⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 STARS FOR MANAGER, JOSH whowas professional and friendly while very busy checking people in and out and taking all the many phone call from customers. Throughput the endless demand for his attention, Josh took the time to patiently listen to my questions and answered them thoroughly. He also made sure I was satisfied and had no more questions before finalizing our interaction. I am extremely pleased with him ans so far, this store.Yes I gave a 4 stars but thats because the big O tire itself is a corporation and I will come back and add more to my review and tell you why but I have to drive away now cause I cannot text and drive I just want to make sure that Josh got the recognition that he deserved for his wonderful customer service and I didnt want to drive off and forget so to be continued

Had a hose come off two hours from home, we were able to repair the hose but needed antifreeze. Stopped by and they wouldnt sell us any.... Instead topped it off for free and told us to have a safe trip home.

Friendly and efficient! They provided me with a very reasonable quote following my inspection. And were able to then go ahead and complete the work in a very timely fashion.

I will never go back to this place again. They lied about my tires to try and get me to buy a tire. They did not clean the oil from the filter they replaced off my engine. They left the interior of the car dirty. They did not do the 22 point inspection. They did not replace any low fluids in the vehicle. The wait time for the service was extremely long. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I had a good experience here. The staff was kind and honest. They checked with me on other issues they saw, but I felt no pressure in having it done or not. My car was finished earlier than promised. So that was great. I will be using them again.

Always provide awesome service, and they are the only place Ill shop for tires, alignments, oil changes, etc. Clean shop as well! My grandpa always said you could tell a good wrench by the way they care for their shop. According to my garage, Id be a horrible mechanic!Last, I love the shop transparency. You can see your repair from start to finish with the large bay window into the shop.

My car needed an alignment. Called here and got an appt for the next morning. Clean facility, nice front desk people and my car drives wonderfully now.

I visited the Blue Springs, MO location for Big O Tire. I only needed a tire patched for tires purchased from this location.The Manager at the front desk was extremely rude and walked away from the service desk when I told him I was not able to return the following day and leave my vehicle for 3-4 hours. He said if I did he would try to work me in.There were no other customers in the building that I could see.This is for a service I paid extra for when I purchased this companys tires.I suppose I should have known that past customers are always last. They stripped my lug nuts by over tightening them but claimed it couldnt of been them. They were the only place that took off my rims and tires when I bought new ones and to rotate after first 5,000 moles

4 new tires with a great warranty and an alignment in less than an hour and a half. Not bad at all guys. Edit: Well its been 5 months on my new Bigfoot A/Ts. They have been great, about a 1000 miles pulling an 7500 pound camper and normal daily driving of around 6000 miles with no issues what so ever. They even gave me a free alignment after I replaced a tie rod end due to the pot holes this spring. Great bunch.

Make an appointment for a simple oil chang . Waited on my car to be done for over an hour. An oil change shouldnt take very long at all. They then tried to say I needed a bunch of new parts totaling over 2000 dollars. I said just wanted the oil today, and then was pushed about making an appointment for other repairs. Definitely go to a different place for any of your automobile services.

Blue Springs Big O Tires was good place to have your tires serviced compared to Independence Big O who were very rude. Not dependable to do work that was needed. I will never go to Independence Big O store again.

Was from out of town. Fixed a flat tire...., and never charged me a dime. And this was on a Sunday...!

What a nightmare our road trip back home has been from St. Louis to Denver! We hit a pothole at 2am last night with our two-year-old and completely popped the tire on my brand new Jeep. The guys at Big O Tires made sure we were in and out within 30 minutes the next days so that we could get back on the road! The AMAZING customer service was greatly appreciated this morning! Amazing staff they helped me get an appointment the day before and got me in and out as soon as possible. Honest shop, thought I needed a wheel alignment but it checked out fine and no charge.

The young man that helped me was very informative and courteous. My brakes were squealing and I thought my car needed brakes. I thought it needed new brakes but I was pleasantly surprised by receiving a phone call from him telling me that it was just an item that needed to be bent out. Im very pleased with the work that I got done here. I had a flat and it was about time to replace the tires on my vehicle. I called got a quote had the tow truck take my car in and these guys did an amazing job. I got a great deal on 4 tires a wheel alignment and an oil change. They had my car in and stayed a little later than normal and finished up my car. Im very pleased with their customer service and hard work Id recommend them to anyone.

