a PREPAID phone bill ahead of time in order to use it. Then the guy said because he was wrong he would offer me two phone cases for the price of 30 dollars and come to find out their original price was 15 dollars each, so he was not giving anybody a deal, and the cases were flimsy and cheap looking. You could find better cases on Amazon for 5 dollars. Then he added a extra fee to my bill that he never asked about which I later found out he was supposed to offer the service and give me the right to decline, had to have customer service remove the unwanted fee. The horrible thing is the guy that did all this is supposed to be the MANAGER at this store. I will never go back to this store period. I wish I never went in the first place, the manager was grimy, a liar, and quite rude trying to talk to anybody that went past and took over an hour to switch my service. This store was convenient for me, but is not worth the hassle. I will travel much further to get any other services needed from metro pcs. The company itself is fine its just the people that work at this location dont know what they are doing and are not helpful. Also he tricked us into getting lesser quality phones swearing up and down they were better. Then we found out from another clerk at another location that that wasnt true. Have been trying to get the phone I want but another clerk made up a policy, that was not on the receipt or on the website. What a nightmare location. If you want to get a phone from metro pcs go somewhere else.

Wow! Asked for the new 2018 deals and he gave me what I needed. I was in and out in 5 mins. I’m a happy customer because of the good service this location can provide. Other locations I’ve been to are worst than this.
