Someone picked up a bagel for me from there today. The bagel was stale and hard as a rock.This place used to have the best bagels. What happened?

Really nice gal waited on me. But meh bagel, and skimpy cream cheese which was poorly made and grainy. Too many options out on the streets to ever try this place again. Looks like they move more breakfast sandwiches than bagels. Perhaps...

Bagels are mediocre (if Im being nice). Im not local to the area and had remembered they served beef sausage links as an option from previous visits years ago and enjoying the food along with the pricing (also from years ago)Anywho, I drop my girlfriend off at work in the area, so Ive given the spot a few previous attempts along the 3/4 month stint this past Spring. I have to say the last visit was probably my least favorite!For starters, heres my suggestions, skip the bagel and go with a roll or go with the platter. I ordered an everything lightly toasted with beef sasuage, egg and cheddar cheese. I believe the beef sausage isnt a big seller considering the woman who took my order had to let the cook know that they had a different sausage they sold (first flag) secondly someone else who sounded like a regular they were discussing apparently likes it too but hasnt shown up yet and it was still on the grill (almost doesnt make sense that the two different sausages even had to be explain at that point.)So that day I got Tonys sausage (sorry Tony) which who knows how long was sitting on the grill, the bagel wasnt toasted, the cheese wasnt what I asked for (cheddar) and the egg was undercooked and still had that leaky running almost like snot type of texture.The woman cooking the food was sweating profusely while handing me my sandwich which made it all the less appetizing. I took one bite took the sausage off to eat and tossed the rest for the local pigeons.It would be nice to see this place get it together and I will say for just an egg platter its not terrible and the beef sausage is not something I regularly see and do like. Also pricing is more than fair for their breakfast platter special and is the reason I am giving them 3 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟!Id be more then happy to update the review if I see things have changed for the better and management welcomed another appearance byTruly Yours,Graziano The Bagel Boss Critic 🥯and professional Google Local expert reviewer!

Bagels are like store bagels you buy in a pack of 12. Coffee is okay. Service is good.

Good n friendly service

First off, I have been there many times because it is dirt cheap, particularly their breakfast deal. As I often frequent hole in the wall places, I dismissed the fact that it looks like this place hasnt been cleaned in years and the condiment containers, booths, and pretty much anything you touch in the place is slimy and sticky. The food was always inconsistent and questionable but you cant really mess up eggs. The potatoes on the other hand are another story and the last time I got a surpriseThe old dude had a collection of loose hair on his sweat shirt, which looks like he wears every day. After noticing that, I made sure to watch him closely. The potatoes are prepared in advance (i wouldnt be surprised if they are left over for days) and kept to the side of the griddle which the guy regularly reaches across with his unwashed sweatshirt. When you order, they warm up the old potatoes and slop them in your platter. When I received my meal, I closely inspected the potatoes and found a bunch of small hairs, some actually embedded and fused to the potatoes as if slow cooked into them. There is no way this place could pass a health inspection.

Cant say enough good things about Cambridge Bagels. Been going here my whole life and still one of the best bagels ive had. also the breakfast special is A+

Great place it has been around for quite a while I like the people here my job is close to it as well breakfast or lunch something Ill enjoy and a ice house makes it great at summer time 🤣😂💪 enjoy something when you can.

Best corner deli for years, its tremendous! Come get yourself a Taylor ham, egg, cheese 🥯. Or scrumptious-deliyumious cream cheese bagel and enjoy yourself! 👌

I desperately wanted to like this place as it is so close to where I live, but the bagels are like something you get at a grocery store in a bag of 6, or a continental breakfast at a budget hotel. Additionally, the place is not terribly clean. The staff is friendly, but it does not make up for the lack of quality that you would expect from a Bagel place in the NY metro area.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. The service and food has always been excellent. The owner has always welcome me as a long time customer.

My ultimate favorite spot. Still after 25 years. I always go back for my Taylor ham sandwich and home fries on a morning I dont want to cook! Delicious!!

In difference to other reviewers here I happen to like their bagels and have been a customer for years. Admittedly the interior of the place is worn and really could use a renovation. Nevertheless I have never had a bad experience with the quality of the product and service. I typically just get a bag of bagels and coffee, however, occasionally I have put cream cheese on one for our son and I see them preparing cream cheese bagels all the time. They always put the cream cheese on the bagel for you.

The cook there is so bad she has no clue what she doing she is bad to the person that walk in and she think she is a man ....

I always go there for breakfast on Friday and Saturday. I really like the place. They treat you very well.

In the early 90s I went to cosmetology school around the corner from this place and during breaks me and the girls would walk over to get coffee, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The place was spotless and clean. The food was good as were their bagels. Now its disgusting. They have a all selection of bagels and there not good at all. When I asked for a bagel with cream cheese I was expecting th to put it on for me like most bagel shops do. She handed me a bag with a very small tube of Philadelphia cream cheese? How cheap! I will never go in there again. Its not a cleN place either. Im the first to write a great review so Im the first to write a bad one when it warrants one! Dont waste your time or money!!!

Horrible experience i just left that place there were four people behind the counter not one person acknowledged me or asked can i help you. Ill never eat at this place again or spend a dime on that filthy place again.

2 unprofessional employees up front. The older gentleman behind the counter is rude and sarcastic. The older ladys appearance looks homeless. Id rather not have those 2 serve me ever.

The worst ordered A breakfast sandwich on a toasted bagel it was not toasted and the eggs runny i made sure to ask if it was toasted before paying and he said yes it was slow service dirty interior would not recommend for anybody.

Horrible and smells pretty dirty inside and if your in a rush definitely not the place to go .. I stood on line for 20 minutes waiting to place a order and eventually just walked out empty handed, thanks for nothing Cambridge bagel factory
