I came to Blue Springs Service upon the recommendation of a friend. I got tires put on my pickup. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. I am impressed with the service and the facility.

Went to a dealership first who, without explaining anything to me quoted me over 6k for repairs. I was referred to Goodyear by family and they allowed me to send the quote I received for a second opinion. WITHIN THE SAME DAY, I got am email quote and a phone call from Dennis explaining what could be happening and they could already do it for a third of the dealership quote. So Goodyear does diagnostics of their own and took the time to see that the issue the dealership found may not have been the root problem and were able to fix my car for even less. I am in awe. Not all shops are created equal. These people are kind, informative, and easy to communicate/work with. I know all situations are different but I will never go anywhere else. Shoutout to Dennis for being so kind and helpful! and the front desk staff for taking my calls

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Calvin was off the clock and still helped me out with my tire problem. I only came here because no one else nearby was taking walk ins but now Ill just go right to Blue Springs Service Center for now on.

I offered to pay above/beyond the standard state charge, but to his credit, he wouldnt accept a tip for what he did. Ive never had issues in the past with this Goodyear store...always friendly and professional. A+++

They were able to get me in on a same day appointment for oil change. As always, the staff was courteous, prompt and welcoming. They also alerted me that my tires were starting to show wear and would need replaced soon. No pressure but they gave me a couple quotes so I could take the info home to discuss with the husband. They have been my go to for several years.

Went in to get my lights changed cause my hands are to big was priced at 100 dollars with just one light costing 30 so I brought my own just for the price to still be the same. Idk if they know how to math over there and the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did right by me on my state inspection on an old truck i owned. I will be taking my business else where

The quote I got from Goodyear was cheaper than anyone else in town. I had to drop my car off before my scheduled appointment due to work and they got my vehicle in the bay and was complete with repairs before my scheduled appointment time! The best thing about this shop besides the professionalism of the employees, they offer a courtesy ride home after you drop your vehicle off, if your residence is within 5 miles, which is awesome and unheard of these days. I’ll be going to this Goodyear for my car maintenance from now one

They guys at Good Year in Blue Springs always take care of my vehicles. They’re honest and give it to you straight. It’s the only place I feel like they actually make sure painted rims don’t get scratched or the truck has proper alignment. Can’t recommend them enough.

Been coming here a long time. Usual great service was blemished a little this time. First visit was excellent. Gentleman was polite, timely, answered all my questions and when asked for professional advice explained things very well. Had all ready checked tire depth, age of spare and we were able to make a decision and get tires ordered.Upon return different gentleman didnt seem to have details, ( did he not read or did first man not write down???) Could hear two men behind counter arguing. Should not be in customers ear shot. Early for my appointment but was last to leave. Suspect they did Policemans truck before me. But that is why I first started coming to the shop; friends and family in law enforcement spoke highly.Unfortunately, when finally done but after I was on my way home, discovered that they didnt put my spare away and left it in back. So, could not give high ratings for the day.

Everyone was helpful and efficient. I was getting my car inspected and the problems discovered were taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. I always appreciate Goodyear service dept.I was disappointed that the mask policy was not enforced and customers were sitting in the waiting area without masks. One employee behind the counter, was wearing his incorrectly. I chose to wait outside on the bench. We are in a hot spot and I expected better vigilance.

Price of service is almost twice the price of dealer where vehicle was purchased new? The truck mat and door facing was perfectly clean when handed off to technician. When truck was returned to me it was dirty and I had to clean it when I arrived back at home. I have used this location off and on since the mid 1980,s. I will have to reconsider next time.

The final bill was $60 cheaper than the original quote because the tires ended up being on sale. Most places would have charged the original price. I have recommended many people to this business over the years.

I have been getting my oil changed at Blue Springs Goodyear for years. They are always friendly, fast, and honest. The thing I love about them the most is their honesty. They wont try to say something is wrong with your car just to get your money. They are trustworthy and that is hard to find. I am moving to north Kansas City in July and plan on making the drive to Blue Springs just to get my oil changed. Keep up the good work!

The personnel was nice and friendly, but they couldnt diagnose the suspension issue causing loud creaks and noises. They charged $50 just to tell me they didnt know what part was at fault.

Blue Springs Goodyear has been my auto service choice for many years. They are honest, have excellent customer service, and are very professional in all they do. I have moved to a new home outside of Blue Springs, but I continue to make the drive to BS Goodyear because I know they will take excellent care of my car.