Just love this place. I called to make an appointment for an oil change the next day and they had an opening at 3pm which worked for me. I came in early and was checked in and was told to go to the lounge which has free coffee and a couple vending machines one was chips and such the other was sodas. They had me in an out in 30 min. I took a vehicle up to this location for an inspection. They failed my vehicle for having worn out inner tie rods which were replaced less than 8 months prior. Im not even sure they looked at the vehicle. I believe they drove it around the parking lot to a new spot and gave me a $600 bill for repairs. Not a trustworthy business.

Had an appointment I scheduled a week ahead of time to replace one tire. Didn’t get the work started for an hour. I tell him I want the tire to be checked to see if it can be repaired. If it isn’t repairable I still need the tire replaced. Instead they put the low and leaking tire back on the car. Told me I need to call the liberty store to see if they have the tire in stock that he has know for a week I needed. Then I would have to call and schedule an appointment with them. I told him I needed a tire put on and that I didn’t care if it was the same brand at this point and even if I had to pay. So we did that. I received attitude from both the guy giving me my estimate and the shop guy that was upset about having to pull my car back in the shop again. Overall just terrible. The guy at the front counter can not handle more than one customer and is does not walk you through the process logically or smoothly.

Purchased a brand new set of tires for my wifes car and two months later she hit a pot hole causing a gash close to the sidewall. They failed to tell me about the road hazard availability at the time of purchase so I didnt purchase anything extra. They also sold me a set of tires with no manufacturer warranty . Needless to say they did nothing to replace the tire. I took my business elsewhere. Wont ever go back.

Brought our car in for a flat repair on tires purchased at Big O. Staff refused to fix the tire due to what was called a “safety risk”, and claimed that the car needed $4000 worth of suspension work. Tires have been regularly balanced and rotated at the same shop and no mention was ever made that there was a problem.We got a second opinion, and there is nothing wrong with the suspension. Tire was repaired and is now on the car performing fine.This shop has permanently lost our business and the business of anyone who will listen to us.

Today was my third visit to this Big O location and I continue to be impressed. Friendly, competent service and fair prices. For this visit, they fixed a flat tire, which they were able to complete in less than an hour and for which they did not charge me for. I will definitely be back!

This is my second time and last time I purchase tires here. First I was told that the 1st set of tires I bought from you were bad because they were tires that you can only buy at Big O and some other shop, (they barely made it over 20,000 mi.). He suggested a better tire with a better spec sheet that were cheaper. Strike one. So I made a appointment for install 2 days later. Showed up and the counter person seemed to be put out by my presence. She told me that it would take 1hr 30Min because you only have one person in back working?. My appointment was at 4:00 I had to wait till 6:30 till it was done. Since it was dark outside I didnt see the damage the guy put on my wheels. (all 4 of them). Now I have to spend another 95.00 dollars each to get them repaired.Why dont you just shut down this store. You dont seem to have good employees to count on.(oh yeah strike 2 and 3) out

I had oil change and a plug placed in my tire. I took my car to my regular mechanic 3 days later. Because your place told me I needed brakes and tie rods replaced. My mechanic said for now Im fine but will be needing in a few months. He also said I was short a quart of oil. To his knowledge he wasnt aware I recently had my oil changed. I am not a happy camper finding out I was short on oil. I doubt Ill ever return or recommend Big O Tires.

Earlier this year, I had a horrible experience with the jerk manager that was there. He was super rude, and mandated everyone to make an appointment. I cant control when I have a flat tire. I told myself Id never go back, then I met Aaron. He is so knowledgeable, and he really takes care of his customers. Today, I brought my husband in with me, as he is a skeptic, and he said wow, he took care of us. Super impressed. Thank you for getting rid of the jerk, and bringing people in like Aaron that take care of your customers.

Brandon, Jesse and Nate were fantastic. They all came out to joke and fix our fifth wheels tires. They were genuinely nice guys who were good at their jobs. It was a pleasure getting to know them while the job was getting done. Can’t recommend this place or these people enough.

