Customer service is trash! I went in just to buy motor oil. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. I grabbed what I needed then stood up front waiting for one of the two cashiers to assist me. Didn’t receive help from either. One literally said he was busy with something else while the other one looked at me then decided to pick up a phone call instead. Thankfully there was a Advance Auto Parts down the street.

The headliner in my car was coming down and although I bought headliner thumbtacks from Auto Zone, I was unable to push them in, being a 63 year old woman since I have weakness in my fingers and thumb. I asked a clerk behind the counter who had no customers if he could put one of the headliner tacks in the headliner for me, but he refused and said hes now allowed to because of covid, and another employee agreed. Now, no one was in my car, the windows were down and a door was open. There is no safety issue but rather just poor, indifferent customer service. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere. I predict even if there was no covid, they still would have refused, although it takes no mechanical skill to do this but just strong fingers/thumb, which I dont have. I would rank their customer service as poor.

Service was awesome! Aaron ( he’s a manager I believe, if not he should be!) helped me figure out how to move over some pieces on an old 98 gmc 3500 power steering pump. Again. Stand up guy with great customer service! Ask for Aaron! Not Daniel lol

Right when I walked in I was greeted by 2 people with smiles. I was helped with my requested item very fast with a quick lookup, the employee was able to take me straight to my options and his advice was great, he even showed me how to easily install my purchase.

I had a battery issue this morning and stopped by on my way to work. Aaron Williams did a great job setting me up with a good battery and installation. He went the extra mile to get me to work after stopping at 3 other auto parts stores. Super sevice and great attitude. Aaron you are the best!

Went in to have my battery checked out. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They checked my battery which was dead and made some recommendations for a new one. Even told me where the battery was from, a competitor store, and said that they may have a warranty or prorated battery. Always come here for the excellent service! Went in thinking we had to replace a battery and they offered to recharge our current battery before charging us for a new one. We also signed up on website and had a coupon available that we were able to use same day, within a few minutes, for our total and other things we needed for the car.

They would not help me with the engine at all to see what was wrong with it Im the one that had to do it by myself and they said its because of covid-19. Does not matter I had this done before just a few months ago and somebody did for me because I know nothing about this stuff and Im special needs I have Craniosynostosis so it was very hard for me to understand what I needed to do

Every time Ive been into this store the environment has been very customer service Worthy. No matter who you are you are acknowledged walking into the door and also leaving. When having any questions or concerns about any auto issue or any issuance in general dealing with the/ your car they are more than willing to help you show you and also give you different options on how to fix your problems.

Always helpful when I go in. I choose them over advanced auto parts any day, plus its just right down the road from me

My dealership was going to charge me over $300 to change my battery so I was going to attempt to change it myself although the battery in my car is in a position where its hard to get out. Not only was the price half of what I was going to pay, someone installed it for me. Thank you so so much for your help!!

Diagnosed I had a bad battery (it had been having problems so makes sense) and then helped replace the old one. Did an excellent job and was very friendly to boot!I appreciated your help!

Okay Ill try to i was there to try and find out how to get your tires to come off of my 2011 Dodge ram 1500 so cashier told me how to would like to know how okay Ill tell you about it you losing all of the lug nuts just a very little bit and then you go to a parking lot drive in a circle very tie circle and drive as fast as you can AND do you know what it works like a charm baby

The guy that waited on use most of been new but I doubt it, he took forever to get the part that he never fount after 3 attempt, then he tells me they dont have the part, they need to up date their computers. Took about 20 mins to tell me they didnt have it, 😲

I go to autozone frequently and I must say although the customer service is friendly and always try to help you out my only complaint is your parts catalog is so mixed up that it seems like everytime I go if I dont check the part Im getting before I leave the store Im stuck under my hood or under the truck all torn apart and the part is not the one I needed or even ask and the employee should have to atleast know the basics of automotive so that the can decipher between a trans mission drive axle seal and a a and the output shaft bushing and seal other then that I have no complaints the parts are great and last and most of them Ive got lifetime warrenty on so I have not paid for breaks starter alternator battery calipers tie rod ends and routers in years when they go bad I just take em back and no quistions ask and I walk out with a brandnew part cant beat that

They were most attentive to my needs for my SUV and got me taken care of in little to no time at all.

If Im at work. I will either get you the part you need or fimd out where you can get it. I dont give up easily. Also I like to say the comedy is free but you have to pay for the parts and theres a 2 drink minimum. Lol

The gentleman that helped me out twice with tighten up my bumper cuz it almost fell off and tightening up my windshield wiper so that I can see to drive is a god-sent and is awesome for what he did for me at no charge and the gentleman works at the AutoZone on 39th Street. And that will be the only AutoZone that I will go to and have that gentleman help me out if he is there whenever I go. I thank you and God bless you for helping me the way that you did.

On 2/8/18 around 8:05 am. I pulled to Auto Zone, because my check engine light came on. I asked them if they could check the codes. The young man (sorry cant remember his name) did so without hesitation. Turns out my battery was on its last hour literally. I thanked the young man and for his help, proceeded to go about my day. Another staff member by the name of Tom, came outside (in the cold) and gave me a referral to RZ Auto & Exhaust. He said he tries to refer everyone to Rick, because he so affordable. I called Rick and Tom was right! Rick is the bomb... and Tom you are a God send.. May God bless you, for looking out for me. #youallarebestfriendsnow :)

Staff was very friendly, and helped me replace the faulty part right there in the parking lot.

Been shopping here for almost 20 years watched a lot of different faces come and go, However they always got the part I need and usually have good service. The layout is good and the location is pretty good, can be difficult to exit going South depending on the time of day.

Usually has what we need for our vehicles. The people that helps us are always nice and helpful.

Great customer service the few times that Ive been in there. One of the gentlemen even installed my battery for me, right in the parking lot.

The manager was so helpful to my father and I. He tested our battery for us after he got out his tools and removed our battery from our car for us. Our battery ended up being bad; so he installed our new battery for us. That odds service people. This place is yup knoch.
