I was very happy with Verizon. I was having a problem with my phone and the battery. My phone was only 10 months old I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone because I didnt have extra warranty. They told me that I was going to get a replacement phone at no charge. I was happier than ever. Thank you Verizon!!!

Salesperson was friendly enough however...I brought a Galaxy S9 phone in that has had issues basically since we purchased from a 3rd party vendor, the tech (salesperson) looked at a couple of things but was not sure how to make phone work.He advised me to call 611 if the issue continued so I called and scheduled a callback and the first level support person had me try some things, none of which worked and he elevated the support ticket and second level support was supposed to call me between 15 to 30 minutes and 2 hours later I have heard nothing.I called again to try and get issue taken care of and was given the opportunity to have my place in line held and to get a callback which made things nice another However... after pressing 1 and entering my account pin the call was connected to a dead line and I still have not spoken to this mythical tier 2 support department.I will attempt to reach them again tonight but if the issue is not resolved Verizon will NOT see me as a customer beyond the 17 years I have been with them!!!

Just had the worst experience ever on a slow Sunday, looking to upgrade my company phones with Verizon with their new upgrade program spoke with the manager of the Blaine Northtown store Josh. There was absolutely nobody in the store and two people that were working. He stated he had another customer appointment in 10 minutes.He refused to talk to me about it said I had to make an appointment. Josh this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had with Verizon and I was telling you I was getting offered another better deal with T-Mobile for my business. Thank you for helping me make our decision about Verizon customer service issues. You proved everything correct. Just lost a very long time customer. Do not go to the Verizon in Northtown Blaine Mn
Quick service and picking up my order. Everything was explained to me and they even Backed up my phone for me so that transferred to my new phone would be simple and an easy process. Staff was very friendly
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Josh the “manager” told me today that he didn’t have time to take care of an issue I’ve had since purchasing the phone on June 3rd. He told me to call customer service. This is after I arrived at my scheduled appointment @ 11am and waited an hour before being told that a manger would have to look at the issue. I was told I’d hear from him by 1:00pm ( which didn’t happen). So I stopped back in @ 2:30 and that’s when I was told he didn’t have time to deal with my issue. It doesnt surprise me now why the rest of the employees at that location have such terrible attitudes. While waiting there earlier in the day I recorded an altercation between an employee and a customer because the customer was upset at having to wait an hour. The employee decided to cop an attitude with him and start yelling at the employee. Then another customer jumped in and started berating the customer who had been waiting. Instead of telling both the customers to stop, they threw the old man out of the store. The employees then started discussing the old mans business with the other customer. None of those employees including the manger should be working customer service. I’ll never step foot in that place again and once I get my refunds due to me, I’ll be dumping Verizon and going elsewhere.

Spencer and Tyler were great help! I had a issue with my number porting over, and it took longer than expected. Spencer is a great guy and good person to have a conversation with! Made the waiting time go by so much faster. He’s a great guy & will get you the help you need!

Horrible service. Was told it would be a few minutes and ended up waiting +30 minutes before I left and was never helped. 3 people were working. One was carrying on a conversation about him kids with a customer. The other two kept walking into their back room and hiding from customer. Horrible service!

After speaking with Verizon about upgrading my daughters phone, they said we could pick up the phone at the Northtown location. That the store would have the phone ready for us to pick up.Normally, I go to the Verizon off of Baltimore St in Blaine because of their excellent service. Upon arriving at the store, an employee in a less than pleased tone, asked for my name and told us to wait. After 30 minutes (it was busy and we were being patient) he basically grabbed the phone from the back, handed me the bag and was annoyed when I asked about getting a new case and screen protector. Pointed us in the direction of the cases and said to look for a case. He walked off and started helping more people. Since we had already been there 30 min, we knew which case we wanted right away. However, we were right back in the line again. It wasnt just the one guy helping us. NONE of those working seemed to be happy to be there.I will NEVER go back to this store. We left, went to the other Blaine location where we were greeted with a smile. Purchased the case and screen protectors and were more than willing to help us when we had questions setting up the new phone.
The most unprofessional and dishonest manager I have ever seen.We went in to the store and were told customers are served by first come first serve.So, she took our number and sent us a ““You are checked in, we will notify you when it’s your turn”We kept waiting at the parking lot and noticed she was closing up and still no notification. So we when to her and asked we are still waiting outside and you haven’t served us yet because me and my husband were planning to buy to new phones.She lied and said she texted us when there was no nothing.Wasted our time when we could’ve went to some other store.She says she the general manager “Taylor” Well her lost because now we are gonna go somewhere else and spend that money else where and will tell family and friends near there to go somewhere else .
I went into the store today to ask for help with ordering a new screen protector, because I wasnt sure how to do it and not have to pay for it because there is a warranty on it. This young guy was not helpful at all. I asked for his help and he said, I dont know how to do it, and didnt offer any other suggestions on how I can get help. So I went to the Maple Grove store and the guy there was very helpful. Im not going back to the Blaine store. Bad customer service.
Avoid Spencer at all costs. I had a terrible experience with someone that was the least helpful and rude human being. I wouldve easily bought $250 of extras to go with my phone (screen protector, case, wireless charger, and new ear pieces). He opted not to show me what the phone looks like and wasnt able to show me even a floor model of the new S20. Im very close to switch my services to another provider with how poorly I was treated at this Verizon shop. Also, dont bother asking them to switch old data over to new phones. They just show you the door after purchasing $1000 phone.
Amazing customer service. I had a pair of headphones that was defective. I brought them back with the receipt and original box and they were able to swap them out with a different pair in 15 minutes. Ryan helped me and he was definitely well informed and helpful. Always a great experience when bigger company’s can be so ethical and help clients have the best experience with their products!