No customer service what so ever. Made appointment to drop vehicle off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived not long after open to drop it off and leave it for the day I wasn’t even greeted by anything other than “we are full” told them I had a appointment and the “advisor” told me they declined it. Showed him my confirmation email and he “advised” that he didn’t know what to tell me they were full and couldn’t do it.It’s an oil change- no big deal. I just took it down the street to firestone WHO had more cars in the shop and in the parking lot and they took it right in. But to simply not even TRY to see what I had, ask my name, heaven forbid simply apologize, or try to attempt a solution or resolution - tells me they don’t need my, my families, or my company’s business.

I came in specifically for an oil change. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. My air and cabin filters were dirty. They offered to replace. I can do that myself. I do not do well with pushy up selling. By no means was anyone pushy. This was not my first visit. I have left other places after getting pushy sales people. The respect was appreciated.

I ran over a nail and got a flat tire so I went into Big O to see about getting it repaired. The staff was super helpful and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the flat repair. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other repairs in the future!

Ive edited my review after being contacted. I had my diesel Chevrolets fuel filter replaced and the bill was higher than I thought it should be. After responding to my review, they also reached out to me. While on the phone the representative found an error in their labor hour rate and calculated a refund. It was processed fast and I give them full credit for being interested in customer satisfaction. This location is well run, friendly, and helpful. I was on the road so it was nice to get taken care of promptly.

These folks do a good job snd provide excellent customer service. I was made aware of a problem today that was created when I was here for my last oil change. I called them and they told me to bring my car in. No questions asked, they fixed the problem on the spot. It’s always nice doing business with a company willing to make things right.

I can’t understand how a tire establishment would rotate my tires but not make sure their aired. A stranger had to tell me my tires were low significantly low after I’d left from getting service there. There was no info given about my vehicle or how things look after the oil change. This was my first time trying out this establishment

Went in to have a nail removed from my tire and patched if necessary. They were able to get me in and out quickly. Granted, its all about timing. Right after I came in, several people came in which could have changed how quickly I got in and out.

I had my tires balanced and was very please with the result. Unfortunately, after my appointment on Saturday, 02/01/20, I noticed on Tuesday that the right front lug nut cover was missing. I will buy one and ask to be reimbursed. It happened to me about 15 years ago when the co was NTB and NTB reimbursed me for the purchase. I appreciate that kind of support and responsibility,

I went to your web site to order tires and schedule an appointment. I ordered a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle tires and scheduled an appointment to have them installed, so far so good. I received a call from the service center saying that the tires (Goodyear Eagles) were not available (if they are on your website why are they not available?). I was them offered different set of Goodyear tire which I said OK to. I was called back later and told the the tire I was offered were not in the warehouse but would have to be shipped from California. I was told they would do some more checking and get back to me. I was then offered a set of tire I was told would fit my 2008 Jeep Liberty. When I looked them up your website it showed that they were not recommended for my Jeep because of load rating, I confirmed this through other websites as well. The salesmen told me he did not see why they would not fit as he had sold them to other customers. After some discussion I told him to find something else. I was called back later and offered a different set of tired, I said OK. Went to my scheduled appointment at the Blue Spring Missouri location to have them installed. This service center was very professional, my tires were installed and Jeep aligned within the time I was told. They did a very good job. I am not happy with the information posted on your website. Some of the tires showed call for pricing ( if I am shopping on-line why would I want to call), some tire that were priced were not available (Goodyear Eagles I first tried to buy). Either your website or the sales person was wrong about the compatibility of the tires (other website indicated they were not for my Jeep). I have purchased tires from NTB on 3 or 4 occasions without any issues. Will I buy for Big O again?

Even tho they seemed pretty busy on a Sunday Scott in the back had zero problems mounting a tire for me in 15 mins, rather than having me wait hours. (The tire was off the vehicle) Tire shops need more employees like Scott on their team!

