I came to transfer my old phone to a new one. I was greeted and told somebody would be with me soon. Soon after I was greetedby a nice young lady who asked what I needed. She connected my phones for downloading saying it would take 20. She checked back with me several times. Another young man kindly finished up & held the door for me as I left, as I am disabled.I appreciated the fact that this store and a bench to sit on. A chair would have been better, but I have noticed in other stores there are neither. I have requested a chair in the past at other stores and they have accommodated me. If I find anything short on my visit into your stores it would be the lack of seating. I have a difficult time standing for more than 5 to 10 minutes and would not have been able to stand that long without being able to be seated. Show my only recommendation for you guys is please provide seating for those that are using Walkers and canes. Your people were very kind and helpful and that was much appreciated!

Received assistance from Chris. He answered all my questions quickly, clearly and expertly! I have never been helped with any technology by any one with his skill!

Great service. I only needed a sim card but they took the time to make sure everything was perfect before I left. They were professional through out my visit and I felt they listened to my issue for the reason I was there to replace my existing sim card

Thank you SO much to Jake B at this location. 8/12 he helped me fix my massive phone bill that I did not want in the first place, where the previous agent at the eden prarie location made my bill go from 140 to 450$ a month with 2 lines, but Jake B helped bring it down to 220$, I cannot thank him enough!

Always had good service here. Zach always helps us when we get new phones or new screen protectors which seem to happen frequently haha. We have been a customer for a long time and switched to OnePlus devices and we will never get anything else!

I am a senior citizen who needed help purchasing a new phone. I went in last week, concerned that I would have to set up my own phone. Ryan helped me find a great phone, set it up for me, answered all my questions. He was kind and respectful. I really appreciated his help!!!

This review reflects a ONE TIME experience at this store. I have been going there for over 8 years and never had a problem before. Today I went buy my wife a mothers day gift and the associate who was helping me(Bradley) makes me feel I dont belong to his store and he tried to push me out as mush as possible. He wasnt willing to answer my questions and thats really sad. I love T-mobile thats why I am with the company for over 12 years. This is the first time am writing a negative review.

I have always had great service from this Blaine store. Management and staff are well trained, friendly (& patient). Been a customer for a decade or more and never disappointed. Laura is fantastic.On another note, my years of being a T-Mobile customer have been a good value, never disappointed in its coverage in town or on trips. I can only hope it does not change with the blending of the poor customer service Sprint. -[yes I shop around when I need phone replacement]-

This T-mobile has to be one of the BEST in the Twin Cities area, the staff has definitely gone through some changes however they have consistently stay friendly knowledgeable and courteous keep up the great job T-Mobile

SCAM SCAM SCAM Was driving by and lost all signal. Asked for help, told that phone is unfixable and need a new one. Buy new one. Get home, old phone works fine now. Drive back. Phone stops working again (are they using a jammer or is the tower just down?) and they want to charge a restocking fee. NO!. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay Away!

I brought my warranty exchange phone in to get everything transferred to the new phone. My old phone was cracked and only half the screen worked. Jake pulled out all of his tricks by twisting my phone and using voice activation to get everything transferred over. He couldve easily said you screen is broke I cant help you, but he didnt. Great asset to TMobile!

Jake helped us add a phone to our plan. He was super helpful, quick and made the experience pleasant. I hope Jake is working the next time I need to go into the service center!!!

A young woman greated is at the door. I needed a new phone but didnt have any idea what they now had or how much I was going to spend. This young woman was named Laura. She was very patient and understanding and very helpful. We discussed the different phones and prices. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Aaron was terrific in helping me to sign up with t mobile. Highly recommend this store on 109th and central in Blaine.

Had a number of problems with the associate trying to help with phone purchase. The biggest problem was the gotchas that he came up with after the fact. They charge for purchasing in the store. They attempt to transfer data, but they may take 45 minutes of your time while transferring nothing.The biggest problem with the assistant manager. He decided to be rude and argumentative. He was less helpful than the associate. I would recommend saving time and money; just purchasing online if youre able.