Policy does not trump law or regulation! Descimunated for not having a cloth mask even though was wearing a face shield! For someone who has hard time breathing because of anxiety and asthma if I had the money at the moment for a lawyer I would sue! Very unprofessional would not recommend this store to anyone. And I think the manager should be fired!
Great friebdly staff got 2 new phones. 4 stars for not informing me I had $60 in device dollars in rewards to use (expiring in Sept). Also gave me the wrong case for one of the phones resulting in a trip back. Otherwise very good experience.
The employees of this Verizon store were nothing short of sneaky, lazy and unwilling to provide help. As a customer I felt disrespected, at one point the employee stated if I needed anything just come find them, “They have other things to do.” I had to interpret to my father what the sales rep and I were talking about. It was quite difficult to even begin interpreting this to my dad because we were being led in so many different directions from what our original question was and apparently we were wasting their time. We were being told one thing by one employee and something completely different from the other. It was absolutely frustrating and these sales reps were clearly not in the mood to help answer any of our questions.
Horrible customer service. Before I payed $149 for a new phone with insurance,I told my son to go up and make sure it was just his screen which is a cheaper fix but instead they said just call our insurance people. Every time I tried to call, just rang no one answered. After reading reviews,I should have known this was expected at this location. Maybe time for new management. The Verizon store near my home in WI is alot more helpful and will help setup your insurance claim.
I was in the store and the person who was attending to me excused himself to sign in someone who just walked up and was answering questions for several minutes while I stood and waited for him to return, then he started to talk to another person who just walked up!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. My visit was pretty undemanding. Some other customers.....not so much. But they handle it with a smile and caring attitude, even at closing time. I previously worked in wireless and it can be fought, but these guys/gals are top notch.
This location has excellent customer service! They act as quickly as possible to serve you and are efficient in their work. Its always very clean and well maintained. They have lots of different models of phones/technology with plenty of accessories to purchase as well. Highly recommended location.
Had a problem with the new phone I got the day before. They helped me with the problem. But I was also told that it wasnt their job. I say maybe dont sale phones if your not going to give your customer all the information they need while youre selling them the phone instead of after when theyre having problemsAnother customer got a new phone while I was standing there because her phone didnt work any longer. After the salesperson did the transaction he looked at her phone did some things and her phone started working again.She asked why he didnt do that before she got her new phone?I guess she and I both found out to be very careful at this Verizon.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced, I attempted to purchase a new phone and was told they CAN NOT help backup my device. So I wanted to purchase the phone or place it on hold I was told they could NOT do that company policy. When I returned in the morning I was told the phones were sold unless I had the one on hold I said I was told you could not hold devices and received a BS as they choked on their spit. The manger was a complete A-hole and not even willing to talk to me. Verizon you have lost perspective of all customer service in my eyes.
Been in here twice to negotiate my bill down. Left because of the wait first time then got skipped over so they could make sales the second time. As soon as I can get them paid off, Im switching to Tello.

Nothing but issues with this store multiple times. Not sure if some of the employees are educated enough on phones to be working there. I will be driving out of my way from now on to avoid going to the north town Verizon store.
I’m actually thinking of taking my business to at&t. This switching to Verizon experience has been horrendous. I wish I could change my one star rating to no stars! I realize all these phone companies have their pros and cons but I’ve never gone through so much back and forth, being transferred to from one person to the next over and over again.
Went in to switch to Verizon. The initial wait seemed pretty long (4 or 5 people ahead of us), about 15 or 20 minutes. After we were actually talking with an associate, though, it went very smoothly. We knew what we wanted, and it was a good experience.
I went twice in two days to this Verizon location. I originally went in to pick up an Iphone 8 that I had ordered online through myVerizon app, and to add a work line. Both processes were taken care of within minutes of being in the door by a nice young woman. I then returned today to exchange the phone for a plus version. I was helped by a young man named Dominic. He was very courteous and efficient with the exchange and data transfer. I was extremely pleased with both employees I worked with and by the general service here.

