Fake black Russian Bagels. They are rye bread. Disgusting. They dont cook the egg all the way either. The yellow part is still RAW (in chef Ramseys voice). Hard to eat. They are swamped with orders and cant handle them so the wait time is egregiously long.

I dont think theres anything wrong with this place, maybe the fact that it gets so busy in there that we cant place an order by phone. But I understand why its as busy as it is, these are some of the best bagels that Ive ever had in my life! They are soft, and the whipped cream cheese makes the difference! Normally I get an everything bagel with plain cream cheese, and I can eat the same thing every day and never get tired of it they are that good! I particularly like that theyre everything bagels have just a little bit of salt on it I feel like it definitely adds more to the flavor of the bagel. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend this place. Very busy during breakfast and lunch hours. We usually go in-between the rush hours. Very delicious and reasonable priced. We go every week for breakfast and lunch. Weve also had food catered for several small gatherings. They did not disappoint. Everything was gone and everyone asked where did we get the food. Thumbs up!

Its good but they dont put enough on the sandwich and there platter portions are small.Not for me two slices of meat and one slices of cheese on a bagel isnt enough for me for the price youll are asking for.

I order from here often. Unfortunately, today I called and was told there was no delivery today and I would have to use the app. I used the app for the first time and food never came and I was charged. An hour after ordering I called the store for the person on the phone to have no information for me regarding when it was picked up or the name of the delivery service they use. I was told it’s out of their hands. Guess I’m out of my food and money. I called again and got a number to call for the delivery. Apparently it’s a privately owned company and he said he could not make the delivery himself so he hired door dash to handle it for him. His records show it was delivered. So no food and terrible customer service by bagel shop and still hungry! Shame because I order from this shop often. I guess not anymore since they don’t care about their customer.

I cannot say enough good things about these bagels! When I moved up here from PA, these were the first bagels I tried and have (very infrequently) ordered from anywhere else. When coming home from the holidays I brought my family here to try the bagels and now they are all obsessed. If you are nearby and looking for a good bagel, look no further!

The bagels are decent, the service is not. Ordered a bagel sandwich and it came on the wrong bagel (also not scooped, as requested twice). Also once had an order sit complete on the counter for 10 minutes before we asked and received the now cold bagel. Think well be trying other places in town moving forward.

Fresh bagels made daily and they also make some of the meat for their cold cuts on the premises as well. If you haven’t tried their homemade roast beef, sliced thin on a bagel or roll with a little cheese and mustard, you’re missing out! Not only are their bagels delicious and their food fresh and well maid- most of it to order, including omelettes, home fries, hot sandwiches, etc... they are very much involved in the community and donate to various fundraisers, sports teams and such. It’s a pleasure to support a family business that gives back.

My kids and visiting house guests look forward to my weekend bagel pick ups. Many flavors to choose from. Their rainbow bagel is very vibrant, cinnamon raisin is delicious and full of juicy raisins, and my favorite the everything bagel is absolutely perfect. Restaurant is very clean and the staff is always friendly on my visits.

Bloomfields Best Bagels (BBB) is my favorite bagel place in Bloomfield.The place can get very busy at times, especially on weekend mornings but with rare exception orders are handled promptly and correctly.I love their bagels and Ive tried most of their bagel varieties. The only one I really wish they made is a sourdough bagel, like Bagels Unlimited in Little Falls. If BBB made a good sourdough bagel I would go nowhere else.Another thing I love is that they sell Joe Teas which are one of my favorite drinks.Keep doing a great job BBB!

The place is busy but I feel like waiting 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese is beyond ridiculous. Came back a few months later and its the same thing. They have about 10 to 12 guys behind the counter but I feel there is no sense of urgency. Overall good food just wish I didnt have to wait so long for it.

Food is ok but they only deliver when they feel like it. They’re open till 3, say they deliver till 2, but tell me at 1:20-1:45 that they stopped delivering already. Not a very professional way to conduct business! Thanks to that we can’t rely on them for our deliveries consistently :(

Very spacious venue for a bagel place. Popular in the area. I see at least 2-3 people ordering whenever I go there. The bagels are good, but nothing special about the muffins. I never tried other menu items.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm, no line, no one waiting...and no one at the register, even though there are five people working in the front. The lady cleaning tables has to tell someone to take my order, four bagels with cream cheese or butter, one toasted. About 6 or 7 people come in after me, with similar orders, egg sandwiches, toasted bagels, etc. Ten minutes later everyone who ordered after me has come and gone, and Im still waiting. Finally a few minutes later I get my food, and its 1:12 pm. I get home and I find the order is wrong and the toasted bagel wasnt. It took them 12 minutes to prepare four bagels incorrectly. This would be typical of my experience over the course of at least a decade. Better bagels and better, faster service can be found in several other places nearby.

The bagels are ALWAYS fresh, and Ive been going there for at least a dozen years. Unfortunately, I live further away now and they dont deliver here, but that doesnt stop me from making trips to Bloomfield to go there. The owner is very creative & will accommodate the needs of his customers. Definitely give it a try if you havent!!

Good bagels, fast and nice service, and no one seems bothered if my toddler is dancing in the middle of the store for no reason at all! We live within walking distance on nice days and its the perfect destination for us to get out for breakfast or lunch.

Its a real Bagel place. With fresh bagels, They have almond milk for coffee! Bread is never stale.

Trying to get a correct order from this place is a joke. Instead of Tea they sent a cup of hot water with no tea bag. When I called them regarding their mistake, they actually thought it was funny and were laughing while Im on the phone; they didnt even have the intelligence nor decency to mute the conversation. And to top it all off, the delivery guy didnt even know how to count out the change...I will never order from them again and neither should you if you want to #1 get your complete order and # 2 If you dont want to wait 2 hours for your delivery.

Probably the best spot in bloomfield. Place is a typical bagel shop nothing fancy but food is always banging. Bagels remind me of Long island bagels and I always go for the bacon, egg and cheese because it is just spot on and very filling. Bacon is always cooked to perfection. Pancakes there too are a nice surprise- soft, large, and flavorful. Very normal prices.

Ive been here twice and got a rainbow bagel both times. Each time it was incredibly fresh. The funfetti cream cheese is way too sweet so I opted for regular the second time. The staff is okay. Not rude but not overly friendly either.

I decided to get a Bagel sandwich from here as its been awhile. The Taylor ham is burnt so badly I went ahead and just got my sandwich my from usually spot instead.