Zachery should not be in customer service. Very pompous yet unable to handle confrontation. Refused a warranty on my phone after last Friday, it was approved. Out of spite he changed my sim card after I left the store and I can no longer use my phone. He claimed that they do not have a store manager so we are now in communication with the district manager to resolve the issue because he would not. Ellen Degeneres called, she wants her haircut back.

Bravo, Max! I broke my phone last night and was completely beside myself. I thought everything was lost. Max spent almost 2 hours helping me recover everything! He answered all my questions and helped me figure out my best course of action - he deserves a raise!! The other associates were most helpful also, even staying past close to make sure everything was 100% for me. I could not be more grateful.

Was just in there today to do a warranty exchange and possibly upgrade a phone. A nice gentleman greeted me at the door amd put me on the list, so I sat down and waited. After the last customer other than myself left, the employees stood there talking for 7 minutes until a couple ladies walked in and disregarded any help I may have needed. That just killed it for me. The customer service was bad, very clean store though.

I have been to many Tmobile stores. They have all been pretty good. THIS one I just feel like I am having fun rather than just fixing stuff or buying stuff. Staff treats me like family. Happy employees do better work.

The staff was knowledgeable on the new phones. We went in to upgrade our old phones. We just got our new bill and we are being charged for four phones instead of two. When we went back to the store they just said that it was prorated. Still doesnt make since on why we are being charged double. It would have been nice to know this when we got the new phones but of course the employees probably have a quota to meet for commission.

I had to go to an AT&T store yesterday for someone to get them a new flip phone onto their existing account. It took that store over an hour, and I still walked out with a non-working phone. Go here it really is better than what else is out there!

They r gaining lots of new customers with lies but also losing 10+year customers after we realize how much they lie! Been lied to numerous times at this location and over the phone we r switching next month! MAKE SURE U FULLY READ ANYTHING U SIGN WITH TMOBILE AND KEEP UR COPY!! they will tell u one thing and u will sign just to get out of there quick but then when they charge u different they will say u should have read ur agreement!

They were kind of helpful but they didnt have what I was looking for, like the Samsung Galaxy Note 8

I bought a new iPhone X on 4/14/18 at this store and forgot to bring my old phone to do a rebate program. I bring it in the next day and they are not willing to buy it or give at least a credit for it. They are telling to bring it in next time, I buy a new phone. If they are not willing now, why would I come again to this store. I’m not sure if I made the right choice spending my money at this store. Not a friendly customer service which was disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Been a customer for 15 years (with 8 phones) and couldnt even get a replacement sim card for free. Seriously work on your customer retention. Called customer service and got a credit. PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO JEFF, THE WHOLE POINT IS TO KEEP CUSTOMERS. I wish I could give this store zero stars.

I always get all the help I need from Josh at this location. I have been a customer for around 15 years and continue to be one because my needs are being met consistently. I am always informed when an adjustment to my services would result in saving me money or increasing the performance of my devices. Thanks to everyone at Blaine Tmobile for all your dedication - I could just as easily drive to Roseville, north town or a number of other nearby locations, but I have found the service at that location to be superior.

What a joke!

Dont get duped into buying a service you dont need. You are just a dollar sign to them and if youre not guarded, they will lie to you and tell you that youll need x in order to get z.The lines are horrible at 7pm and after waiting an hour they know you just want to gtfo and get done with. I was conned into getting unlimited minutes on a line when upgraded a phone. This was in 2012 though and entirely my fault.

Went to the store and tried to get a replacement sim card. They wanted to charge me $20 quoting some new policy. I left and called customer care who said yes I could get a free replacement sim. They made a note in my account for it as well. Went to another store and they didnt even question me when I asked for a sim. BTW if you go online they do charge $10 for a starter kit which looks like it includes a sim. This store tried to gouge me for $10. Way to treat your loyal customers!