The staff is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.I have always had positive experiences at this store and will continue to shop here for upgrades and service issues. I like that they work on your phone right in front of you and dont need to take it into a back room. To the reviews below, you need to read the promotions carefully, it isnt the staffs fault at this store if a promotion expires.
The absolute worst Verizon store period. Kids that dont care to help, horrible attitudes, wont answer the phone. Just called and the kid picked up the phone said oh shoot someones on the phone and hung up. Save yourself the headache and go to a different store. This one is the worst.

I pointed at the sign next to the display phone and told the girl this is what I want and at the price posted on the sign. She quickly removed the sign and told me they couldnt honor the price. What gives? Well Verizon just lost two customers...I know big deal! Ill never darken the doorway of this location again and will move my business to a different provider.

Have to say after reading the reviews I went into this store thinking I would be there for awhile and was prepared for the experience to not be pleasant.. Well Exactly the opposite happened. The store was busy and Darian got to me when it was my turn.. I was not having a good day since my phone broke a couple days before and I been without a phone for two days and well I got my new phone and it was all set up and ready to go before leaving.. As I was there I watched how things were going since I Manage a company myself and I have to say whatever anyone says this store handles everything in a very professional manner. I do not give reviews much but I felt this one was necessary after reading all the negative reviews I find them unfounded maybe the world should practice some more patience Thank you Darian for the excellent service and getting me in and out in less then a hour with my new phone and I Pad!! I will be back if I need anything..
Walked in and had a sales man walk right up to us, thought okay well be in and out quickly. We were only looking for cases. He took our names down and walked away. He went around to everyone getting their names but nothing else. The other sales lady was with a couple and I over heard her snap at them when asked if they could have a few minutes to think. Rude! We walked out before even getting help. Just sucked.

Bad customer service. Josh was fast to push us out the door without helping us. He brought us the phone, when I asked to look at it, his answer was I dont know why, its the same as on the floor. I had to physically reach over and open the case myself. Then he told us that we could leave because the phone automatically works after 30 minutes of our old one being off. He then left to talk with a coworker. We went home, waited more than 30 minutes, turned the new phone on but it didnt work. We keep trying all evening. Still didnt work. Had to call the corporate number the next day and they told us the phone was never activated. Had to go through a whole phone process to activate our phone. Bad service! If Josh tells you to leave, do not. Make sure the phone is working before you walk out of the store.
The team at this store are outstanding, Jeremy and Colton were both incredibly personable and helpful. I had dropped my phone (gah!) and needed a new device ASAP. They helped me navigate the confusion of options and were super helpful in getting me into the best phone for my needs. I had lots of questions butJeremy took the time to answer everything and Colton made sure my new stuff was set up right. A++ :)

Worst Verizon experience. Incredibly inefficient. Was told to wait an hour due to large demand, and several people walked in without an appointment and were helped before me. All I needed to do was swipe my card and pick up the phone. Terrible service.
Slow should should never take over 20 minutes to answer a question. So I left not being helped at all.
I was told prior to coming to Canada for a week that my phone would work here. After arriving and trying to get things working for a few hours, im told that my phone wont work outside the US. Now im here without ability to call anyone, use my phone for texting, or use it data or for GPS. Cant even connect to WiFi without a data connection. I was advised to find a local place to get a phone. I thought thats what i was paying $150/month for. Probably going to T-Mobile after this cluster.

I called the store for assistance and it rang and rang and no one picked up. I called during the morning so they shouldnt have been too busy to answer the phone.
After several experiences of terrible customer service at this store, I attempted to call Verizons 800 number to make a complaint - only to find out this is NOT a Verizon Corporate Store. Meaning, these guys are here dressed in a Verizon shirt, but their goal is solely commission. Which explains a lot. GO TO THE STORE ON MAIN STREET. Verizon Corporate told me it is there Id receive better customer service as they are trained by Verizon when it comes to customer service.On one occasion, I entered the store hoping to be helped to fix a battery issue with my phone. Before even looking/holding my phone, the agent recommended I upgrade to the 6S, a newer phone. When I told her I did not want to upgrade, she suggested I go to the Apple store to have them run a diagnostic on my phone.On another occasion, I came in hoping to buy a screen protector. The representative came back with a Zagg Invisible Shield protector, and told me this is the ONLY one they had in the store and that it costs $37.00. She was very aggressive. A week later, my screen cracked. When I went into Verizon, a different agent told me I actually had to go to Zagg to get the screen replaced. Did they know where the Zagg was located in the mall? No. They told me just walk down the center of the mall and Id find it. The Zagg kiosk told me theyve received several complaints about this specific store when it comes to informing the customer about the Zagg product, about how the warranty actually works, and also INCOMPLETE packaging. The box I purchased was incomplete. I spent $37 to receive a package without its cleaning cloth and microfiber wipe. One other thing, the screen is $14.99 on the Zagg site.

Staff is not great at all not even management, if I could give the store no stars I would. Came into the store dropped off information, I was told that I was going to be contacted as soon as information was entered into their system. I was never contacted at all. Have no recognition of me even coming into the store.Not to mention lost the item that was provided to them. And all I get is a sorry, you can come back into the store.
