I have been going here for regular maintenance since buying my car next door. Everyone is so helpful! I had a major repair that needed done to my Jeep and the staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to explain the issue to me, kept me in the loop every step of the way and made my experience pain free! I really felt like they cared about me and doing the best thing for my vehicle in the long run.

I bought this car a year ago from Munsterman,an I should have known better;after the original car I was getting had issues less than 24 hours later. I’ve put at least 3k into this car always took it there to show loyalty and appreciation. Just to get screwed over,an when I go to ask for the owner they refuse to get him an say theirs nothing they can do. I do not suggest fixing your car here or you’ll be here every month fixing something.

The people are caring, efficientand take the time to explain whatever you need to know. This was my second visit and both times their estimates were right on and so was there time to be completed.

My car inspection that we were told was gonna be 35$, they are charging me 200$ now for labor that wasnt done just the inspection. They want 2000$ to fix my car when Scotts auto will do it for $1000. Do not go here you will be charged way to much

Every since Paul sold it I would not take my dog there.!!! Didn’t fix what they said they were fixing. had the same issue and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee for something they should have fixed in the first place! And says they fixed things that they don’t! They’ll just clear the codes and say they replaced a sensor ! And try to charge u hundreds of dollars! Go else where !!!

We have a fleet of 6 vehicles in our company and the only shop we trust with our fleet is MAG Payless. We recently needed a transmission, tires, and a catalytic converter. The guys at MAG got us in and our van back on the road making our company money in no time. Highly recommend

Positive experience. Dont judge a book by its cover. The guys working there are friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in without an appointment and completed the work same day. And the cost was very reasonable. I would describe this place as honest repair shop. Which I think is hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend this place.

Normally when I go to car shops I feel small--I dont know what Im talking about, how to explain whats going on with my car, etc. Etc. Most of the people I deal with make it worse. Not Paul and his staff. They are truly good people, care about your car and finances, and talk to you on a level you can understand without feeling belittled. Definitely recommend for anyone needing an honest, trustworthy, mechanic.

I cant say enough great things about Payless Car Care Center! They are honest, affordable, friendly and fast. Another shop in town quoted me an outrageous amount of labor to fix and oil leak, so I took my car to Payless for a second opinion. They were able to determine what the actual cause of the leak was and took care of it for less than a quarter of what the other shop had quoted. Payless is a place you can trust for great, honest work!!

I cannot day enough nice things about this place! They were able to get my car in and out of the shop on the same day and only fixed what was broken. My car will be going back in next week to get more work done there because they are affordable and their work this first time was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

Im really happy I stumbled upon these reviews for Payless Car Care.I thought I had a bad battery and took it to Big O Tires to get it replaced under warranty. The problem turned out to be the alternator instead.Big O Tires quoted an outrageous price to replace the alternator. I took it Payless and they replaced it for less than half the price Big O Tires quoted.