I moved to Blue Springs less than a year ago and knew almost no one and absolutely nothing about the area. I was recommended to try the Blue Springs Goodyear location while asking around about the best place to get an oil change or vehicle maintenance in the area. I called them to schedule my first oil change appointment and since the moment they answered the phone, I have been absolutely blown away by how awesome this place is! Every single employee I have ever spoken to has always been very professional and detailed but also very polite, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel like they’ve known you forever and are just happy to see you again whenever you’re there. I used them for the third time just the other day and as usual I was beyond impressed during my visit. The prices are always very reasonable, the service is definitely top notch, and I simply just can’t say enough positive things about this place. If you’re in need of almost any type of vehicle maintenance, then I HIGHLY recommend you try Blue Springs Goodyear!

Im extremely skeptical of auto repair service centers! As a result, I usually do most of my own repair work. On this visit I was in to have a tire mounted, balanced and installed. I had purchased the tire on Amazon. I had a 3pm appointment and they got me in promptly. They kept track of my lug nut key and prices were reasonable.

Call me biased, because I work there, but Dennis and Pat are amazing bosses, fathers, roll models and all around great people!!! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate those guys. I also want to say thank you to all the awesome CUSTOMERS, you all are the reason we have jobs. I’m blessed and privileged to work with such great bosses and teammates!

Got my car inspected here and they were quick and efficient. They we’re up front and honest, and everyone was very friendly.

We were in a bind yesterday and needed an inspection and they were able to get us right in. Unheard of in todays crazy mess of a world. I called all over town trying to find someone who still did inspections and we found this place. Most dont do them anymore or take appointments only which could take days to weeks even. So thank you for saving the day yesterday.

The Goodyear team in Blue Springs on 7 Hwy did a fantastic job for me. It was easy to book my vehicle inspection. I showed up early and they took my van right in for inspection. The got me out the door quickly.I have used this shop for many years and they have always been good to me and my family!

Lied to me in my face to get more money. I went there for an inspection and they said I had a fuel line leak in the junction under the drivers door. They said due to rust they need to replace my break lines. Those break lines I had just replaced with copper lines 2 weeks before, they never looked at my car they just wrote stuff down to get more money DO NOT go there they are untrustworthy and won’t get another cent from me.

The dash info stated I had low pressure on a tire. I stopped in at the Goodyear business on 7 HWY in Blue Springs and asked if they could find my problem tire. I was told it might be up to a hour and a half wait. It only took about an hour and my tire was repaired and I was back on the road. Both employees that worked my tire problem into their schedule were friendly and super helpful! I was very happy with my experience!

Going into work and realized I had a rear tire loosing air pressure. Called Goodyear and told them what happened. They were able to get me in quickly and not only was my rear tire going flat, but when they were adding air to my tires, they noticed my front tire was leaking, also, and fixed that, too. Bought a set of tires from these folks earlier in the year and thought I was having trouble with the right rear tire. After checking it out They determined it was a sensor, replaced It and also replaced a fog light. No more than 30 minutes max and all without an appointment. Very friendly and professional. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicle. I had a flat tire and was running on a donut. I called in the morning to find out they were booked, but still willing to find time if i can drop the tire off. They updated me with everything they found. A couple hours later my car was ready to go! Decently priced and amazing customer service! Including by the mechanics. The mechanic who worked on my car was just the sweetest. Took 2 tires and wheels off my camper to have new tires put on. I brought new tires and had them put on here, Was told disposal of old was $5.00 chg. $7.00 puting on tires at $15.00 rach is fine but $20.00 to balance to much. total $68.00 for putting on 2 tires I had the other 2 done this morning at Royal tire total $30.00 I will never go back here.

Very friendly. They did not try to run up the bill like most shops. Filled tire pressures and fluids to make sure my vehicle was running the best it can. Made suggestions without pressuring. I will be back to the blue springs location again. Was very happy with my experience.

Made an appointment at 930, and they said it would take 30 minutes to complete. It took over 45 minutes to even get my vehicle in the shop. They did not wear masks when getting in my vehicle, they did not put down floor mats. The lobby is not socially distant, and people were in the lobby without masks.

Phenomenal service and steller customer service!!!! They got to work right away on my car, tested for anything that couldve been wrong with my tires and sensors, and saved me from needing to spend a possible $500 for tires and sensors!!!
