My husband and I could not be happier with the job Blue Springs Carpet and Tile did. Troy was informative and helpful through the entire process. We had carpet installed in three bedrooms and on our stairs. We then had vinyl plank placed in our living room, dining room, hall, kitchen, and laundry room. Needless to say it was a big job. Troy’s price beat two other competitors and his crew only took 2 days to finish everything! Thank you Troy and everyone that worked on our floors, they’re beautiful!

Unprofessional, some man sounded like he was hacking up a lung with installing the carpet, refused to wear masks during a pandemic, could hear them talking badly about previous customers as well. Do not recommend, very unprofessional people working here.

God tier customer service.Installed faulty product, let us know it was faulty and then asked us to select a new floor for free replacement.

This company left the work unfinished. Despite calling six weeks in a row, and promises to call back to schedule an appt., and work already paid for, they left my carpeting work with a patch missing. I do not recommend unless you like your carpeting incomplete.

Great work, completed floor on a 1970s home and had some extra work needed due to age. Did not bat an eye in the process unlike the mainstream stores.Will use again and soon!RC

Was given an estimate for a tile job, picked out the tile and tried several time to set up a time for the install however no one ever calls back and when we talk to one person as to why we havent been able to schedule it they blame it on another. Month later still no phone call! Will not do business with them again total waste of time!

Before I hired this company I saw a review on here from 5 years ago that mentioned a guy named Troy. There were a whole slew of other excellent reviews too that are missing now and Im not sure why. Seems a bit of a disservice to remove a companys half decade long track record of excellence, so let me do my bit to help correct that. I called three other flooring contractors in the area this summer 2018. One never called back. the other said they could come by next week. Troy (the same name I saw in the glowing review from 2013) called me and said he could come by today.We hired them. YOU SHOULD TOO. we had a pipe fail and ruin all of our oak flooring on the lower floor of our house. Troy scoured the planet with all of his resources to find oak plank flooring that best matched the existing flooring on our upper floor to put down stairs. Even after we had settled on one that was a good enough match Troy kept digging till he found some that was even better. We opted to replace the kitchen floor with tile and asked to have our oak stairs refinished. All of it beautifully done.The crew that came to do the job were a fantastic bunch of guys. They teat your home with respect. The crew operated with craftsmanship and professionalism that was beyond compare. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day. I hope I dont need the services of a flooring contractor anytime in the near future. But if I do, I now only need to make one phone call. Job well done! Thank you gentlemen.

Think twice before considering any other company for carpet & Flooring their installations are unbelievable 100% satisfied super super high quality installation the price was the same or less than anybody else around I had extremely high expectations going into a remodel job in new flooring they exceeded my expectations