Well I was told on November 29,2018 when we got new tires all around that our brakes were good well then our car started squealing right after they worked on our car now they want more money saying that we need new rotors on our back tires well why the heck did they tell us that all was good and now this. they lied to us to get more money. I dont suggest anyone to come here they will penny you to death and one more thing how did they know we need rotors on the back tires when they never took the tires off they only took the front tires off we sit right there watching everything through the window I feel your just out from money I feel that the squealing is do to something else that happen when they put new tires on our car we also had an alignment done at the time of service Im not happy over this I feel you cant find the problem so your mechanic just made something up so they didnt have to fix anything when we where watching the mechanic only took off the front tires look at the brakes for a couple of minutes then stopped what he was doing and went to another car we sat there for almost an hour before we finally asked about it and then thats when they told us that we had to have new rotors on the back tires how in the world would he know that when he never took the tires off

I was next door to Big O Tire when I noticed my tire was very low so I drive over. Parking lot was empty except for the back of the store where I assume the employees park. They had one car in the shop on a rack, not one customer in the lobby and 50min till they closed. I walked in and ask the girl at the counter if they could take a look at my tire it seems to be leaking. She rudely says “no your going to have to make an appointment for tomorrow” I looked around and said really there’s nobody here and only one car in the shop. She firmly said again you will have to make an appointment for tomorrow. So I stood there for a second Then asked do you think you could put some air in my tire for me since it’s so low? She says they can’t do that so I left. As I walked back to my car I see 3 mechanics just standing around together and not by the one car on the rack but by the door doing nothing but talking and then I see rude little girl walk out to join the conversation. There was no reason why they couldn’t have checked my tire. I’m sure they just didn’t want to deal with it because they where closing in 50 min and heaven forbid they may have to stay a little late. Makes you wonder what else they tell the customers when they don’t want to do something. FYI I got my car to another shop down the street and they were closing but happily still helped and fixed my tire. Took less than 15min. I will never TRY to give Big O Tire my business again.

I prefer BigO Tires for all of my car service needs. I most recently started using the online appointment reservation. That is quick and easy to use. I always receive prompt and courteous service.

Made an appointment online several days in advance and received an email confirming my appointment was all set. Got to the store only to be told that the tires I ordered were not there. Was also told they do not bother to check whether they have the materials they need for each appointment that day. If they did, they could have saved me a one-hour round trip to the store and the time off work I took to be there. My advice: call the day of your appointment to confirm they are prepared for it.

I have a 5 year alignment policy. Had alignment done. Steering wheel set at 1 Oclock. Was told I would wait 2 more hours to have it fixed. Said I would just leave it but would need a ride home. That was denied. Asked for a refund and was denied. Have to bring car back to fix it. Another waiting session.

Today I was super thankful for Big O Tires and specifically Kevin the store manager.My wife’s tire was punctured driving through Kansas City. While Big O was unable to patch the tire— and did not have the specific tire in stock— they did change the spare at no cost.Kevin was very helpful, checked the stock of other area stores, and suggested other options to get us on the road with the right tire. I offered to pay for the time and labor for changing the spare—Kevin politely refused any payment or tip.Kids, wife, and family are home safe. Undoubtedly, nobody wants to have a vehicle in the shop on Memorial Day weekend— especially unexpectedly— but I appreciate the service and help in the midst a busy holiday weekend.Thanks!

Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hr and 13 mins. Tech was working slowly and took a 15 minute bathroom break. Service seemed fine, however.

I had a good experience yesterday but last year I was quoted $600 over on a break job with tires and couple other extras. It was called another name though but Big O Tire did do a awesome job on my tire yesterday 👍

I had an appointment at noon to get two new tires and a rotation today I showed up at noon they said they were two hours behind I left my car here so they could work on it. I show back up at 4 they havent even touched my car yet. Hopefully they get it done cause I have to go to work tomorrow and I haven no other way of getting there. This place is insanely slow and incredibly unorganized. I also learned they were taking walk ins over scheduled appointments which makes absolutely no sense. Im never coming here again.

Anytime I need tires, Big O Tires is where I will come! I was in a bind and went to Daves and Walmart in Blue Springs prior to calling here! Where nobody else would help me; THEY DID! Not many businesses actually do GOOD BUSINESS! At Big O Tires, THEY DO!

I stopped going there before they changed their name... and just checked for service and it hasnt changed. If you need a timely tire change or oil change I would not recommend this place. Most other places can change your oil in 15-30. Here it may take all afternoon. Tires 1 hour with an appointment.. here it could take all day after dropping off in morning.

