They did an excellent job on replacing my AC compressor in my Honda Accord. Even fixed a bad valve with no extra charge. They take customer parts at least for AC work. Used my remanufactured compressor for the install.

This is the best and most honest repair facility our company has ever used . Their knowledge goes way beyond your typical ford or Chevy repair. Taken them several vehicles over the years and more recently a Porsche and a Range Rover . Bill at a new car store for $9800 “quoted”and fixed here for $582. This place is awesome 👏

The people who own and operate this business truly care about their customers. They have repaired my car over the years quickly and correctly. Always reasonably priced. As a woman, I appreciate that I can Confidently be assured that they are always honestAfter having a “fender bender” I drove into their lot and the owner and manager came out and spent 25 minutes making my car safe and drivable until a body shop could work me in as we had 8” of snow and they were backed up!When they were finished I followed them inside to pay. They looked at me and said, “Merry Christmas!” No charge. I’d been a good customer of theirs for many years! This says a lot about the quality and humanity of this business.I strongly refer anyone who needs car repairs to give them a try. Great shop, It was the only shop I could find in Jackson county that works with the new Freon system R1234y for my 2017 civic. And im glad I found them my local Honda dealership in lees summit wanted over $500 to try to find the problem with my cars AC where Dilday was able to fix my car for 1/5 the price. Thanks again guys cant tell you how much stress that took off my shoulders.

Glenn has been working on my vehicles for 30 years and he has always been upfront and straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone’s grandma because he treats everyone kindly and explains everything that anyone can understand. He is a plain ol’ down to earth guy who knows how to work hard for a living(not ripping people off). He always stands behind his work and shoots straight but will not sell you something you don’t need. Thanks Glenn for being one of those shops that understands the value of a hard earned dollar.

Tried to rip me off! Tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires and brake pads to pass an inspection when all I needed was brake pads. Ladies dont go by yourself! Unfortunately they will try to make money off you instead of really helping you with what you actually need!

Professional Automotive Techs, honest dependable service never any guesses to correct repair/s. In this day of vehicle manufacturers being less than truthful about an issue with one of its products, most importantly a safety issue its piece of mind to know that a concern I have with a vehicle is made a matter of fact. And that coupled with reasonable repair rates assures a no rip-off factor feeling as you drive away. Oh they probably wont admit to being the place other auto/marine repair businesses take a unit they themselves cannot figure out they also cannot deny it!!

Horrible experience. They called to ask if I wanted extra services to which I declined. (Besides oil change, which was done poorly as nut was loose on pan) When I picked up vehicle the total was 30$ more than they said on phone. He said it was to add coolant (I had declined to fix minor radiator leak) and when I said i declined it he said he had to put it in. Which was a lie, I had coolant in back of truck and it was a little low.The biggest issue is that my car died about 25 times on the way home. He tried to blame me over the phone, and said Id be charged a tow fee to get it back. I got it back, and they had no idea what was wrong and said it wasnt from anything they did.Dilday are liars and cheaters and make excuses. Do not give them business 😡
