Several folks were polite and treated us great. But mid negotiation the price jumped with the excuse of a market adjustment apparently this market adjustment took affect sometime between our arrival and during the negotiations. We were treated very badly.
Actually, my rating is 2.5 but thats not an option here.This dealership would have 4 stars if not for Robbie, one of the guys at the stand up desks in the service department. I/we have always had good interactions with everyone except him, no matter what we need to have done. From oil changes to repairs, if he is the one handling the initial set up/sign in, there is ALWAYS an attitude as if he is being put out. If he is working, and they have my car, I cant get a call update on my needed service work. I always have to call first, then leave a message, and then he will call back in minutes.The last time this happened, I asked for specifics of needed repairs, how they came about the diagnosis, other options, etc because I was taking notes to give to my husband to review, and there was just this tone and attitude from Robbie.Its frustrating because I have been going to this place for years, but now I may be faced with looking elsewhere because I dont trust that were being dealt with fairly by Robbie or anyone connected to him about my car.The other guys are great, friendly, and helpful. They answer questions and approach very professionally, even kid around some. If I could trust my baby to just them I would.These are my experiences.
The best Auto dealership in town. I went in for a mirror replacement I had ordered and it took about 10 minutes. New mirror matches perfectly. They had to paint it. Very satisfied.

Trying to set up an appointment was frustrating. Left multiple messages regarding appointments and never got a call back from a JD person.Service area is not well marked for a first-time visitor. Thus, check-in process is not easily understood. Didnt seem eager to assist upon arrival. Waiting room and showroom were clean. Didnt explain my bill or the repairs upon completion.A little disappointed, especially knowing my expectations of Hyundai after buying 2 vehicles out in Atlanta with phenomenal service and a detailed, thorough process.
The endless emails every single day asking me if I want to buy a new car is getting old. Stop spamming my email.
Great service and friendliness from the team at Blue Springs Hyundai. The sales team was very good about answering my questions and prepping the vehicle. Andrew Barreto was excellent to work with and he went beyond the call-of-duty to deliver the vehicle all the way across the city to us! There was a major ice/snow storm coming in over the weekend and he went out of his way to provide EXCELLENT service by making certain we had the vehicle before the storm hit. WOW!He was very professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to work with. Thanks to all for making this a very pleasant experience. We were impressed. Andrew is a real asset to McCarthys. Disappointed. A dealership without a price displayed on any vehicle in the lot always makes me question its motivation.
Theyre friendly enough and do what they can. Hopefully theyve got the hyundai recall fixed this time for good.

I walked in and Austin Meador imediately approached me took my information grabbed the vehicle and and we did a test drive, nice thing is I changed my mind about the vehicle color and he had no problem with starting the paperwork all over. Also have to mention the thorough breifing raining on my new Santa Fe. Thanks Austin