We took my car in for an oil change at the Blue Springs location and told them that the front headlight needed replacing. I ended up getting new tires (we arent 100% convinced it was necessary). When we got back to my house, we noticed the headlight had not been replaced. We made arrangements to drop it off that evening and pick it up the following afternoon. We told them that the tail light also needed to be replaced.When we picked it up, the tail light had been fixed, but not the headlight. They did not bother doing a headlight test like they said they would. The technician came out to the parking lot to fix it. He left without saying a word, leaving the hood up and pliers at the car. After 10 minutes, I checked and noticed the light worked. i went back in and asked if I was okay to leave. I could hear the mechanic yelling at the front desk guy and then saying that he forgot about it. He had finished, but not bothered to tell me or even take the time to close the hood. This is the second time we have had these issues. When the store was NTB, we always had good service. It is clear that the quality of service has gone downhill significantly and we are seeking a new place to take our car at this time. We have also warned our friends that Big O is not a suitable place after two very disappointing experiences.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The prices were competitive, their estimation of waiting time was right on and was not long. Rachael was very knowledgeable about parts and was able to explain how the parts effect the running of my vehicle. Very friendly.

I went in for a wheel alignment and did not get the feedback sheet on the alignment. I asked Kevin that was working that day if he knew how much it was off. He replied Im not sure I wasnt back there and it must of not been too bad it didnt take him very long. I would like to receive this information but it is never consistent. The last 2 times I have been in here was not a good experience. About a month ago I called to see if I could get a wheel alignment on a Saturday. Yes bring it up and we can get to it today. Took it in and someone said they would call. No call Saturday at all. We went up and got the vehicle that night because it was sitting outside. On Sunday no call at all. We finally went up around 11 and there seemed to be no concern that the vehicle was gone. I lost my hub cap and a couple days later I went up there to report it and they had no record that I had been in there. Seemed pretty bad at that point. Mona (spelling??) made one up for me on what was done on that trip for my records. It seems like the manager doesnt have much customer service to the customers like there has been in there before when it was the other business and I have been going here for years.

Terrible service I’ve been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for someone to help while I watch the employees sit in the office one talking on the phone and one just standing around and don’t even get me started about the alignments... my car goes out of alignment after about a month and sometimes it’s not even aligned after it leaves them it’s still slightly out of alignment I even had my mechanic check it and he said it was still slightly out of alignment and when I came back it was supposedly my fault that it was slightly out of alignment after just a day... hmmm... don’t think so 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great customer service. We broke down on 70 between Higginsville and Concordia with a flat tire and had no spare (what vehicle now has one?). We got a tow through our insurance roadside assistance and we directed them to the first Big O Tires on the way towards Kansas City. We got in 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday and they got us in and out within 35 minutes with two new front tires and on our way back home in Kansas City. Great people to deal with and went above and beyond staying past closing time to take care of us. Will definitely come back!

Six weeks ago I came in to have a slow leak fixed, but they could NOT find the problem, & I left with the same slow leak that I had before. This time I came away with the tire fixed in only twenty minutes &, of course, it was free. I was impressed by the speed of the repair & the explanation of the cause of the problem. I still am puzzled as to why the problem was not discovered & corrected in the one & a half hours the first time !

I’m starting to think the rotate and balance wasn’t completed. My tire pressures are the same as when I dropped it off to them. It is a 3/4 ton truck so it has staggered pressures that need to be adjusted after a rotation. My washer fluid was not topped off. They refused to stand by their warranty because another big o location did the work originally. It is sad to see how bad the service has gotten.

Noland Mason was the store manager and took excellent care of me. Him and his staff worked hard to get me in and out as I had a metal object logged in the side of my tire and it was an effortless experience getting out of there! 10/10 would recommend going back

Took my RAM 2500 in for tire balance and rotation. Had an appointment for 9:00 am. The staff didnt start working on the truck until after 10:00 am. Also, tire pressure is different for front tires (60 lbs) and back tires (80 lbs). The tech did not check tire pressure after rotation and I had to take the truck back to the dealership to have the tire pressure adjusted properly.Ive been a customer of this location for a number of years, including NTB and Big O. The location appears to be short staffed and the poor customer service shows. I may have to find another tire dealership if customer service doesnt improve.

Nolan Mason was fantastic to work with. I called in the morning, and he had his team ready to do a brake change in the afternoon as soon as I showed up. No name or appointment necessary. It’s nice that some businesses still operate on their word.

My friend blew a tire out driving down the road so he needed a tire replaced since his spare had died over a year ago so we called up 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and got there 5 till. They came up probably about 5/10 minutes after we got there and then found out it was just three guys working and they had gotten a rush of cars after everyone else left. After learning that I was shocked that they were even still helping us out after they were supposed to close. And they still got us out after 20 minutes, coming from the automotive field myself I’m highly impressed with these guys, barely any complaining while working after they were supposed to be heading home.

They took good care of my car and Mark is very friendly.

During 9am and noon need to have more than one person to run register. Was just dropping off for inspection but spent almost all of my lunch break just waiting. We he found out he did get me right away. Other customer ahead of me was nice enough to let this happen. So overall good but not as great as last time.

Only place we will take our vehicles for service! Always treated with respect and they dont try to push extras like other places do. If theybsay your car needs something, it does.

Gave ridiculous estimates to a young woman for repairs that werent necessary in an attempt to take advantage of someone that doesnt know much about cars dont trust these people go anywhere literally any where else.

I truly love the convenience of doing things online like setting appointments and ordering tires. Only problem was the person that accepted my order and confirmed my appt time did not order the tires and did not convey it with the manager on duty. Also found out that the tire selection online is not what the stores or warehouse carries. I had to pick a different tire manufacturer. Not pleased

When we called to see if they fix tires they said it was free. They didn’t mention that it had to be their tire. So I was charged $22 dollars... The inside of the store was disgusting, very unprofessional... then he tried to sell me a fluid flush because my car had 15,000 miles on it. I’d never go back.

I came in to have a tire patched that had a slow leak - Id already had to put air in it twice that day, and it was continuing to show low tire pressure on my dash. When the manager had a tech look at my vehicle, he told me that there was not a leak and the tire was fine. I explained that it had gone nearly flat twice that day, and that Id filled it with air just to get there. He told me that there was nothing they could do because they could not find anything embedded in the tire, or a hole of any kind.I immediately took it across the street to Wal-Mart, where they located a small hole in the tire and repaired it, all for half the cost. I am very disappointed in the lack of thorough checking of my tire, and the customer service I received when I reiterated that there was a hole somewhere in the tire that was causing the leak. I will not return, and will not recommend your store to anyone.

We recently went to this location for an oil change. The best thing about this location was we were reminded how comfortable our Dodge was. The oil change took just over three hours and that was with an appointment. When we finally got our Dodge back we quickly found out why. The ac temps and radio had been changed. The passenger seat was still in the full reclining position. Various items from the storage areas were relocated to the floor. We are current looking for a new place for oil changes.

Big O Thank You to Mark!! I had a nail in my tire and came in just before closing. I was stressed since I was in from out of town. Mark assured me he would get it done. Less than an hour it was fixed and I was on my way! Pleasure to talk to as well!

Big O Tires did an amazing job on my Van and all the workers were nice & friendly as well made us feel comfortable and kept us update with our vehicle as well amazing job I recommend them for sure.

The work they did was fine. But, i took over two and a half hours just to do four tires. I canceled the other services because it took so long. They offered me a free oil change and a $38 discount on my bill for the time delay it took for them to do my tires.For my first experience at Big O Tires, it makes me miss NTB at this point Ive never waited that long when I had an appointment.

Couldnt be more pleased with the results and service I received, and the price with the coupon for a oil change was unbeatable. Will be back

Great Service very well-attended the front desk they always answer my questions. And never have a problem, whith my car after they fix my tires.

My husband was stuck in Missouri (there for work - we are from Texas) after having some major car trouble. We found them as we are NTB credit cardholders and when we went to NTB website, it referred us to Big O in Blue Springs as they are affiliated in some way. The staff was very helpful not only in getting a very quick estimate of the damages and explaining to him, helping him to set up a rental car for the week, and, then, fixing the car. We are so thankful for their courtesy and expertise.

My opinion of this place varies from visit to visit. Sometimes I have a good experience, sometimes I dont. Hours & convenience keep me coming back.
